Don't mind me! Just jotting down a few ideas I want to play around with. Now that I'm nearing the end of my commission list (phew), I'm going to have some free time to do some more self-indulgent stories.

-I need to do way more with Markus' love of being inflated. It's been touched on a few times but a blimp with an equally massive cock is too fun to not use. Plus, Phoebe could get involved in the fun.

-Danica's got an extremely fluffy tail and I need to do way more with that as well. I know hyper fluffy tails is a thing, maybe this is her one weakness that she secretly loves? Worth investigating. Also worth investigating is the deep crush she has on Harmony. Lots of potential for a classic "Self-confident character turns into a burbling, horny mess around their crush" setup.

-With the idea of permanent slow growth being introduced, there's room for a male character who has a cock that, when not compressed, literally reaches hundreds of millions of miles. Not even super thick either, like a foot across, just absurdly long. Maybe an existing character could be fun for this? I imagine an adult Tails, now in his mid-30s and fascinated by hypers due to his own condition, could be fun.

-Mighty Chest! needs a supervillain. I think I mentioned one once with the arbitrary name "Expandrea," but that's as far as the idea went.

-Given that we have two permanently planet-sized ponies orbiting Earth, more should be done with them too. Maybe a visit from Celestia who is shocked to find two subjects in that condition? Checking in with Marcel to see what he thinks of seeing them every day? People living on them?? Lots to be done there.

-Speaking of Sonic characters, I recently learned that canonically, Blaze the Cat is insecure about how small her chest is and is jealous of Rouge. That's begging for something.

-Not one person has sucked one of Prima's four boobs yet and that's something that's going to have to change soon.

And while I have you here, what are some ideas for the Desireverse you'd like to see? I'm not talking about specific story requests, just ideas for characters, hyper-ness, interactions, whatever comes to mind. Since I'm going to have some time for my own stories now, I'm always interested to hear what people have envisioned for The Desireverse!

As with any creative, I sometimes deal with imposter syndrome and self-doubt about the quality of my writing. I like to think I'm a good writer, but with 2025 being a year where I didn't write quite as much due to a whole lot of life factors, I find myself entering 2026 a little down on my overall writing. Not enough to stop by any means, but enough to want to try mixing stuff up more, play around with more styles and genres and generally try to push to improve.

So I'm wanting to turn this back over to you guys. I'm happy to have built up a bit of a following of people who enjoy my writing. I have two questions that i'd love to get some genuine, honest feedback on:

What about my writing do you like?

Not just "You write about growth and sexy times," more the actual style of writing.

What about my writing do you think I should work on?

I know it's hard to critique writing when the stories are so short, but i'm really looking for any kind of feedback that could help me narrow down what I want to focus on in 2026.

I hope everyone has a wonderful New Year! 2025 wasn't the best for me; it wasn't awful by any means, but I ended up being far busier than I thought for a lot of the year which gave me less time to write, and that combined with Literally Everything Horrible In America Right Now meant 2025 wasn't fantastic. Here's hoping next year works out better!

I always love expanding the Desireverse, and the past few years I've introduced a few concepts to it to continue the expansion. First was Tales of the Desireverse which is designated for stories featuring all the main characters of The Desireverse (which means my OCs). And then was Around The Desireverse, which encompases any existing character who comes to the Desireverse and the changes they inevitably undergo (examples: Catra being a permanent blimp, Falco constantly gaining weight, etc).

Well in 2026, I have a new idea I'm gonna move forward with, which is ideas for OCs. I've had a LOT of character ideas, but a significant portion of them I don't know if I want to expand into a full-on character with backstory and what not. So what I'm planning on doing is, when I have an idea, commissioning someone to help make a basic idea of the character/scenario, but not fleshing them out just yet. They may not even have names either; just an image, some basic details of them in the description, and that's it. Then I'll see how I'm feeling about them; maybe I want to flesh them out more, maybe I want them to show up in a story, or heck maybe I like them enough to get a full bio and be promoted to main character! A big part of this could also be your reactions; maybe I post one and nobody's feeling it, or maybe everyone wants to see more of them and they get fast-tracked!

The last thing I'm wondering is the name of it. The ones I'm leaning towards now are People of The Desireverse or Residents of The Desireverse but I'd love to solicit ideas from my watchers as to any other name ideas.

I hope you're looking forward to the new branch of The Desireverse? And oh, maybe the first character has already been made, drawn, and posted by an artist, as an "Anonymous Commission." I'll never tell.... not yet anyway :P

I've noticed the past day or so that any time I click on any of my stories, I get a Fatal System Error. At least one other person is having the same problem, so I'm curious as to just how widespread this issue is.

Is this across the board on FA? Is there some error that I am unaware of?

I've now come to realize I should never, ever take commissions during the Summer. Not just because it's a busy time for me, but because Summer is my least favorite season. I hate the heat so much and it saps my creative drive. Meanwhile Fall has begun and my creative drive has sprung right back into action! I have two commissions ready to post barring one more editing pass, and have started work on a new Multi-Chapter story! One that focuses significantly less on character development and storytelling and more on pure, over-indulgent debauchery. It's gonna be a fun one!

And also a few other random thoughts I've been having...

-What do people think of Canon x OC ships? I've never really had an opinion on them but I've recently had some thoughts about one of my characters getting into a relationship with a canon/existing character, and it's giving me severe hornybrain thinking about it :3

-I need way, way more images of Prima. Multiboob Hypersquirter who might be developing a thing for diaper expansion is so much fun yet she has the fewest images of any Desireverse character other than Dr. Omondi (who is much nwer than her).

-Same goes with Spitfire. Gotta figure out more to do with her, she's a fun character but I need more potion shenanigans with her.

-I've been really enjoying Pokemon Legends: ZA the past few weeks. Hey fun fact, did you guys know that the female character's default name is Harmony? Huh, how about that :3

7,500 words. The longest single story I've ever written, dwarfing my previous longest story by nearly 1,500 words.

I've been working on a commission recently, one that may turn out to be the longest single story I've written so far, well over 6,000 words. I'm having a blast writing it, but it has me thinking about why my default length for a story tends to be around the 2,500-3,000 word area. Now this isn't a super hard and fast rule, I've done chaptered stories like Providence and Nature's Bounty and [CENSORED, COMING SOON], but if it's just a one-off story, I do shoot for that length, and I thought it might be fun to talk about why. There are a few reasons why my stories veer towards the shorter side of things.

1) GENERAL TONE
The subjects I write about are, for the most part, very fetishistic in nature. And not just fetishy, but complete fantasy, impossible in real life fetishy. It is, by it's very nature, extremely silly. And I love embracing that with my stories, pushing them to extremes. The issue comes when you try to take something at that extreme and stretch it further and further. Take for example the story I'm writing now; it doesn't really get extreme until the very end, a lot of it before that is character building and interaction. Not that it's not ridiculous before then, just gets to the biggest extremes in the last third. I've always found taht 3,000 word sweet spot is perfect for a one-shot story to not overstay its welcome while getting to the fun stuff!

2) MY OWN WRITING PROCESS
I am very hard on myself when it comes to writing. Not in the sense that I dislike my writing, more that when I write I want things to turn out really well and I want to end every story happy with what I've written. And sometimes that means that stories can go on short breaks writing while I try to figure out where to bring the story next. This can also get to me if there's a lot of story left; it gives me that sense of having a massive gulf between where I am now and the end of the project, which can trigger a bit of executive dysfunction. So when I stick with the shorter stories, that gulf feels far more achievable and it brings out my creative juices better!

3) 2025 HAS KICKED MY ASS
OH MY GOD THIS YEAR HAS BEEN BUSY. I don't like sharing much personal stuff about myself but this year, at least in terms of my day job, has been way, way busier than the past few. I am doing fine, but I have had a lot less hours than usual to work on writing, and every time I think I see a nice gap in my schedule, suddenly something new comes up that requires my a ttention. That and mentally it hasn't been a great year, what with watching America fall into a dystopian hellhole. I assure you all I am doing well, it's just been so much harder to get to actually writing. I guess this one is less about shorter stories and just more why it's taking so long to get through commissions, but I figured I'd put that out there.

I just wanted to get some thoughts down that have been bouncing around my brain as I work on this extra long story recently. If all goes well it will be completed within the next week!

Man, my summer ended up being significantly more busy than I thought!

That's because I have a job that goes through periods of very quiet, nothing happening, and then periods of insane madness where I'm busy every day and by the time I get home I'm exhausted. And the last two weeks have basically been the madness nonstop.

HOWEVER, we are at the end! The schedule officially lightens up on Saturday, and thus I will finally have time to start working on commissions, and even finish that free raffle story I did a month ago. Thanks everyone for your patience; fun stuff is coming, I promise!
