GUPPI'S COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICE

Each commissioner is expected to provide reference materials for characters. I will not copy another artist's style but I will mimic some of my own past styles if desired. The commissioner will be expected to pay the commission off in full via paypal, before I begin. After receiving the commission request, the commissioner will be sent a confirmation note stating that the request has been accepted and will be added to the public journal que.

The commissioner may be sent my telegram handle as it is a better way to contact me and receive files. The commission will be fully listed in my public trello and a link will be provided. the commissioner can check this when curious about progress as the updates immediately go live.

I reserve the right to refuse to draw certain requests for whatever reason.

A joint payment can be arranged between no more than 2 clients, but the commission will not begin production until both payments have been received.

DISCLAIMER
As I am currently not a full time artist and have things like pets, a job and other personal things to attend to my orders tend to get worked on sparingly and have a long turnaround time. If you are not okay with this please refrain from commissioning me. I will be available to my commissioners on telegram if there are any questions about turnaround times but if you are not patient with me and do not respect my que you will be refunded and removed from it. Id much rather refund someone who is not willing to wait and avoid creating a dispute.

I WILL DRAW:
varying body types (ie. muscles, fat, lack of either)
ferals and taurs
mecha
paws and maws
any gender (including cross genders and multigender)
dialogue
pride related media

I WILL NOT DRAW:
babyfurs
complex backgrounds and scenery (unless specifically in a ych)
offensive content (ie. bigotry of any kind, right wing political media, bullying and abuse)
gore (stuff like a bloody nose is fine)
anything involving law enforcement
i am VERY VERY particular about drawing guns so most likely no
cars (i'm bad at it, sorry)

REFUND POLICY:
A commissioner can request a refund at any time, though depending on how far into the process i am as well as the price of the commission, a refund will be reduced or refused;
Depending on the particular commission type (sketch, flats, full color and shading, etc.) I will only give refunds while the piece is still about 1/2 complete. For example if you order a flat color and request a refund before the lines are colored, you will only receive half of your purchase back as I have already finished half of the product. anything beyond that will not be available for refund as it is essentially done. Smaller items such as sketches and items 10$ and below will not be refunded.

REPOST/USE POLICY:
A commissioner may repost and use the piece as they please as long as the artist signature is left on the piece and not removed/cropped out. If the piece will be cropped as something like an icon, description credit must be given. If a commissioner is found removing the signature or refusing to give credit in any way, they will be added to my blacklist. If the commissioner persists in any way such as by using an alternate account they will be publicly blacklisted and placed in an 'artists beware'.

PRIVACY POLICY:
If the commissioner does not wish for me to post the piece.for it to remain private, I'd be happy to oblige as long as I am notified prior via note. If the commissioner does not wish to have their username or the username of the receiver(s) (if it's a gift) listed, I'd be happy to oblige as long as I am notified prior via telegram.
