Payment
You need to pay 30% non-refundetable down payment of the complete quote. Fossa Studio will only accepts payment throught PAYPAL.

Shipping
Shipping cost depends on how much package weight and where the package is shipping. Shipping cost are not included in the price of any costume.
i'm packing the fursuit carefully to avoid any damages. I am not responsible for any damages at shipping made by delivery service.
Concept Art
In order to bring your custom character to life a 3-view reference / concept art is needed to get a quote, not just different pictures of your character.
Completion and Deadlines
Fossa Studio Is giving estimated time when fursuit will be finished when we starts working on it.
Our customers are important to us! So contact us by email first if you have any issues with your costume.
If I cancel the order, I will return the money. If YOU cancel the order I won't return You money.
Fossa Studio reserves the right to decline commissioners that are under 18 years old.
Fossa Studio owe paes that may come in contact with suits.
