So I'll be speaking with proper uniformed officials tomorrow to get this whole fun thing underway. I am TIRED of this shit, i really am. This has escalated from a simple banning due to annoying behaviour to stalking, harrassment and death threats. I want to be left alone and further more, I want this bastard brought to justice.

Some months ago in mid summer i banned a user in my stream named BSGM short for battlestar galatic man, for self-promoting in my livestream. the next day i received very horriffic death threats via my storenvy's email.

Below are the two emails he sent me:


Well fuck you too. Your dog deserved death on that electric fence. I hope he suffered before he died. Those fucks in Colorado deserved death too. Fuck them victims.

and the second:

Here's hoping you get raped bitch. I hope someone sodomizes you with a 3/5 steel tipped drill and then eviscerates you and you die a horrible death. I hope the dude who rapes you also takes the liberty of ripping your tits off and shoving you in front of a train. You deserve death bitch. Cause you know rape is funny. Rape is just plain hilarious. I just love the sight of a female getting violated repeatedly.

I have attempted to post him up on artists beware, and was met with a refusal.

What i am doing however is warning others of this person. Be aware, if the emails above aren't proof enough, avoid at all costs for your own sanity. If you have been harrassed by this individual i strongly suggest getting the FBI involved. As for me, i'm filing a restraining order.

theres a small event i must attend that happens smack dab in the middle of my stream time this evening. i have however come up with a somewhat rocking soluton.

i will start the stream at 7 as per usual, get right down to work, and then i must leave for an halfhour/hour and i will return at 9 at the latest and continue the work.

So today was Lush's official grand opening in Easton i decided to go shopping for not just me by my mother an a few friends.

I got a godiva solid shampoo and a few bath bombs for myself plus a solid perfume called "Lust" Most of my prferences lean toward the Jamine absolute products. Jasmine is a beautiful smelling flower which has relatives in the lilac family.

I got Lustre powder for my mother, i already own a bottle, figured i'd share the love. I also got a Lust scented bar of soap which she and I will share.

For my friend I snagged Demon in the Dark, a minty soap with anti-depressant qualities. I can attest to this as i own a hunk of it myself. i don't use it for washing i just sit it next to my workspace and he aircurrents in my apartment carry the smell over me like a minty wave of freshness.

I love Lush because they're a vegan/vegetarian store (and while I'm neither, I can appreciate them being against animal testing.) They make good products and are unashamed with turning a profit while also giving proceeds from certain products to local charities. All around i love the store, its products and its philosophies. While somtimes on the pricy side, its worth every penny.

I feel like i've made new friends tonight.

While may not always understand the furry community its outpouring of support, help and overall kindness is sometimes something to behold.

 genesisw and  kitana pulled me out from a dark dark pit of depression that i suffered the first half of this year when my mind quite LITTERALLY broke apart along with nearly everything else when I left my parents and lost someone close and dear to me. I was broken, i was insane, i was loosing what was left of what made me ME And as this wonderful and terrible year starts to quickly draw to a close I can't help but be thankful for everything thats been done.

But I digress im notorious for my tangents.

It was through  kitana that i was able to be introduced to  buckhopper and the Furry Basketball association, and then by proxy introduced to the AWESOME people that make up THAT.

Tonight I had the esteemed pleasure of working with Shane Rufus and Tazel. Two Fba'ers that to put it bluntly, TRUSTED me and were KIND to me and showed genuine bewilderment and awe and gratitude to get artwork from me. it filled me with warm fuzzies and i shall go to bed, heart warmed, by having a small amount of my faith in humanity restored.

Thank you my friends and thank you Furries. for all the ups downs and crazy twists my life could take, you make it so much more worthwhile than I could ever have hoped for.

Lately there's been some very real interest in my art classes. So i've decided to put more effort into sceduling them and making them work for people.

Private classes are sceduled at the convienence of the student.

Group classes are sceduled at the convienence of all students involved.

these are the three types of classes i'll be offering:

Beginner:

learning shapes and how to use them.

Form and function, learning the rules of drawing what you see.

Animals, everything you thought you knew deconstructed into fundamental techniques.

Color concept, no longer shall we make people cry with our character designs. Learn how choosing color is just as important as basic anatomy.

Basic character design. going through the fundamentals to make a well rounded visually appealing character.

Intermediate:

Anatomy. Watch me pose for you topless in poses you practically mould me into. for an hour i am your personal posable armature. Use your time wisely. (please note if you mould me into something that is close to unnatural i will tell you and correct it so you are drawing realistic and natural form) Props will also be included, I have swords and daggers and a squirtgun.

Hands hands hands. this is half a "life drawing" class and half a "how to break down the structure of the hand" class.

Intermediate Character Design class. Dealing with not just visually appealng character but also development, whether you want to draw fan characters or your own, I'll teach you how to find your own "voice" instead of copying style.

Intermediate Color Concept. More lessons in "how not to rape eyes with color alone"

EXPRESS YOURSELF: all about expressions and how to use the subtle and the extreme.

I don't like to get all nitpicky with stuff, i really don't but lately things have gotten out of hand on LS and I honestly need to make this list ALOT of this was borrowed from  genesisw and used with her permission of sorts. (though she expressed I didn't need it perse)

I livestream art EVERY DAY except fridays (usually if im not having a vacation or a family emergency) from 7pm EST(EDT) to whenever-I-am-ready-to-fall-asleep-at-my-keyboard 1-2 am ish EST/EDT.
Considerations inthe future will be taken if there is enough clamour from my european watchers to have a midday stream on thursdays from 12 noon to 6 pm depending.

1. We're all mostly adults in channel, but the moment you get crude I will tell you to stop. There are children and ladies in the channel and if you don't know how to behave in front of them then get off livestream and go enroll yourself in geek charm school. You'll get much farther in life.

2. I am not a roleplay channel or a random IRC chat room. My basic guideline is that if your conversation could happen privately elsewhere then take it elsewhere. I feel narcissistic for saying it but the truth is the stream is about me and my art. If I get the feeling from your behavior that you don;t really give a flip about either then I'll ask you to move on.

3. Do not spam. Please take a moment to think about what you type instead of spewing disjointed sentences. We get thirty people a night and if half the chat is you talking then you need to tone it down a little.

4. HORMEL'S LAW IS NOT TO SHIELD YOU FROM A PERSONAL TRAUMA. My channel is blessed in that we can talk about religion and politics and current events and keep things relatively civil. You do not demand a topic end because you personally dislike it. I really hate derailing what might be an interesting discussion because one person has a trauma. We call "bacon" on a topic when tempers look like they're starting to rise and when people are starting to take things personally. NOT BECAUSE YOU ARE OFFENDED BY TALK OF POLITICS OR RELIGION OR PET KITTENS.

5. I am not a counseling service or a crisis center. If you have an honest to goodness physical or emotional problem, then go get help. Don't dive into my stream and demand everyone stop and play psychologist. Yes, we might and often do have advice to give, but constantly derailing things because you're depressed is bad form. If you're truly depressed then go see a therapist, not a 27 year old cartoonist. Leastwise the therapist probably has better drugs than I do.

6. Links cannot be shared without permission of me or my mods. I am honestly geting tired of people who are derailing the conversation to say "hey look at my art" or "hey look at this cute video". If its not relevant and more or less self serving DON'T DO IT. If you want artistic advice from me, SIGN UP FOR MY ARTCLASSES. Grandstanding in my channel is not going to get on my good side.

7. The final ruling on behavior goes to me. I'm very lenient, but if I have to keep telling someone to shut up or tone it down then eventually I'm just going to kick them out the door. The reason why I never like to post specific rules or guidelines is because all that does is give people loopholes to consider. But really, if I think you're acting like a peenwhack and I feel you should know better, I shouldn't have to take you to the chalkboard like a child and tell you what rule you broke. So general guideline, if you can't act like a civil human being, then don't come to my livestream.

There's a new LUSH STORE NEAR WHERE I LIVE!!!!

I love lush... lush has awesome cosmetics made from all natural ingredients, they're a bit pricy but they're stuff is to DIE for. im so glad I have a local supplier for my fix of bath bombs massauge lotion bars and all other cool stuff i want to try. I've known about the stores in vegas and aspen but in a moment of curiosity i checked to see if there was a local store and found one 30 miles away. I am so full of squee you have no idea.

Im looking to save up and buy a nice inkjet printer (id get lazer but some of the things i want to print on would melt inside a laser so inkjet is where i'm at) I basically need something thats going to give me nice high quality printing, not horrid blurry crap when I print out things like buttons etc. I'm obviously not wanting to buy the cheapest on the market but also not the most expensive 1000+ machine either. I want to make nice buttons for my next convention whenenver that shall be and want to be prepared. I also want to make more charms but again the ink is currently considered "bad" for what im doing and runs all over the plastic.

So.

1. It can't be an epson, since the ink doesnt take as well to the material im using.
2. im looking in the $500 range or below.

Last night a long standing friend of the family died, we knew it was coming but it was still hard when she passed. So here's remembering a wonderful woman who lived her life as much as she could untill the end. Lucille Rich was 95 years old and i'll be attending her funeral and visiting some relatives wensday though friday.

but in light of this somber news, This morning  VinciNicolaides had her baby! Welcome to the world Moxie! im really glad i can use shipping as a deduction on my taxes... because OUCH. $100 for $1000 worth of insurance and then $50 ish for shipping, ow ow ow. but if i get my preacious tablet back by monday next week it will be worth it. I would have gotten overnight but it would have been nearly $200.

At the end of the night i'll tally up how many pics were done of each and announce if pirates or ninja's won Then i will do a raffle for whichever side "won" once you choose a side you can't switch, nor can you be both. Please bear in mind I have NO IDEA what my scedule will be next week which is why i chose monday to discontinue Digital temporarily and send in my tablet for repairs.

I will still be doing "ask overlord fox" posts as I have little issue drawing on a backup tablet for those but the backup isn't good for digital streaming and ive been wanting to feed the traditional itch for awhile.

I will be opening slots for traditional streams when im sure that i will be able to stream that evening.

the last month as been absolutely crazy, i took two nearly back-to-back vacations with my parents and THOUGHT erranously that I would be smooth sailing until thanksgiving. WRONG.

Life likes to throw things at me this time of year i swear.

A long-standing friend of the family, Lucille, a 95 year old widow of my father's former dealership partner, is suffering from her third and possibly final stroke. They're fairly certain she's not long for this world and i am sad to see her suffer. Right now my family is waiting with baited breath for news of her passing so we can attend her funeral and give last respects, least we can do after everything. It's a sad thing but I hope when it happens it's painless.

In lieu of that i don't know when i'll be gone or for how long, it could be just a day, it could be two or three, with my parents its hard to tell as i'll be at thier mercy while they're here. i'd like to apologise in advance for this, but real life does come first sadly this is also where my need to work seems to be interfering with my ability to just up and go when i want to. I'll be event heavy for awhile longer yet and then i hope things will be back to normal.

So i have to send my tablet in for repairs again, so i'll be without it for at least a week. Not ideal but there isn't much I can do.

Starting monday i will once again be offering traditional artwork.

Be sure to attend the stream tonight my first order of business is something for Sirus but once thats finished i'll dive right into the slots.

It would hilariously appear that the entire time I was on vacation, Fa was down in various stages, so i couldn't have worked in full capacity anyway. This is actually a bit of a releif as I was otherwise going to fell really guilty about not working. But again with very few advertising venues OUTSIDE of FA I couldn't have done much anyway.

That being said. I had fun on Vacation, i played a bit more with my Tumblr and while i may have to limit how many questions I answer and draw out, I still haven't quite reached that stage yet. I'm trying to answer everyone with a few exceptions, obvious spam, and questions that... aren't really questions just statments (or dont give me anything to work with) are discarded. its been a grand total of Three so don't worry about that.

I'll Be back in full capacity tonight and I have a special new feature for peeps as well. I don't know in what capacty the new feature will be operational however with the help of some friends I will be using a new more professional grade microphone, I just need to set it up so that -

1. when i get loud, theres no ear-raping clipping, i can't help that with my old one, unfortunately but this new one should take care of that.

2. a certain level of volume controll... POSSIBLY. That being said, please remember that I'm human and I'm prone to outbursts, anger, and excitement at the drop of a hat and you're responsible for your volume controll, most people already know this but eh, i figured I should warn.
