Hey guys. I've been pretty dead on this (and pretty much all accounts) simply because I've had very little to no motivation to draw. Mostly because I work full time 12 hour shifts so I just want to sleep all of the time...

Anyway!

I've noticed the problem with my creativity comes when i mix commissioned work and personal work.

For those who i owe commissions, i'm so sorry for the wait.

My tablet wire was chewwed through by a naughty ratty called Scruffy and i have had to do my best by cellotaping it back together and it works...but it has to be in a very specific position and even the slighest knock will turn it off.
This happens allot. So i only manage to do so much before my frustration get the better of me and i have to stop.

I'm waiting for dad to fix it but untill then, i'm really sorry for the slowness DX

YES! Not one job...but TWO!
It's typical how i went about a month as un employed and now i have two jobs now. I got my previous one back at the garden centre but i also work in a factory too part time. This is great~

So, my main reason for telling peoplez this is, i wont be as active (not that i was all that active before) but i will still be trying my best to post as often as i can. I have started commissions and will be finished them sunday/next week so please be patient dears.

So after months of sitting and not drawing anything good, i finally create a picture that i love and worked really hard on, but it seems life just want to punch me in the face every chance it gets and when i clicked save as, photoshop shut down and my picture was gone forever. I'm so sick! Trying to get back on my feet, be ME again but that's just not good enough, i have to stay sick, i have to stay worthless. I'm so depressed right now. Fucking photoshop piece of shit!

I have never been the fastest worker, i have always waiting until the mood struck for me to start drawing since otherwise, if i forced myself to draw, i'd come out with utter garbage. That's just the way i am.
I can't help this, i wish i was an artist who could sit down any time they liked and spew out 3-5 pictures a day of average-good quality, but i'm not.

I may end up posting personal art when i have commissions to do, this will likely be because i'm venting and i'm upset, or because all of my commissions are cats and i feel like drawing a dog or something. Once again, can't be helped, it's just me. I could force myself to draw a cat..but it would be poor quality because of it.

But now there are also new factors in my life to prevent me drawing as often as i used to...I have a job. I work from 9am untill 6pm through the week, by the time i get the bus home it's 7pm, after a shower and such it's even later and i'm exhausted. I usually only work three days but then i visit my best friend every thursday so that leaves three days left free for me to draw. But then the old problem of drawing when i feel like it happens again, over those three days, i could end up drawing one picture because it's the only time i feel like drawing. Other times i can wizz through loads. It depends.

Just so everyone knows, and i am very sorry.

Just wanna rant a little about my cockroaches.
I have a bearded dragon and i was looking for a substitute to feeding crickets, cause crickets are gay and they smell.
So, i found out that dubia roaches are really easy to breed and dragons love them!
A woman i work with already breeds them and she gave me a few taster ones (to make sure my dragon liked to eat them) and so i gave him one and he loved it.
I felt a little bad though because, even i thought cockroaches were a bit..meh..but when i got some, they are just so cute and small and when i gave one to my dragon and he gobbled her up it made me a little sad :C
I need to be careful or i'll end up with a bunch of pet cockroaches :|

Anyway, my rant is about how my new ones didn't come in the post today. This is bad.
I ordered them about two days ago. 'Two days? That's nothing!' you say.
But these insects have special requirements like heat and such. So who knows how many will have died by the time they get here.
It's only wednesday! They should have been here, especially since where they are is only four hours away. Surely they could have traveled four hours in two days?
It seems a silly thing to rant about, but i'm stupidly excited to get them and start breeding them (breeding is slow with the three adults i have left.)
They better be here tomorrow or i'm gonna be reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaally sad :C

I was just curious to what people thought about adoptables.
I think they are really fun to do but i know that some people think they are a silly idea.

I was thinking about making more of them but i wanna know what my followers would feel about seeing adoptables on my page rather than pictures...Or if you just generally don't care...That's all good too :P

I have been a bum since I left college but no more! I have recently been hired for a job full time in a garden centre.. And although I know very little about plants, there are animals there too like reptiles, insects, fish and RAINDEER :D
So that's why owed art has been delayed slightly but will be continued tomorrow (since I need to quit the crappy bar job I already have at the end of tonight)

I do art in college and have been there for two years now. I started doing art after my animal care course since i was still young and wasn't ready to find myself a real job but now, i have been counting down the days of college so i can find myself a good paying job. I have a job at the moment, but it's in a bar and i only get to work there one day a week, and it's almost for peanuts

God i hate that place..

Anyway, when i finish college, i'll be doing nothing at all until i do get a job so i'll be spending my time doing what i do best... SLEEPING! Ha, not really. I'll be drawing more me thinks.

So yeah, i mainly just wanted to write something new and get rid of that other crappy journal.
