this is a meme he wanted people to do. http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/723170/
.Who are you?
garbage-trash, irritant on fa, and a chimera face dancer taking many forms to be pestiferous.
. Are we friends?
dont know each other well enough, but one day it would be nice to count you amongst my friends.
. When and how did we meet?
the only time we have conversed is during a live web show you did of a commission.
. Would you kiss me?
maybe, if you dont have halitosis, and you can tolerate mine. hugging, if you are not creeped out, is also a yes.
. Give me a nickname and explain why?
peggy- cause you seem to have a slender build like peg, and you love peg's work.
. Describe me in one word!
nerd! (so few of us left that we need to stick together.)
. What was your first impression of me?
it was, in all honesty, a nerdy, gay, englishmen. but you live in 'canadia.'
. Do you still think the same?
i know your not english. but i know you are very much a nerd. i have not confirmed if you are gay, bi, or straight.
but my first impressions were rather shallow.
. What reminds you of me?
i had an skinny roommate once, my favorite roommate of all time. you seem to have a similar build.
. If you could give me anything what would it be?
herpies.
. How well do you know me?
art. we have never met in person and only conversed on the net once.
. Are you going to put this on your journal and see what I say about you?
it is here.
. Would you ever meet up with me?
yes- if there was a non creepy reason too like we were both at the same con, or if we did become online friends. otherwise it would just be scary.

[x] Full House. (mom and sis still love it.)

When everything was settled by:
[x] "Rock/paper/scissors";

[x] You had at least one Tamagotchi, GigaPet or Nano and brought it everywhere you went. (One rip off that I had for a month. Was a gift.)
You watched the original cartoons of:
[x] Rugrats;

You collected:
[_] Beanie Babies (i remember them as kids toys though, and the beanie baby crash.)

[x] Before Sidekicks & iPods;
[x] Before PlayStation3 or X-Box 360;
[x] Back before X-Box period;
[x] Before SpongeBob; (my mum and dad love that show.)
[x] When light up sneakers were cool; (i still have the light box to my la lights somewhere. the shoes have long since disintegrated on me.)
[x] When you rented VHS tapes, not DVDs;
[x] When gas was $0.95 a gallon (i dont remember it that cheap, but i do remember it cheap.)
[x] When we recorded stuff on VCR (still do)
[_] You had slap bracelets; (male. but my sis still has some. as does my mom.)
[_] You actually played outside until it was dark (outside is full of bugs and nasty things.)
[x] Way back before we realized all this would eventually disappear
[x] Post this if you smiled at least more than 5 times (once the whole way through... but its wrth a million smiles)
[x] And if you remember at least half the stuff on here. (i remember everything but the $0.95 gallon gas.)
--- wheres tng? you forgot star trek the next generation! the debate over the best series always turns to tng vs ost: and tng was a big part of the early 90s. i remember watching it in my kitchen while my dad made and served us dinner.

New ideas for non-arbitrary classifications of fire-arms.
Posted 16 years agoThis is a working idea: constructive criticisms would be useful and appreciated.
New possible way to classify ammunition based off of its stopping power instead of caliber and new more useful and non-ambiguous ways to classify guns.
Define the stopping power as the total KE the projectiles strike a target with at three distances. (KE = m(slug)*V^2(ft^2/s^2)= lb-ft ).
Then define the stopping power at three ranges:
1.) Near 100yrd
2.) Medium 200yrd-400yrd (Some undefined specific distance in this range.)
3.) Long 500yrd+. (Some undefined specific distance in this range.)
This can now be used as a quantifiable measure of how dangerous a bullet is and would be far more useful then current caliber measurements.
Precision will now come to play.
The gun will be rated according to the power of it's bullet and its precision. A value will be zero if the gun is incapable of hitting in an 8” diameter radius 8 out of ten shots at a specific range. If it can, then it will gain a stopping power rating for that range. Accuracy is not counted.
Rate of fire would be measured this way:
Starting full loaded, and including reloading during the trial, how many shots a gun can theoretically fire in thirty seconds.
Guns would then be classified in the following ways:
A.) Pistol:
Barrel length of less then a foot and a rate of fire of less then 40.
Barrel length of less then a foot and bellow a certain stopping power and is unable to be precise at long range.
B.) Light Rifle:
Any gun that has bellow a certain stopping power that can hit targets at long range and has a rate of fire less then 40.
C.) Heavy rifle:
Any gun above a certain stopping power and a rate of fire less then 40.
D.) Assault:
Any gun that has a rate of fire above 40 and stopping power greater than that allowed for a pistol in a set range.
E.) Machine Gun:
Any gun with more stopping power then an assault that has a rate of fire above 40.

Idea for insurance for fire arm possession.
Posted 16 years agoInsurance for fire arm possession:
This is a working idea of what would be reasonable for mandatory insurance for fire arms. Any constructive criticism would be useful.
Cost per year: 1.1*(Voluntary modifier for coverage percentage)*(Cost of accidents caused by type of fire arm per year)/(Number of people with that type of fire arm).
The voluntary modifier for coverage percentage is a value between .75 and 1.1. This number is up to the policy holder and will determine what percentage of damages the insurance will pay.
The State or Federal governments should buy full insurance for police officers, service men, and national guard members.
People at 1.5 the poverty line and bellow will get subsidized as follows:
(1.5*poverty line)/ (1.5* poverty line - income) up to 50%
If the person has a need; IE member of civilian militia or in a very rural setting or farm worker the subsidizes will be as follows:
(1.7*poverty line)/(1.7* poverty line - income) up to 100% for farm workers, 50% for militia and people in rural settings.
The insurance would then be tax deductible for people in this bracket.

Posted 16 years agoim a face dancer chimera. im a shape shifter who can take on the traits of any two other furries. but it takes me some time to grow into the new forms and it is exhausting.
i can become whatever i want to to suit my needs. but my usual form is the head and arms of a wolf and the body and legs of a sheep. why, because its a terribly twisted combination that is slightly humorous.
i love to play all sorts of games, and can start to pick up any game that i play pretty quick. i love rp.
rp is not the same as yiff! though some yiff is rp, all rp is not yiff. having said that, i do enjoy all types of rp.
if you want to play pm me and we can work something out.
just be clear what you want. i ruined someones day because they wanted yiff, and i was doing a story based rp with them. had they said they wanted yiff i would NOT have disappointed them.
having said all this, yes i am old enough to legally engage in yiff, and i would want such an assurance before hand from any potential partners.
i can be very social, so dont be a stranger. say hello, i might say hello back.
as for hugs, i never volunteer them to strangers, unless they have hugged me first. but if you hug me first, i might reciprocate!
