I also tweaked some things:
- Icon commissions will now always be picked, regardless of the amount of open slots.
- Icon resolution is now 1500x1500px
- (Optional) You can add a doodle/scribble of your idea, so I can create your commission more closely to what you have envisioned.

Also, I'll be opening commissions again starting tomorrow (July 24th) to cover up some costs of my grandma's cremation expenses! :)

I had hoped she would recover enough to visit the Philippines, be with her family...but the universe decided differently. My grandma passed away yesterday, so I'll be on hiatus for I don't know how long. I feel terrible that we weren't by her side in her final moments....
I...I need some time for myself.

Love you grandma! May heaven treat you well up there~

"SoE2: New Heights" comic on hold indefinitely
General | Posted 5 years agoYou may have noticed that there were no new page for more than a week and not everyone here follows me on Twitter.
Well, my Grandma came back home from the hospital a few days ago. While I'm happy that she is back, it is clear that she is in a more weakened state than before she got there. She's not able to stand up on her own or walk without aid. She even fell twice on the same day she got released.
So we have to take care of her, which takes away a significant amount of my freetime.
I try to work on it bit by bit. Maybe a panel or two a day and hopefully, it won't be too long until it can continue~ :)

A very rough and terrible start of the year...
General | Posted 5 years agoHello everyone. I figured not everyone follows me on Twitter, but I thought I let you know here, explaining my inactivity the past few weeks.
My mother had been sent to the hospital due to Covid early in the year, as well as my grandma a few days after. My brother and me were also diagnosed with Covid, but we had mild symptoms so we stayed home. Every day was pure anxiety. Small panic attacks whenever the hospital called, dreading for the worst...
Then it happened. I got a call from my father that we needed to go to the hospital to stay with our mother in her... final moments.
I couldn't be with her in her last moments however, when she was still alive. I couldn't go inside the hospital since I had Covid. Only later via video call could I see her, but she was already asleep. I cried that I love her so much... and I hope that she could hear me and that my voice could come through...
Now, it's been a week and a day since my mother passed away. It still hurts immensely, but we are somewhat slowly recovering. We're holding a memorial ceremony next week for her. Her casket however will stay closed because she had Covid, so I won't be able to even see her face one last time...
But there's also good news (which I hope it stays that way). Me and my brother are no longer Covid positive as well as my grandma. The doctors will lessen her oxygen supply bit by bit to see if she can handle it and if everything works out, she can come back home!
