I think these first three races all need to be based in the same region. More or less. Dense jungle/forest.

ON HORROR
So if a theme is demons and monsters that sets the horror aspect quite well but where do they come from?

I like the idea of monstrous children being born that grow to be monsters. Like a curse?

What if there is an advancing army of creatures like the White Walkers?

Demons using humas as slaves.

I like the idea of humanity as a new race, perceived as weak by other older races.

Marsupial humanoid descended from tree dwelling possum-like creature. Originaly nocturnal I want something cute, slender, long limbs big eyes.

Pointed snouts look dumb, I can't have a mousey looking creature.

Round ears, long fluffy tail origionally used for grasping but now used more for balance. Though it does retain some prehensile movement.

I'm not sure I can abandon humanoids altogether. There are characters I'm not sure I could leave out. Some humanoid characters are just too cool to leave out.

So how do I give them a place in this world? I need to make sure that all races and species fit in a way that makes sense.

What if humanoids are the anomaly in the story? Creations? Invaders? Ultimately outsiders. But again it depends on what we're talking about.

The real problem is human-animal hybrids. Unique humanoids are no issue. What reason could there be for a bright pink cat-girl?

Trouble is because I don't know what races and species I want to have I don't know which hnoids will not fit.

I think there are two genres I would need to bear in mind.

Fantasy as my main for my serious erotic horror story

Then the other as a kind of comic drama for my cartoon anthro characters.

I think that unless I want a super cartoon/comic vibe to my work then half human half animal anthros like catgirls will always seem out of place. I can't just decide x character is a bunny-girl. It just doesn't make sense.

If i want a world like that where all the character are just random animals then it would have to e a comic light hearted fiction.

So if you have a gryphon with testicles the size of beach balls... how exactly can it function in the real world?

Well suffice to say, it couldn't.

What i reckon is that such traits as oversized genitalia and breasts whilst obviously acting as a physical handicap for the animal, will provide it with enormous sex appeal. Such creatures will achieve positions of status with their community or tribe. They might be taken as sex slaves or pets by ruling classes.

Perhaps some tribes who hold such great reverence for the creatures will look after such creatures. Proctecting them.

Maybe the function purely as stud creatures, staying close to the Village centre. It could be that such animals form a kind of nobility in some species, and mocked by others.

Their might be divisions between breeding animals and fighting animals.

Perhaps such oversized genitalia are not naturally occurring and produced by magic or science.

Some characters my have story-archs surrounding this idea. That that have great sexual power but limited physical abilities.

If sexual fluids have their own magical powers then perhaps such animals are sought after, hunted, preyed upon.

List: True animals (beasts), intelligent animals (anthros), unique humanoids (UHD), humans.

Carnivore confusion trope played up for horror. Where humans and other species hunt for meat in a world where some prey animals are intelligent.

Gryphons

I have to have a noble and majestic race of gryphons with their accompanying human servants.

The Black Wolf

One of the main characters will be the black wolf. The current idea is him as a minion of a great evil sent to murder and terrorize. Most likely this character will eventually become a hero once he has been freed from the villain's control. Wolf's controlled by a ring imbued with magic the binds the base of his testicles.

Sex as magic

I still like the idea of a sexuality as a magical force. Sexual fluids as having magical properties.

Perhaps sexuality should be the primary driving force of the world. Kind of as it is in real life accept here it has a magical element.


Real world animals and my own creations.

Perhaps this works best as a fantasy world.

This allows instant acceptance of:magic, monsters, mythical beasts, humans and anthropomorphic animals.

It seems to tick all the boxes yet I feel hesitant to peruse this direction but I am not sure why.

Ah that might have been why. Because a Fantasy setting excludes fucking/milking machine fantasies.

Perhaps this calls for a mid fantasy/steam-punk type setting? A mix of magic and technology?

Some thoughts on plausability

I thought at first this didn't matter but now I feel it is everything. I really want some depth to this. It probably depends on my mood.

Maybe I need to write two separate stories. Or maybe a High Fantasy version with it's accompanying erotic version.

Key story elements

I want to include any animals/creatures/anthros/monsters I desire.

I also want to create genuine races, beings that are what they appear. I can't have all my characters be humans in alt forms. It takes the fun out of some of the erotic elements if they're all just humans having sex with each other.

This will be an erotic, pornographic fantasy adventure with no rules.

Set in a universe with the natural order completely upset. It is filled with humanoids, monsters, demons and fantasy creatures. I don't want to start by worrying about anything plausible. This is fantasy.

The Wolf, his servant. Possessed with magic binds that bind him to the will of his master.

Could just do it hentai style: Monsters and demons sent to torment humanity. Trouble is that's been done to death.

Humanoid/Anthro
Centaur - Anthro's with animal body, four legs then upright humanoid torso and arms.
Hybrids - Combinations of animals in any configuration
Monsters - Creatures not constructed of any known animals though they they may contain some resemblances like human female breasts
Demons - Magical demi gods that may appear in a variety of monstrous forms.

Story starts on human world that transform into anthros. Each anthro unique.
Demi god, god of lust, takes many forms, beautiful and terrifying. Human male and female.
Gantz or hellriser like beginning. Artifact that mutates and transforms.

I realised th4t the re4son I dislike so much forror is th4t I f4il to connect with the ch4r4cters. If there is no emotion4l bond, if the ch4r4cter is 2 dimension4l or inconcincing then nothing th4t h4ppens to th4t ch4r4cter will h4ve effect on the 4udience.

the key is writing re4lisitic chr4cters, get the 4udience emotion4ly envolved. m4kr them love the ch4r4cters then t4ke them 4w4y, G4me of Thrones does this very well.

Secret society linked to alien/transdimentional beings devoted to sexuel pleasure

Alien race, ancient, acheived complete ultimate utopian society. Almost entirly peacful society. Devotated to ar and science and pleasure.

Had advance technologies akin to magic. The race begame addicted to pursuit of please giving up all interest in higher pleasures.

Resulting in a cult beleiving that only pursuit of the most basic instincts are pure. Begins with interest in sex and sensual pleasurs but end up extending out to love of all animal instincts resulting in a cult devoted to orgies of killing and rape. oVer time they lost any pursuit of moral behavours beyond what allowed them to maintain their hedonistic lifestyles. IT lead gradually to the ollapse of the society into factions.

Some factions are mostly good and honourable, resembling the indulgent roman culture or our world. Whilst others fall to dark depths of depravity.

This cult took their technology and warped it allowing them to splice their exsting genes with that of animals. The technology made their DNA maleable and adabtable. Users ultimately could alter there form in any many their chose to with enough time. increasing strength and size, changing sex, combining sexes, mutating and adding genitalia, even combining themselves with elements of animals. You get the idea.

This results in users attaining any form imaginable. Resulting in indivduals with forms in any of the above catagories.

One faction discover Earth and purely for their own enjoyment pass some of this magitek to humans purely to mess with them.

Good and bad aliens. Whilst the evil ones seek to currpot and control humans the good ones seek to protect them. Resulting in "angels and demons"
Story Archs

Humans injected with powerful aphrodisiacs casuing them to rape without restraint. Some people affected only mildly- causing them only mild changes in behaviour perhaps casuing them to suddenly grow more confident, persuing people they were never previousl confident enough to approach. The serum could increase size and stamina (like Urotsukidoji). Some infected to become overwhelmed with lust

Humans as servants to the alien masters

Corruption of polititions.

Human organizations aware of invasion. Some governments some civilinan

Conspiracy theories abound.

Human cults who worship the aliens and dedicate themselves to depraved sex acts.

Perhaps most good aliens were wiped out by a surprise attack by the evil ones and had to go into hiding. The evil ones have the upper hand and already have infulence over the humans.

Some good aliens not interested in saving the human race at all, beleive they should be focused on fighting their evil bretherin.

Aliens come up with receipies for creating specific types of bodies.

Maynbe some changes are more easliy enacted than others. For example the further from their own genome the less likely it is to take. Maybe this is how some monsters are born.

Questions

Need a name for these created forms. The aliens have their origional bodies (perhaps with a derogatory slang term for it and those who still have it) and their new created bodies. It would be interesting to have the alien word with an English translation.

How does form altering technology work:
Does it allow shape-shifting on demand?
I don't think I like this idea it is too much like magic at this point and would result in too many plot difficulties. Perhaps it could be reserved for some characters at some point. I want my characters to be defined by their appearance. To have the wolf, the dog, the gryphon etc.

So with that in mind I don't think this technology should take the form of a small magical device that imparts its effect instantly like the Animorphs cube. Maybe to should take the form of a long process of immersion in chemicals and drug therapy. Perhaps reconstrucive surgery and embedding of implants. Maybe it takes many courses of treatments to become effective.

I also like the idea that it is not always 100% controllable in all circumstances. I don't want the users to have complete choice over the outcome. Not all the time anyway. If one being emerges with some amazing characteristics I don't want others to just be able to instantly copy it.

So what about the boy and his dinosaur storyline?
Or in otherwords: don't I lose something by making all my creatures humans in animal form?

This storyline means all the creatures within it are just transformed humans or aliens. I'm not sure that that is the world I wanted to create.

For example the storyline with the race of Gryphon's and their human servants. Or the boy and his Raptor inspired by the painting on e621?

After reading about Mick's world of Vilous filled with original species I feel like that there is something special there that is important. I feel like it is important in many cases for the characters to BE the creature the appear not be a person transformed.
