Profiling
General | Posted 16 years agoSo I've sent out a profile sheet for my friends to fill out if they want to appear in the story as a character. Now I play the waiting game...

In the meantime! For those writers out there who might be interested in what kind of a Character Sheet I use in order to get a good rounded idea of who the character is I thought I might share.

A Story of Fur-Epic Preportions!
General | Posted 16 years agoSo one of my friends has asked me to do a story featuring all our fursonas and I just got my first idea for a good one! I'm actually really excited to be doing this and have put aside some of my other projects that I feel a little bad for neglecting this way but I don't think this story will take to long to write if I balance my time wright, don't get distracted, or don't suddenly loose interest half way through the story like I normally do (it seems I have a Leonardo Complex...sigh...).
So, I'm already throwing some stuff together, including getting permission from all the others to use their furs in the story as well as working on a Character Outline for them to fill in so that I can begin writing without having to worry about anything or anyone being to horribly OOC. Plot develops from the characters after all!
This will probably be the first story I post here on FA in fact...Isn't that wonderful!
(Say "Yes" or be mauled by an army of 10 thousand bunnies!)

Fanfciton Writers
General | Posted 16 years agoFanfiction Writers are really, really sensitive and need to be coddled!
They're are not writing for their own personal pleasure and satisfaction. They are writing for yours and thus you need to be grateful and shower them with praise. The tiniest negative comment, even when not directed at them, may cause them to tip into a downward spiral of depression and refuse to write further for those who do enjoy their works.
Fans are nice but even one Hater is worth 10,000 Flames and takes priority over any and other well wishers or the Fanfiction Writer's own desire to keep writing.
So be nice to the Fanfiction people...Or you'll make them sad. They may start crying and you'll feel bad. :(
Or worse! You'll anger the fans!
