Turning Top 40 Songs Into Reggae Songs For An Album
Posted 14 years agoAlright, alright...so I was walking around Kensington Market on Sunday night when I saw this really awesome reggae band playing! I got back to my apartment in Parkdale and thought, 'yeah, I can totally do that'...I've been having a really dry spell with music so I thought that this might be a great way to get back into a creative zone...I'm gonna make an album of reggae and thought that I would take some top 40 tunes and make them into reggae songs why not...any suggestions? I'll put them up on FA too why the hell not...?

Posted 14 years agoOk, so I'll be heading down to Pittsburgh soon to go to Anthrocon! I can't wait! OMG, its gonna be so amazing! I get to meet all my heroes and hang out with them and have a few beers...
Videos and pictures will be showing up sometime after Thursday as I am bringing my laptop and camera...expect a lot from me this week!

The REAL appocalypse is only one week away!
Posted 14 years agoAlright. So I usually don't do this whole journal thing. I find it to quite annoying, actually. Sorry, that's just my personal opinion. Please don't hate me for it.
Anyway, What The Fur is coming up and it is officially a week away. I thought that I would write a journal entry for it being officially a week away because I am really excited about it. Why? Because its the freakin apocalypse!

Yes, The Zombie Apocalypse. A full weekend of going about and shooting at zombies. I listed myself as a hunter of zombies because I don't want to wear bloody stuff on my fursuit. I was thinking of wearing some sort of extra-large army type gear over my fursuit as well as some sort of Nerf gun.
The hotel looks awesome for this one. I'm gonna be staying with three other people. Its not too far away from the Bar B Barn which as awesome food. So, I will have a bunch of pictures and videos from What The Fur: Zombie Apocalypse for you to enjoy!

Furry Party At My House! (Saturday May 22nd)
Posted 14 years agoI have decided that because I have a large house and a three acre property that I am going to host a furry party! Bring your fursuits, people! I am going to have the place to myself and I want to take advantage of this.

My parents have manufactured an all-natural chemical free environmentally friendly cleaning product that is designed to digest scum, dirt and grime on any surface...
I just tried it on my feetpaws...there was dirt on my feetpaws...I sprayed it onto the dirt...its a surfactant so it started making a lather on the fur which is fine...the bacteria in the product started going to work right away breaking down the dirt on the feetpaws...the bacteria was done cleaning it because it saw nothing left to digest and suddenly became dry, so I thought 'well, ok...time to dab the fur!'...I dabbed the fur and the dirt came RIGHT OUT! The dirt came right out! This happened in a matter of FIVE MINUTES!
I just might be sitting on a goldmine here, people...I could set up a booth in the dealers den and sell this! Really, I could!

Husky At Work! (Getting Paid To Fursuit Next Week)

My parents own an environmental company that produces and distributes biological products for septic/holding tanks. We travel across this beautiful continent and go to camp gound conventions.
After a long day of work today, my parents came into my room and asked if they could talk to the cute husky for a second. So I started to pant excitedly and they laughed (in the good way of course, because my parents are extremely fur friendly)
They took me in to have a business meeting. They told me that as I know, there are two major area meetings coming up next week. They said that it would be a profitable marketing move if I get into my fursuit and promote some of their new products. They already told me that the whole fursuiting thing was the best thing I could've done because they see it as an attention grabber at camp ground conventions. They seriously had all these conversations where I could take some of their products and say under their suit "its good for the environment! its good for crazy critters like myself? see? *pretends to drink the product* They also want to pay me to just stand there and hand out information and samples. My mother and father also agreed to take lots of video and photos so that I could put them up on FA and youtube. Furthermore, my parents told me not to be surprised if some of the camp ground owners approach me and ask me to do this at their camp ground.

My parents own an environmental company that produces and distributes biological products for septic/holding tanks. We travel across this beautiful continent and go to camp gound conventions.
After a long day of work today, my parents came into my room and asked if they could talk to the cute husky for a second. So I started to pant excitedly and they laughed (in the good way of course, because my parents are extremely fur friendly)
They took me in to have a business meeting. They told me that as I know, there are two major area meetings coming up next week. They said that it would be a profitable marketing move if I get into my fursuit and promote some of their new products. They already told me that the whole fursuiting thing was the best thing I could've done because they see it as an attention grabber at camp ground conventions. They seriously had all these conversations where I could take some of their products and say under their suit "its good for the environment! its good for crazy critters like myself? see? *pretends to drink the product* They also want to pay me to just stand there and hand out information and samples. My mother and father also agreed to take lots of video and photos so that I could put them up on FA and youtube. Furthermore, my parents told me not to be surprised if some of the camp ground owners approach me and ask me to do this at their camp ground.
WHO IS SO HAPPY THAT WORDS CANNOT DESCRIBE IT? ME!

Furnal Equinox Changed My Life!
Posted 14 years agoI have been wanting to write something up about my experiences at Furnal Equinox but I never had gotten the time in these past days. I was trying to find words to describe my feelings towards the convention and my reaction to everyone there but could not find good enough words. Every time I try to write something, I get very emotional. I was an emotional wreck at Furnal Equinox because of how happy it made me. Going to Furnal Equinox honestly was one of the best things I have ever done in my entire life. I was trying to keep moving so that I wouldn't break down and cry. A lot of people want to know why I am so emotional to the point of excess. I am because life is too beautiful and full of wonder and adventure to not get overwhelmed. Furnal Equinox was a very overwhelming adventure full of magical and wonderful people. The people I had met at Furnal Equinox are those special and beautiful kinds of people that I wondered where they had been my entire life.

After being to Furnal Equinox and meeting all of you AMAZING PEOPLE I just want to tell you all that my outlook on life has changed a great deal. I can't wait to see you all again and hang out with the Toronto furs when I finally move into Toronto in a few months!
