my faith is pretty much restored in the far reaches of the furry community. Someone donated quite a lot to help me, and i really wasn't trying to get donations.. I am still however selling what i can, Nicks donation will help but it does not clear until the 7th and then i still have to transfer it to my bank from paypal. I just received an urgent call from my mother and i will be out of town until monday morning.

My Father got a call from the local aspca that our dog, Gin, had been found, that she had extensive injuries that led to her death and then was discarded in a dumpster. They told us that it appeared that she was used as a bait dog for dog fighting. She was Stolen from a family friends backyard (she showed us the dragmarks) while my family has been busy moving the last two weeks, We trusted her to be looked after while we moved everything. The lady that was watching her had not even said anything to us until 2 days after she was taken (monday) We had hoped that she would be found since she was chipped.. just not like this. -.- We rescued her from the same shelter that had called us to let us know that she was gone...They said that it looked like put up a fight and when she finally gave up, the other dog or dogs didn't stop. She was such a good dog. She was supposed to be my dog, but I never had the space to keep her. but i saw her every time i would go over to my dads. we had her for 7 years. She was family. She will be missed. :[ RIP Gin.

Due to the fact that i have been helping my family move the last two weeks, I am finally getting the time to go to the post tomorrow and mail out everything that needs to be mailed out. -.-

but I dont think i will be working on anything tonight. I will resume the trades and two commissions im working on tomorrow evening after i get done helping my family move more stuff over to the new, shitty house.

My father and Grandparents have to move out of the house that they have had for the last 13 years because my uncle died in February and they couldn't make the payments without his part. They had been waiting til the very last moment to be able to try and save enough to move. So i was asked to help since im the only child my dad has, so i have been unable to get one the things i need to for people. I'm sorry about that. :/ seriously my life gets in the way so much sometimes.

I will be selling a few more things that iv'e been finding in storage of mine, i'll post pictures of the stuff later. This time funds that go over what i need for food will go towards a little plaque that i can set a statue of her on. -.-

Ohhh Drama, how i tried to avoid you. Damn furries and their ways of letting the drama seep into my realm. sorry ive been not been posting much. trying to keep off the radiar so i dont get singled out again.

So that doesnt help the fact that i have already been really stressed the last month, again being short on money is never fun, and now that i finally have everything ready to be shipped out, I dont have the money to ship everything. =.= (except for the one set of paws that I'm waiting for paypal to deposit into my bank to ship) but the hoodied scarf, one Tail, and feathers of leather from a raffle LONG AGO are done and i'm just trying to figure out my money situation. my 'job', that is commission only, has taken a huge shit over the last two months and dropped us down to a staff of 2. Myself and one model. (not counting my boss because he doesn't do shit for his company, I pretty much run the whole damn thing) and i've only been paid 100$ so far this MONTH.. and all of that has gone to the internet bill and electric bill (the past due for electric that i still owe 74$ on). I work 9pm-6am 6 nights a week. Thats my normal schedule. ONE of those days i am lucky if i get to work from home, but the other 5 days i have to get my boss or the one employee we have to drive me to and from our office which my boss moved from one block away, to 20 minutes away. -.-

Now, again, I only get paid per commission.. and before when we had a lot of staff and things where good, I would be making anywhere from 300-1000 a week... That was two years ago... since i moved back and took this job again, (a year now) I have been lucky if i was able to make JUST RENT.. which is only 400$ :/ ive had to get a pay advance from my boss nearly every month except for last month... last month was the first time i had been able to pay my full rent without asking him for help, just because we did more calls in one week than we did the months before.

I know that i need to get a better job, but to find one with the hours i need and at NIGHT, because its 90*-110* outside during the day and i would have to walk or take a bus (which the buses dont run after 9pm) so its really hard to find a better situation right now, but believe me i've been trying. :[

I have not been taking on any more commissions until im able to ship these ones out... I dont want to bite off more than i can chew again. >.< BUT... i have to make money to spend money on shipping these out.

So.. I'm going to take a limited number of commissions and I would prefer them to be just digital art mainly because I can do those right away and while im at my other job. I'm not allowed to sew anything at work anymore. >.< the fur i had a lot of issues with was just falling apart EVERYWHERE.. so my boss wont let me bring in fur or material anymore, but i can still bring in my Wacom tablet. soo again.. I'm taking some digital commission slots. I'll post an official journal about it later, after i post a new digital commissions price sheet.

Lets hope this is the Second year in a row that my birthday will be awesome.

Last year it was awesome because i got to meet up with good friends in a speak easy themed bar that was RIGHT Down the street from where i was living in California. It was the first time i had more than 4 friends at a time at a gathering for ME since my 13th birthday. so yeah it was my first awesome birthday, People even bought me gifts x.x

So anyway, i actually was talking to one of my best friends, who is a Lolita enthusiast, and telling her about how i dont know if i'll be able to go to the Phoenix Comicon for one day (since i work every night of the con and i dont feel like not sleeping 3 days. x.x) let alone cosplay.. so she was asking me who i wanted to cosplay if i went, well i dont want to give it away, because there will be pictures XD so she told me a few days ago that my wig is being shipped x.x she bought me the wig i needed for my birthday x.x Now i just have to figure out how to curl it XD

and then my mom was talking to me the other day about just how i am and whats going on and such so i was telling her about how my friend got me the wig i needed so just getting money for my birthday would be awesome, so i go look at my email.. and she forwarded me an email with a tracking number for another part of the cosplay that i cant tell you about yet XD , x.x she paid an extra 20$ to have it shipped from canada so that it would be here with plenty of time. thankfully all i needed was this part and the wig.. so im SUPER excited because my mom is still going to give me a little money, so I can go on saturday or sunday... i havent decided what one day i want to go... sat is going to be packed.. but thats ok with me. XD

also, my birthday is this coming saturday, I'll be 27..

I asked a random guy the other night how old i looked, he said 22. so.. i'll take it! XD When my Husband met me he thought i was 16, this was.. almost 2 years ago. lol

The fox gazed at the little prince, for a long time.
"Please—tame me!" he said.

"I want to, very much," the little prince replied. "But I've not much time.
I've friends to discover, and a great many things to understand."

"One only understands the things that one tames," said the fox.
"Men have no more time to understand anything.
They buy things all ready made at the shops.
But there's no shop anywhere where one can buy friendship,

"What must I do, to tame you? asked the little prince.

"You must be very patient," replied the fox.

I shall look at you out of the corner of my eye, and you will say nothing.

The next day the little prince came back.

"It would have been better to come back at the same hour," said the fox.
"If for example, you came at four o'clock in the afternoon, then at three o'clock
I shall begin to be happy. I shall feel happier and happier as the hour advances.
At four o'clock, I shall be worrying and jumping about. I shall show you how happy I am!
But if you come at just any time, I shall never know at what hour
my heart is ready to greet you… One must observe the proper rites…"

"What's a rite?" asked the little prince.

"Those also are actions too often neglected," said the fox.
"they're what make one day different from other days, one hour different from other hours.
There's a rite, for example, among my hunters. Every Thursday they danse with the village girls.
So Thursday's a wonderful day for me! I can take a walk as far as the vineyards.
But if the hunters danced at just any time, every day would be like every other day,
and I should never have any vacation at all."

So the little prince tamed the fox.
And when the hour of his departure drew near—

"Ah," said the fox, "I shall cry."

"It's your own fault," said the little prince.
"I never wished you any sort of harm; but you wanted me to tame you…"

"Yes that is so", said the fox.

"But now you're going to cry!" said the little prince.

"Yes that is so" said the fox.

"Then it has done you no good at all!"

"It has done me good," said the fox, "because of the color of the wheat fields."
And then he added: "go and look again at the roses.
You'll understand now that yours is unique in all the world.
Then come back to say goodbye to me, and I will make you a present of a secret."

The little prince went away, to look again at the roses.
"You're not at all like my rose," he said.
"As yet you are nothing. No one has tamed you, and you have tamed no one.
You're like my fox when I first knew him.
He was only a fox like a hundred thousand other foxes.
But I have made a friend, and now he's unique in all the world."
And the roses were very much embarrassed.
"You're beautiful, but you're empty," he went on. "One could not die for you.
To be sure, an ordinary passerby would think that my rose looked just like you
–the rose that belongs to me. But in herself alone she's more important
than all the hundreds of you other roses:
because it is she that I have watered;
because it is she that I have put under the glass globe;
because it is for her that I've killed the caterpillars
(except the two or three we saved to become butterflies);
because it is she that I have listened to, when she grumbled,
or boasted, or even sometimes when she said nothing.
Because she is MY rose."

And he went back to meet the fox.
"Goodbye" he said.

"Goodbye," said the fox.
"And now here's my secret, a very simple secret:
It is only with the heart that one can see rightly;
what is essential is invisible to the eye."

Taking a Hoodie i bought a few years ago and ended up NEVER wearing. and then once i unpacked it and tried it on.. it was too small :[ SO, I'm turning it into a Hooded scarf. Starting at 20$ and the end hooded scarf can have either Feline Ears, Canine Ears, or Bovine/Cervine or anything! Crux even! i know there are a lot of huskeys, foxes, and cats.. but what other characters are popular and that people would want a character of? >.< i'm drawing a blank on adoptable characters.. -.- I'm still 5$ short on my uncles urn, and low on food, Already having to take a pay advance from my boss.. again.. so what is it that you want that i can create??? I'm spreading myself so thin trying to do everything i can so i can make money to do basic things like go food shopping and maybe eventually buy a table and chairs. :/ Sitting/laying on my bed that's on the floor is starting to get uncomfortable.. I really wish i could afford a couch and a table to put my computer on. :/
