i'm so sorry i haven't been active. i'm going to explain why below. be warned this journal discusses health stuff.

i have had to pull three all nighters in the past week, some to complete assignments, others due to financial and personal stress. this has severely impacted my physical and mental health. my body pretty much shut the fuck down on friday and i slept for fourteen hours straight, straight through an exam i now need to retake at the end of the year. i have missed several assignment deadlines and genuinely am not doing too good. i'm trying really hard to keep my head on through all this but it's really difficult between college, trying to find a job, christmas, and stress-induced arguments between me and my mother.

when i got home today i found a letter saying i was discharged from a therapy service i'd been waiting since june to hear from. i haven't even had a single session with this nhs-funded organisation

so needless to say i felt like i'd been stepped on yet again

i don't have any energy right now and can't draw, i only slept for one hour last night and i can't do that to myself again

i hope everyone else is having a much much better day. remember to love yourself and be kind
