My third and final change is your fixed element and arm armor being based off of a Double Soul from Megaman Battle Network 4:

Fire = Fire Soul, Wood = Wood Soul, Metal = Metal Soul, Water = Aqua Soul, Earth = Guts Soul

Again, using myself as an example: I am a Zerker with green and light brown armor, Metal Soul arms, Earth dragon powers, my Zodiac weapon is the Taurus Arm, my Bit Beast is Draciel, and my talisman power is levitation.

Say what if you grappled with a copy of Omega-xis and EM Wave changed with it while using both Star Break/Tribe On (or Rogue's power) and Noise Change at the same time and you could control these combined powers? This is a survey to put what ifs like this in motion. Here's how it goes:

Bottom line: I know everything there is about training the strongest Charizards of all, and even developed a formula for making a Zard very, VERY strong.

POWER TO THE FANS!!!!!!

For all of you thinking there will be Pokemon Z, think again, because there will be too many Dragon Ball Z reerences. I thought of something much better, a title I call Pokemon Zero. Now for those of you fantasize about what Mega Charizard Z would be like, I have something better, for design, ability, and stats. Mega Charizard Z becomes a Dragon/Flying type Pokemon with the ability Z-Hero. This ability combines Mold Breaker, Tough Claws, and Filter, but reduces super effective moves by half. For stat increase, all stats except HP get a big increase, but the biggest increases are in Attack and Special Attack. As for appearance, Mega Charizard Z becomes red (white if shiny) with a green coloring under the wings and on the throat, belly, and undersides and gets green eyes with white tipped horns, a green flame on the tail tip, wings with 3 red lines on the undersides, and a green energy saber in hand with a pointy triangle-shaped blade. This allows Charizard to learn 3 new moves through certain tutoring. Z-Saber, a Dragon type physical move treated like a special attack move that leaves a three hit slash in a Z shaped formation with a base power of 95. Z-Combo, Dragon type special attack move that nails the target with two green energy shots and a green crescent shaped blade with a base attack of 120. Final Genmurei, a Dragon type instant KO move with accuracy of 70 that launches two large green crescent blades from the saber. To anyone who disagrees or doesn't like this idea, know this: This is MY opinion, you CAN'T change it! I made this idea in homage to Zero, my favorite Megaman character.

Starting next Wednesday, I'll make a big announcement! One for those who favorite my submissions, those who watch me, those who I have commissioned, and those who I might commission in the future.

I've completed my very own list of Mega Evolution ideas! What I once said about selecting candidates was merely a rough draft so I could think things through and decide what abilities and stat increases there should be. Now that I've pieced everything together, here's my ideas:

1. Mega Flygon

Changes from Ground/Dragon type to Bug/Dragon type

Ability: Mold Breaker

Mild increase in Attack, bigger increase in Defense and Special Defense, but highest stat increase should be Special Attack

2. Mega Noctowl

Changes from Normal/Flying type to Normal/Dragon type

Ability: Dracoate (turns all Normal type moves into Dragon type moves)

Mild increase in Speed and Special Attack, and a major increase in Attack and Defense

3. Mega Hariyama

Changes from Fighting type to Fighting/Dragon type

Ability: Dragon Fist (all punching moves become part Dragon type)

slight increase in Attack, mild increase in Defense and Special Defense, major increase in Special Attack

Additional Note: Hariyama learns Dual Chop at level 70, and can also learn it through tutoring

Extra: Mega Hippowdon

Changes from Ground type to Ground/Water type

Ability: Sap Sipper

big increase in all stats except HP, but bigger increase in Special Attack

Additional Note: Hippowdon learns Water Pulse at level 47, and can even learn Surf through HM

Requested: Mega Armaldo

Changes from Rock/Bug type to Water/Bug type

Ability: Battle Armor

slight increase in Attack, Mild increase in Special Attack, and major increase in Speed.

Additional Note: Armaldo learns Surf, Dive, and Waterfall through HM

The first idea revolves around Normal/Flying type Pokemon, and it may sound VERY strange, but if I were to pick one, I would pick Noctowl for Normal/Dragon Mega Evolution! Why? Well, I love both owls and dragons so much! This would be the perfect mixture to me! As for the second, well, it may sound COMPLETELY bizarre as much as Pinsir's Mega Evolution, but I pick Hariyama for Fighting/Dragon Mega Evolution! This may be a weak argument to support it, but if Hariyama can learn Cross Chop, then why not the Dragon type move Dual Chop?

What I wish for is a shiny Dragalge that knows Play Rough, has a Lonely nature, and is named Hypertox. Whoever gets it to me first will get a shiny Primal Groudon in return. So, to everyone watching me, please help me out! If any of you has Omega Ruby, you can get me the Skrelp I want through either DexNav chaining on Routes 105-109 or through breeding via Masuda Method.
