Posted 12 years agoSO IN LIEU of the FBA draft on sunday I am offering a special to all draft candidates. I have a maxiumum of 5 slots tonight first come first serve. $50 for a full shaded piece. Yes you get shading FREE.
I'm starting late because i need to rest after my trip from florida but barring any unforseen complications I will be working tonight.
My Turnaround is just a few hours, simply attend the livestream, watch you art being drawn and heck I'll even submit it to buck for you if you like.

In my novel attempt to make at least part of my goal tonight im offering offline sketches to be completed tonight when i finally get settled. Artistic freedom for me but with a twist.
give me a character ref, and a favorite candy, I'll make something cute and awesome.

Candy-themed streams next week
Posted 12 years ago Next week in honor of the beginning of ocotober, I will be having a week for candy themed streams. You'll get turned into candy, or go trick or treating, or tackle a giant version of your favorite sweet.
There are two possible ideas I'm going over for next week YCH,
a. taking a baby wolfbane trick or treating
or
b: taking a candy-crazed Garret Silver to go raid minions of thier candy. (serioulsy hes a candy/chocolate addict you guys will have fun)
So thats the 411 on my plans for next week. Be prepared.

Unfortunately it looks like I won't be getting home untill later in the day or evening and I'd rather not tackle streaming while exhausted. Pirates Vs Ninjas week!
Posted 12 years agoAs I shall iterate, I will be gone thursday night and Saturday night and won't be streaming (friday as always is my day off ) in leiu of the fact I'll be gone ONCE AGAIN! during talk like a pirate day. I figured I'd have two days dedicated to it with the ever fun theme of Pirates Vs Ninjas for two days running.
first things first.
in the stream you must choose a side. you may not be both sides. you can choose to not particpate as well but in doing so you revoke your right to win the prize.
IF YOU ARE A PIRATE! your text color must be some shade of red.
IF you are a Ninja! Your Text color must be some shade of blue.
Purchases of $50 or over gets a free sketch.
each drawing that contains one character that is either a ninja or a pirate gets one point for thier "team" if the artwork contains both a pirate and a ninja then one point is awarded to both sides. (THE ARTWORK LEVEL DOESNT MATTER, just the subject matter)
if one side wins by the end of the night they ALL get a free sketch from me to be redeemed later.

Posted 12 years agoI realize my TOS is hidesouly out of date so, imma makin a new one.
First and formost: YOU CAN NOT COMMISSION ME IF YOU ARE UNDER 18
1. I have the right to refuse service to anyone. (basically if the subject matter makes me uncomfortable, sorry I'm not going to draw it no matter how much you beg plead or throw money at me.)
2. My prices are not, and never will be, up for negotiaton. I have priced my work based on the time I work on it and my need to make a living doing it. I do however offer many specials week to week. Be vigilant.
3.Money must be tendered immediately before or IMMEDIATELY after the commission is complete. The only exception is a "breif" 24 hour window between when the comission is made and when it it paid for. If you don't have the money or are not sure you'll have the money in that time frame. Wait untill you're sure. This is my only source of income so if my balance isn't where it needs to be by the end of each week I get panic attacks and I don't like tracking people down and asking for money. So from now on. No Credit. none.
If an instance occurs where the artwork is finished but unpaid, and the commissioner refuses to provide an explanation within that 24 hour period as to why payment has not been tendered. The artwork will be sold and/or repurposed/recolored into another product. I will allow for extenuating circumstances with clients I've worked with on more than one occasion. However first timers who refuse to pay within a reasonable window, and/or issue a chargeback, will be blocked from further business and blacklisted.
4. Artwork I make for you is still technically owned by me. This will allow me to use it in portfolios to show off my work to other potential clientelle and post it on my various art-sites.
Out of respect however I will not (without expressed permission, i will ask you before I do any of the following):
A. make prints of your commission and sell them.
B. Recolor your commission to other characters for my own use.
C. Recolor your commission for someone elses use.
5. Artwork I make for you is yours as well to do with as you please with some small exceptions:
A. Do not alter non-adult work to make it adult.
B. Edits that are made or modifications that are added after the fact should be clearly labeled if the artwork is displayed elsewhere so viewers know where my work ends and yours begins.
C. I ask for credit and a linkback to my FA page accompanying the artwork where-ever it is posted.
D: Artwork that is made for professional/commercial use: RE: book covers, Logos etc. will come with a Copy write contract that must be signed and notarized. and a fee of 20% of the final commission total. this gives you contractual right that will hold up in court should anything occur that gives you 100% copy write privilege over the artwork.
What I will and won't draw:

I will NOT draw most obvious Fetishes. If everything you ask for his suspiciously the same theme, I will judge that on a case by case basis. Don't make it weird and We'll be fine.

Posted 12 years agotonight will be a normal comission stream. The next dual stream will probably be 2 weeks from now. I am going to visit family next weekend so i'll be gone from thursday next week till sunday afternoon.

Posted 12 years agoI will no-longer be offering lines of credit to -Anyone- to make this 100% fair. You will pay me IMMEDIATELY after the work is completed the Latest I will accept is the following day. Those of you who still owe me coin, we have (i beleive) come to a payment plan option.
I really REALLY hate to do this to my loyal clients but I feel like my trust has been taken advantage of. If you cannot afford artwork when you take a slot, wait untill you can. If i am hosting an event and you want something but don't have the money I will earmark your claim ON THE EVENT DAY but i will NOT DO YOUR WORK untill you can pay me.
Example pony days are usually on monday, you can't pay me untill thursday. Claim a spot on monday and I will do the work on thursday. claiming slots will be one of two options. "immediate" to be done on the day you claim it. or "layaway" to be done on the day you can pay for it. My finances are a bit skewed since last week so do forgive a less than happy Fox.
However i am allowing this to be fair. This way you also don't have to be present ON event days to get the deal. You just have to claim it ON the event day. (a note, the claiming of a spot automatically expires after a week. please claim responsibly.

To the select few this does concern. Listen. I've been leienent. This isn't me being mean or trying to sound militant or even trying to say "we can't use the credit system anymore" But I beg you. If you are going to commission me and pay later. I'm honestly at a point where it needs to be within the same week or I need to hear from you about it.
I'm currently at a deficit of $500 from 4 people collectively.
This im sorry to say is unacceptable. I pay quarterly taxes, I pay rent, I need money for food and groceries and gas. I understand that if you dont have the money yet but you will when payday comes. but in the future, I need to:
1. have the money within the week the comission is purchased. by within the week i mean inbetween the sunday start, and the saturday end, of the week.
2. If for some VERY unassuming reason the above does not happen YOU NEED TO BE IN CONTACT WITH ME about your balance with me.
People this is my only income. If you want me to continue to produce awesome artwork for you week to week We need to come to an understanding.
