Well, another year's gone by, 2015 into 2016, I'm 18 years old, and to be honest, looking forward to seeing 2017 as a 19 year old. It's a new year to be with old friends, make new friends, draw more, improve more, go into college in the fall, and just keep on going til the day I die. Well, I hope this year will be good to me just like it always has, and I hope the same to everyone else out there, friend or not.

I'm gonna start off by saying I really don't want to come off as a selfish prick, because I'm not trying to be...

Now that that's been said, I just wanna say, my art doesn't get many views...My most viewed has 38 views, and a few faves, but it also has some comments...Which means it's been viewed multiple times by one person. I have almost 70 watchers, this means at least half haven't looked at it...I work hard on every picture I make, even if my art style may say otherwise. I feel like its a reason I'm not as motivated to draw as I used to be, and why I keep cutting projects, I rarely have any pride in my work, and post here for support...and I recently saw someone who's younger than me, who posted a picture, and an hour later, had 90 views. Sure, it was better quality, and he no doubt deserves it, but...it just made me feel insignificant, like my works don't matter...It just makes me frustrated and flustered to know that something I take so seriously looks like a joke to many, I'm sure. It's my art style, and I like it, I like drawing cartoon-y...But, I feel like not many people care about my work, and it makes me scared for my future, if I make art for commissions, who says anyone will buy it? And the returning fact that SO MANY of my watchers don't look at my work...it also bothers me immensely for my future...I have no self-esteem and post to gain some...feel like my talent makes people smile...I just want to know more people care about what I do...
