It was hard picking out so few coms, but I did the best I could. I considered my allotted time this month, people who have been waiting, new people, what I think my fanbase would like, and my own personal biases. I encourage people to come back in January if they still want some mojo art.

Hey Everyone, commissions slots are open for December. I don't have many this time around, as I'm wanting to focus on personal art this month and just enjoy the holidays.

Hey everyone, that was a nice stream, saw a lot of people come through.

Anyways, some quick stuff:

-I've always tried to answer every comment, but last few months I've been a lot and I've fallen behind a bit here and there.
I know I probably don't need to say this, but I do read them all and answer ones that propose a question, or if I have a funny tidbit I can say.
From now on tho, I'm not going to try to answer every single one, since a lot of the time all I have is "Thanks dude."
Just wanted to let everyone know what's up since I'm changing something.

-I'm probably going to open only a few commission slots in December (if at all), and they're probably going to be like 4 or 5 that I'm the most interested in. I'm actually in a major burnout right now, so I don't think it's responsible to take a lot on at once and half-ass some of them. Y'all deserve better than that. I just want to go to my own beat for December and dick around with random ideas, maybe get back into practicing regularly. Sorry to anyone's who's been waiting a while.

-If I haven't contacted you about NOVEMBER commissions already, then you didn't get a slot this month. I've been juggling so many things that I dunno if I've said that yet.

So, I passed 1000 watchers around Monday, so I gotta say thanks to everyone who's been watching, faving, and commenting since I started posting again. All the support has felt good, and made me all warm and fuzzy on the inside (uwu and all that). I think I've had really good growth over the past year and I'm looking to expand in a bunch of different areas.

I haven't had time to put anything together to celebrate, but I have an idea of a something I want to do. Hopefully I can get that out there in the next few weeks, along with other things I've been thinking about. I've taken steps towards one of my goals, but I'm unsure how I'm going to be able to do it correctly. Most likely, I'm probably going to just have to put it out there and get feedback on how to improve.

Looking forward to August: I am NOT opening coms (aside from a few things for people who have missed out a few times), as I want to work on re-building my Patreon page, pushing past this artistic plateau I've been stuck on, and exploring other formats. (As always, a MOJO patreon would not paywall any content, aside from maybe early release.)

Hey hey hey, time for July coms. No restrictions.

WELL, a bit of a change: I'm not going with 8 slots anymore, since a "slot" could be anywhere from a sketch to a multi-character sequence. That's a bit unbalanced, right? Anyway, I'll be more or less scheduling coms as they come in, allocating days of this month to work on commissions. Could be 16 coms like May or just 10 like June. I don't remember March or April. It's all a large, thicc blur.

ALSO, in August I will be accepting only a few coms (or maybe none), as I'll be trying to catch up on personal projects I've been putting off. Still planning on streamin' tho, but I'll be trying to stream on weekdays as well, commissions and orignal stuff. Wanna sorta branch into different stuff and get some much needed practice.

General Rule of Thumb for Additional Characters: Nude is +50% of base price and Clothed is +70%.

I hope everyone enjoyed my first week working as an artist. I felt I put out a lot, through streaming will do that. I've set up a KOFI page as a compromise between Pateron page and doing, uh, nothing. I've got some things planned for the future, so keep on the lookout for journals related to that.

This might be a long journal, so skip to the bottom for a tl;dr.

SO, after a lot of thought and planning and thought, I've decided to leave where I'm working to pursue my two passions: art and gamedev. The last couple of months since I've started going hard have been rough and exhausting. Working a 9-to-5 and then coming home to practice art until waaaay to early is very, very draining. The past month has been particularly rough, and there's been so, so many times I just don't want to do anything when I get home.

My art is important to me, enough so that I'm giving up financial stability for it. I want to improve, grow, and explore as an artist. I have many goals I want to achieve, but the issue kept coming back to a lack of time. I want to branch out into gamedev almost equally, and there numerous other hobbies I've let go.

So what does this mean?

Obviously, my income is now limited to what I can earn with commissions and such. I'm not really aiming to become a full-on furry artist and support myself as such, though if things turn that way I'm not complaining. I enjoy drawing content that other people enjoy, and I want to continue. As for money, I am fine right now, and I'll leave it at that. I'm looking at commission sheet soon, and finally decide on consistent prices. Note that my prices are not going to change anytime soon.

Going forward, I am going to be looking into reviving my Patreon and looking into other options, such as Ko-Fi. I'll make another journal detailing that when I learn more. I'm not a huge artist, so I'm not expecting much on those fronts however. Still gotta look into them though. Right now, I'm thinking of more original content, such as process videos and design challenges. Maybe even a web-comic (boy, that sounds familiar). Expect more on that front soon.

Most importantly to y'all is that I'm going to be listening hard to any feedback anyone is willing to give. Thoughts on what I've detailed here and what I should be doing going forward would be much appreciated, I'm too dumb to figure that stuff out. Yes, yes, draw more Krystal/Toriel, I know I know.

Finally, I want to thank everyone for the SUPPORT I have received since coming back. Every watch, fave, and comment means a lot to me, and encourages me to keep drawing and pushing myself. Love ya guys, really.

It is the largest thing ever.

Anyway, I've wanted one for a very long time and I finally decided to pull the trigger. There's going to be a steep learning curve, as I've been rocking my intuos for so long, but hopefully I can start getting the hang of it in a few weeks.

Well, its not much of an update, I just read what everyone commented on the original journal. Just letting everyone know I'm still thinking about it. The only thing I've settled on really is I want to do as many as possible every stream, obviously striking a balance between quality and speed.

Also, I'm reconsidering what my commission prices are, since I can't apparently hold myself back from over-working everything. I'm really just trying to better reflect time spent.

Anyways, thanks everyone for digging my stuff, with the faves/watches. I super appreciate the love.

How do y'all feel about me doing weekly request streams, maybe weekly-biweekly? I've been getting a lot of requests for, uh, requests, and with how I do my schedule my work right now I don't want to put a request at the back end of my commissions/personal work.

Right now I'm thinking about doing 2-3 requests per stream, or maybe doing a large amount, but leaving them rough.
