Posted 14 years ago What a day of turn four drama. I felt sick when JR Hildabrand crashed, 799 perfect turns, except the last. My dad and I both knew it was going to be bad when he came into four. The line he took to get around Kimball was too high.
Earnhardt Jr can never get it right. Either his car handles like poop, or he has something stupid happen to him like tonight.
The funny thing was that both cars were sponsored by National Guard.

What an amazing Daytona 500!! I was pulling for Regan Smith. Shame he wrecked but he still finished 7th. Robby Gordon finished ok but could have finished better.
I'm so excited that I get to see the trucks race at Phoenix on Friday. I also get to see Nationwide qualifying and practice, and Sprint cup practice.

Posted 14 years agoI had free passes to Barrett Jackson so my dad and I went there on Monday and I have to say it was pretty cool. There is only problem I have with it, there are too many damn muscle cars. Don't get me wrong I like Mustangs, Cudas, and Cameros, but after seeing the seventh blue Boss 302 Mustang you want to pull your hair out. I like the more uncommon muscle cars like an AMC Javelin, Chevy Vega, and Mercury Cougars. I want to see more sports cars, but more 70s,80s and 90s Ferraris, Lamborghinis, and BMW(I love the M1). I have raised on motersports, mostly open-wheel, so I was disappointed to see such a lack of open wheel cars. Come to think of it there was a lack of any race cars of any kind. I was happy to see one Delorean.
