Hello all, if there is anyone still check my page. I want to first say think you for still checking up on me. I've been extremely horrible about keeping up with online updates and appearances, I'd like to blame it on my work(s) but honestly I've been selfishly lazy as of late. So I'm sorry guys, I want to be better and I will try.

First off I'm still working on the video game, I honestly nearly dropped out of the development because after a year and a half of artwork and 3 total artists, all of the artwork was scrapped and the project was rebooted because the head of the project went "Eh I don't like the conceived game play, so redo!" Also since then the other 2 artists had babies and dropped out of the project without notice. Hearing this I was overwhelmed with the fact I would be redoing all of the artwork all by myself. I'm hanging in there though, I want to see it done.

As a change of pace I am crafting a fursuit for  shaboiganbojangles, sort of for the first time. I say sort of because I've been following fursuit makers for years and I love reading their material on crafting and I feel I have a good grasp on the craft. Also I've crafted many masks on the past just not a full on suit. I'm confident that it's coming along well so far. I will post photos I currently have soon.

My comic has been put on hold. The writing is in need of major adjustment and my writer is in the process of doing just that. So pages have been halted and I've only been tinkering with concept work on it. I still plan on finishing it, I'm just waiting for the text to be finished. Not to mention I want the suit I'm crafting done for Shabs in time for Anthrocon.

Just going to say first and foremost, I do not plan on leaving FA. The drama that has flared up as of late is just going to remain in my book: "drama". I don't feel I need to uproot and follow the rest of everyone jumping conclusions and running to other sites. Everyone has done something bad, which in the case isn't even proven.

In better news, it's going to be official in October, I'll be marrying my mate of over a decade. It's been long enough and I'm glad we're finally going to get it official. It's not going to be anything special as both my mate and I are agnostic. All we want is to have a get together of family and close friends, sign the paper and go do something nice together.

The small amateur studio I've been working with put the game we've been developing on hiatus, but we're about to start it up again. I'm excited and hesitant as we've dropped artists like flies and I maybe the last person left. The other artists didn't officially leave, just life caught up to them, work woes, injury, marriage, babies and all that jazz. I hope they're able to return as I enjoyed working with them and I'd hate for them to miss out in production.

I was planning on going to AC this year with  crux and  shaboiganbojangles, but plans went nuts and we wont make it this year but they'll still be going.

Weight loss has been slow, hopefully things will pick back up again. at least I'm still losing. Hope everyone has been awesome!

I know it's been a long while and I have neglected my gallery, there were quite a few life experiences that happened that left me very distracted from FA.

I lost both of my grandparents within a few months time of each other. In between the deaths my sister had a surprise premie child which rocked my whole family for a while. My job became very demanding and my schedule was very hectic which caused me to lose 3-4 hours out of my day before it stabilized. I've been working with an amateur studio to develop a phone and tablet video game, which we went from 3 artists down to 1 (me) and we're only maybe a 1/3 done with development. I moved, again, but from an apartment to a house with my roomies. My mate and I went from 2 cars to just 1. I own 2 scanners and neither work, one is missing cables that was lost in the move and the other is a temperamental all in one print scanner combo that have to touch it just right to get it working, at least I think because I never got it working. Yep things have been interesting, but I want to thank  crux and  shaboiganbojangles for helping us hang in there.

On a more lighter note, the game I've been developing has been put on Hiatus for an unknown amount of time so it freed up time for me to work on personal projects. My mate and I are writing a fun adult comic together which I'm sketching at the moment. The comic currently is nameless, it revolves around Huitzil and his tribe. It explains their history, rituals and habits. I've been working the concepts for the tribe, but the sketches are on paper which need to be scanned. As soon as I get my scanners working or set the on fire and buy a new scanner, I'll get all the images I have scanned and uploaded for everyone to see!

I've started a twitter account @HuitzilGolddog, I plan on posting there for quick updates regarding the comic and other projects I am working on. I've been participating in  shaboiganbojangles BIGGEST LOSER contest which can be followed MACROBIGGESTLOSER on twitter

Anywho, yep its been a long time. Been trying to stay busy and stay afloat.

I have not stopped making art, however the art I have been making are for multiple games which out of respect of the developers and producers I have not posted any of the completed work until the games are released.

However I've been developing and brainstorming for my own personal projects and I will be showing more of that work once its completed.

I had arrived in Texas the 6th of November. I hadn't updated until now because....alot happened that took some time to absorb.

Again another thank you for the donators that have helped me get back home to Texas, where I was greeted with warm open arms of  crux and  shaboiganbojangles

I wanted to write everything that had happened, because I need to get it off my chest. My roommate from Florida, Token, and I left Florida because of a falling through with the company we were both interning at to produce artwork for online text based rpg games which I described in an earlier post. Well once the cars were fixed, we drove back to Texas and had to quickly get moved into our respective places because of work schedules.

Shortly before leaving, which I didn't mention, I received a message from one of the CEOs via AIM saying and I quote, "You must be fucking stupid, to believe we're that fucking stupid". I was dumbfounded, we left and they gave smiles and assurance that if we ever need help down the roads to call and they'll give a letter or recommendation, etc etc and now this? I thought it was some sort of joke. When I asked what they were talking about. Silence. Which all communication with the CEOs ended there.

Shortly after getting settled, Token receives a call from an unlisted number. I answered his phone because he was driving, which a gentleman on the line introduces himself as a detective from the city which we resided and requested to speak with Token. We basically found out, this detective was hired to find out any information regarding stolen files and vandalizing servers from the company which we were being accused of taking. Both Token and I. We were shocked, one because we didn't take any files from the computer that they didn't already have a copy off. Two, because we didn't sign any waivers or anything saying everything we produce for the company we loss the rights too, and three we weren't "apart" of the company. Even as interns. We find out from the Detective that the case was submitted by a man by the name of something sound EXTREMELY similar to the CEOs girlfriends name. Whom A. Didn't own any part of the gaming company, B. is a girl. If there were miss placed files or anything, why not ask? Were we not working together at one point, and not leave the company which we were never a part of officially being vulgar and rude?

After asking lots of questions the detective then calls back saying the company, which name was never provided by the person filing against us, had no grounds to claim anything from us. We were never under contract, we were never paid, we were never on any time sheet, never signed anything, they couldn't claim what was missing, and refused to work things out in a civil manor before filing against us.

Both Token and I believe the whole Detective thing was a hoax. Many things about the conversations seemed off. Was odd that there was an unlisted number. I don't know if all detectives use unlisted numbers, but just weird. Also we were never given any papers, summons, etc etc. We were never contacted by the company to recover whatever. Also the phony name being used was..."stupid". Token believes that they called up one of their buddies to call on us to freak us out, considering they only attempted to contact Token and not me nor the art director that was let go.

Otherwise, I've just been working. I've honestly been losing sleep at home. It was a sad sight, to come home and not have my dog greet me but an urn with his remains and a pouch of his fur. Also my family got a new puppy, and....I see a lot of Leo in him, even worse...he is very attached to me.

Otherwise...been trying to keep myself busy with work, catch up on my bills, and try not to dwell on the bad. I think by far the year 2011 is one of the worst years of my life, so much death, so much bad. I'm just glad I am once again surrounded by friends and family.

I just wanted to say thank you for those of which whom donated to help me try and get back home, I've made arrangements to have my car taken in next week. All the donation I received are going into the car so I can make the journey safely home.

As I noted on the edit of my last journal I had to go into the Emergency Room for a scare I had the other night. Sadly like most Artists, I'm without insurance, but I spoke with my father and he is going to pay the doctors because the only reason I went was for his sake. He was worried I had a heart attack or a warning attack leading to a bigger one. Luckily it was just a muscle spasm.

Another note, there maybe a chance I might have to wait longer before heading home, because my part time job isn't willing to give me the time I need to move at this moment, so I'm trying to work things out so I can keep the job as I move.

But in other news, I heard that my second dog Peaches has been very distraught over the loss of Leo. She searches for him often, checking each and every room to see where he has gone. She'll be happy to see me home. But I'm worried I'll feel the same, I'll catch myself looking for Leo or calling for him.

I'm leaving donations open, just in case anything arises with the car, the things I'm doing are very basic, but I fear there maybe a larger issue consider it has random moment where it acts..weird. I'm worried its the starter going out. Also when I hit a puddle of water my power steering goes out, for that I think something is exposed and fritzs when it gets wet.

[EDIT] This morning I had a scare, I was woken up out of a dead sleep with a tremendous pain in my back, which followed my rib cage on both sides and my sternum. I noticed I wasn't having any trouble breathing, and I didn't feel any additional pain when I took a breath. Got up and immediately took some aspirin, my roommate was home at the time so I sat down on my bed. I felt a little dizzy but not nauseous. After taking the aspirin and drinking some water the bed started to fade from my chest, then ribs, and lastly from my back. I feel asleep and woke 30 minutes later. My landlord was home and I asked her to take me to the emergency room as a precaution, because I had never encountered something like this before. Got to the hospital were they took some blood, and did several EKG's, thank goodness they didn't find anything wrong. They suspect that I had a stress induced muscle spasm because of everything that happened. Just odd that it happened in my sleep, which they explain in makes sense it did because since I've been so stressed I've been expecting a panic attack, etc. Since I was asleep my guard was down, so there wasn't anything to prevent it. They sent me home saying I was very healthy and advised to take 800mg of Ibuprofen for pain for a few days.

I found out a truckload of bad new last Friday. Found out my friend whom I'm interning with was offered our Art Directors job and they were letting the Art Director go. He also was told they had no intention of keeping me and was planning on Telling me that a week later. Monday comes around and we find out the Art Director was let go...and basically dumped all of his work onto my friend. After being told reason for letting the Director go which included not coming in on time, not calling in when he did, not showing up when he scheduled off etc etc and the fact he had an existing medical condition, meant he wasn't fit for the job. I'm good friends with the Director now and found out he was told that the gaming department wasn't making enough money to keep him and that was it. We came to the conclusion that things weren't adding up and there's lies being spread, not sure were but regardless they are coming for the CEOs. We didn't feel comfortable working for free, and waiting for me to be told some bullshit reason why they were not going to keep me, so we left before we got burned even more than we already had. So here I am, I moved to Florida for this grand opportunity, and now I'm stuck here, living in a house with a lady I cannot stand. Making only enough money to pay rent and nothing else. I am glad the interns that got out before us, did so, because this was a horrifying experience with no gain

Also I found out on Monday, my dog Leo had a massive tumor on his spleen. One so large it was pushing his stomach outwards. He wasn't eating, was very lethargic and losing weight. He was scheduled for surgery to remove the mass because the vets feared it would burst, also that the mass might have been cancerous. Leo went into surgery this morning, and died on the operating table. All I can think about is how I couldn't be home in Texas to see him before he passed, at least to see him one last time.

To make matters worse my car isn't in a condition where driving back to Texas would be safe, it needs repairs which I cannot afford at the moment. It's in dire need of an alignment and brakes. Also it's been acting very odd when driving. That needs to be repaired before I can go anywhere at all.

I'm at a loss of what to do, I'm having trouble thinking after hearing all that has happened. It almost doesn't feel real. So I am going to have to swallow my pride. The two jobs are not going to get the best of me! I'm starting to find a more comfortable groove to start working around in between jobs. Now that one of the games and the second are pretty much complete I can start to breathe again. I'm going to be shifted back towards doing the game I was initially set on again which is nice. Was kinda hard to change art styles suddenly but whatever needs to be done to start making money :D

The second job, the tech support job is getting better as well, they dont have me working wtf hours anymore which doesn't leave me wide awake until 4-5am and zombified at the studio. So all in all everything is much better. For my commissioners start expecting to hear from me these next couple of days as I start cranking out work.

Also! I hope to start getting more of my folklore and tribe stories illustrated, so everyone can get a sneak peek into the working of Huit and the tribes. Good to be back XD

Again, I greatly apologize to my commissions and watchers, I'm not dead, nor did I run away and hide somewhere. I work two jobs. One of which I'm not paid for, which is an internship which I hope will blossom into something...well, awesome. I dont want to work outside my career choices anymore, I'm tired of doing tech support, food service, and other cruddy jobs just to stay afloat. But sadly to keep living on my own I need money....and so I'm working a tech support job because I seem to be good at it even though I hate it. But doing an internship and a full time job eats hours and days of my life.

My internship I pull anywhere from 25-30 hours a week, my full time job is 40+ sometimes. Each day I'm doing about 13 hours roughly which a smaller window of breathing room in between, which sucks because it leaves me absolutely no time for my own work.

So again, for my commissioners. You guys are awesome for putting up with my hectic life. Thanks, I really mean it. AS for my watchers, I see more and more watchers everyday, and I'm taken back that I have people watching me when I haven't had anything new to contribute. It makes me feel good after a long ass day.

Hello everyone,
again my apologies for the unannounced Hiatus. I was offered an internship that was located an a different state and I had to make sudden last minute arrangements to fly to Florida for an interview. Needless to say I passed the interview with flying colors! However it means again very last minute, I'm going to need to prepare to move from my current residence to Florida.

In the meantime I am working out my two weeks at my job and I am finishing up overdue commissions. I will be finishing these commission tonight and be working on them also on Friday.

Once my current commissions are completed, I'm going to be hosting with  Crux a stream on Friday and I will be taking Iron Artist challenges and doing a marathon commission stream, with discounted prices on my regular commissions which I'll post later today. During the stream I will accept commissions; preferable tasteful or non-adult to raise funds for my move to Florida.

Depending on how well the stream goes and if I have any left over I will continue to stream Sunday. However only for a short period of time on Sunday for I'm going to need to take time to cleaning and packing for the move.

My apologies again, drama has hit my family again. My sister is an emotional mess and has attempted to overdose on her medication, I'm needing to keep a close eye on her because she's made suicidal threats.

For my commissioners I apologize for my lack of contact the last two weeks, the death of my uncle hit me harder than I would imagine. This honestly was the second death I've experienced in my family and it was a very hard one to start back with my life after. I'm slowly getting back on my feet again now that my uncle has been laid to rest, I just wanted to say sorry and that I have not forgotten you.

As for my weekly streams with  crux This weeks may not happen as  crux is going to be away for the Con and I'm going to be home picking up the pieces. I do plan however to do a stream on Thursday, I will announce if I'll be doing a contest/or raffle before then and when the stream will take place, I most likely will hold the stream earlier on Thursday or maybe Late Wednesday. What do you guys think?

Sorry I was unable to join  crux today for our usual stream, originally I couldn't make it due to my car being in the shop. However I also found out today that my uncle was murdered, shot and killed on a LA freeway in California. I was very close with him, the blow was very detrimental....I don't feel I will recover quickly.

I will hopefully be joining Crux again next Thursday for our usual stream. Depending on the news from police about the murder investigation and when the funeral will be held.

The offering is always a joyous day for my tribe, never is it feared when the gods return.

I'm not aware of the ways of the other tribes, we don't offer anyone based on size or stature.

11: Can you reform your prey? If so, how do you do it? If you are a prey, only, write something TOTALLY random, or disregard.

There have been times that the sacrifices returned differently to our tribe. We worship them.

That is a question for the gods

The gods have their own abilities to make prosperous the lands and our people

All of our sacrifices are willing, we organize so that we only have one sacrifice go at a time, unless the god suggests otherwise

15: Your prey starts begging you not to eat them! How does the predator react? (If you are prey, disregard or write something random.)

None of the sacrifices bed or plead, we do offer a blessing or prayer so the gods will continue to grace us with their presence and power

We often offer our sacrifices with rich drinks and fruit as part of the ceremony, the gods are very pleased with the offering

The different gods we worship come at certain times in the seasons, we've not encountered two gods at once

Not one of the gods fear anything to our knowledge
