Pissed off, need to vent

There are things that have happened in the past few weeks that have just annoyed the hell out of me and I need to get it all down. People, media, things I see that are just pure stupidity or arrogance or some cultist mindset and I'm tired of it.
Let's get it out of the way. Politics. Or more like, how people online are acting when it comes to the subject.
I'm not here to make any judgement calls on who you vote for, Americans. That's not the point. My problem is content creators and the cesspool that is twitter who do, especially repeating this annoying nugget:
"If you don't like politics, why do you play games about politics!? Everything is political"
Whoever says this, please for the love of God and the macros here, get some bloody perspective and stop basing your shitty personality and claims over badly misinterpreted themes in games, or even cartoons.
I can't believe this needs to be said but politics as a theme and the current political situation are not the goddamn same!
I'm sure people, mainly from the far left, who say that everything is political are conflating politics as a theme and the current political situation in a disingenuous attempt at a gotcha to those who say, "keep politics out of media". It's such an obvious straw-man from them just for them to be justified in calling you an '-ist' or a '-phobe' or whatever buzzword they think still works on people nowadays. (Spoilers. It doesn't)
And then you have these streamers and commenters compare fucking tyrants more insane and devious than Hitler or Napoleon in fiction to the walking American Cheeseball, and say "well they're better than him".
Are you out of your mind?
What, you want to appear virtuous and "right" to your friends and your audience so you go "Haha Orange man bad right?", comparing him to something even worse in media just because he's a president you don't like? Top that off with the constant accusations of the people who don't support or aren't the side of the accusers, who criticise and fact check and these people look like the religious zealots from the 90's. Or again, cultists. Because I see thisa lot from many blue checkmarks and Internet celebrities who think a joke is just a soapbox rather than giving a punch and expecting one back; being open basically.
And speaking of these personalities and many toxic twitter users, another thing that pisses me off is when these personalities tell their base to do something or don't do something in relation to whatever is going on in the world right now. "Wear a mask" is one of them or "If I catch you sexually assaulting someone like this depiction in this game, permabanned!". (Yes that actually happened)
And I have to ask, why do you need to say that? Its safe to assume that everyone who watches you wears a goddamn mask or hasn't assaulted anyone god willing. Or the more popular "Nazi's suck". No shit, Sherlock! Why do you need to repeat that? Your base aren't fucking idiots, stop treating them like one to appear virtuous. You look fake, desperate to be the higher person. You're not. Calm the fuck down and move on. The message is clear already; read your damn chats for God's sake and you'll see they're saying it too. They're not some Karen or some guy from 4chan or reddit, they're your audience!
Then you have posts on twitter like "if you support this guy who is opposite from my clearly correct political opinion, unfollow me, don't watch my shit" yada yada. Spoke ad nauseam like a fucking mantra. What that says to me is that you are so entrenched in your beliefs that you are opposed to any form of criticism and you see your opposition as lesser. You assume who they are and what they stand for without even talking to them. What a disgusting mindset man and its always the useful idiots who support socialism/marxism.

Actually, to build on that, these accusations of someone being a racist, sexist, transphobe so on and so forth; it's used so much that it's lost all meaning. Now it usually means "someone I don't like/who said something mean/who said a non-PC joke/ who argued against my world view". It's to the point where I have to question, "are they really this and that" which, though it's how I should've been from the start, this muddying of the water makes it stupid easy for people who actually fit these descriptions to get on by much MUCH easier than before.
But just to go on a slight tangent, when I point that these accusations or defences, especially concerning America's or Britain's elections, the riots, the extremist groups on right or left, are usually false, I have been told that "I'm an outsider who knows nothing" despite the net existing. Or I'm told I have no sympathy for choosing a certain president or prime minister before I've even finished what I said, accusing me that I think my choices are perfect when I've repeatedly said they're not over and over.
Christ it pisses me off man and I had people close to me do this! What the fuck man!?
And I dare not say these criticisms on twitter otherwise I'm some racist white boy even though I'm black, or a race traitor because I'm black and like to think for myself and look these things up because the media lies...
This last point is more in general but it's what gets me the most. It's been over a decade and still this 'Ugly Americanism' mindset prevails, only with a different political alignment. For those who're wondering what that means, it basically means when people think America is the center of the world. Before it's the jokes we all know. "Murica!" and so on. But now it's "our behaviour and social issues apply EVERYWHERE!"
No it isn't and yet its seeping into my own goddamn country like we're America or (in video game commentaries/streams when japanese games are played and context is misunderstood). No, we are not America and I'd appreciate it if my own country and the Americans who do this to stop or piss off. It's not the center of the world ffs.
