DELAY ON COMMISSSIONS due to Grief (and other stuff)

so a bunch of stuff had happened recently with me that made it very hard to draw absolutely anything
- First was an argue with an Ex friend that absolutely destroied my confidence with myself (not going to quote names) and it took me some days to recover from that and that was happening in a moment that I wasnt able to get my anxiety meds
- Then at some point my Old monitor started taking hours to turn on, I tried to buy a new one but the website told me it was going to arrive at some point NEXT MONTH and that made me quite desperate because the older monitor was taking around 10 hours to turn on and the only extra monitor I had didnt had a HDMI imput and my pc didnt had a VGA input, which made me look for some technician to try to fix it
- And mainly last week my Grandma got sick and she had to go to multiple hospitals and the medics didnt let a lot of people see her but according to my mom she was in a point where she might not survive, so everyone was expecting the worse until last friday from last week my Uncle went to visit my Grandma and he had an heart attack and passed away it was a shock for everyone in my house and then some days later my grandma also passed away. I couldnt even start to compreend how to deal with that grief, since I never in my life lost a family member that I was closer, let alone two of them,
- Is been some days, Im feeling a bit fine but my family is still grieving for the loss and im trying to confort them for the best of my ability, I fortunately was able to get my anxiety meds , I also went to a psychiatrist and he prescribed it for me some Meds to help me focus better and treat my ADHD and also my new monitor fortunately arrived earlier
- Yesterday I had to deal with my Clip studio paint crashing a lot for no reason, I spent the entire day figuring out what was causing that, until I finally found out that it was the Discord app that was crasing my clip studio whenever I tried to share my screen, not sure if that is happening with anyone else but unless I start streaming using Picarto or just streaming using the browser version of discord I wont be able to stream and draw on my discord TwT
- so... here's my plan.... I think I will try to draw some personal stuff today, tomorrow I need to take care of some tax income stuff and then I will finally try to start working on comms this monday, that most definetely will make me finish this entire batch either in the middle or the end of the next month, but For those who is in my waiting list I think I might accept the payment anyway whenever I can, I dont think will be this month I need to make sure I will be able to work on the ones I got paid first but MAYBE next month

COMMISSIONS NEXT WEEK

I was planning to open commissions this Monday, but due to my illness a few days ago, I ended up not mentally preparing myself to reopen the commissions.
I'm thinking about opening them next Monday the 20th, I'll probably accept fewer slots this time just so as not to delay the schedule too much,
I'm also planning to create a form to help me organize all requests more easily and prevent important information from being overlooked.
I hope you have a great week!

COMMISSIONS UPDATE

First of all I finished the Last commission slot from December And I gotta post all of them Eventually this week
Second of all, I gotta take this week off to relax and focus on personal project and family stuff.
I will be back next Monday For the Feburary comms,
Lastly I wanna make some Changes in the terms of service
- Limit of 1 comic page per client (Since I have a lot of demand for comic pages,I end up not having enough time to do them all)
- Now there's a limit to the number of artworks, 3 per client (that includes, cel shaded, colored sketch and soft shading) [This does not count for alts versions which are simple, for example: "please add a version without Sweat"]
- Lastly, The Client must give me enough information for the 3 artworks or comic page (that also includes possible alts). That change is to avoid the scenario where the client is like... "oh boy I don't know what i want, i need to think" That eats a lot of time both for the artist and the clients in the line/queue.
Just to make it Clear anything can be changed in the future, but one thing is certain is that all the changes in the TOS will be followed this month
Also, just for this month I wont gonna be accepting any Comic page I need to make sure everything I start this month will be finished THIS month
The reason why I'm making these changes in the comms In the past few months, I noticed I was soo focused on my job as an artist and I didn't have enough time for myself Which was making me very stressed and overwhelmed
That's why I'm making these changes in the commission and that's why I'm gonna start spending either a week or 2 to just have time for myself ^^ all that for a healthy Lifestyle ^^

First of all I finished the Last commission slot from December And I gotta post all of them Eventually this week
Second of all, I gotta take this week off to relax and focus on personal project and family stuff.
I will be back next Monday For the Feburary comms,
Lastly I wanna make some Changes in the terms of service
- Limit of 1 comic page per client (Since I have a lot of demand for comic pages,I end up not having enough time to do them all)
- Now there's a limit to the number of artworks, 3 per client (that includes, cel shaded, colored sketch and soft shading) [This does not count for alts versions which are simple, for example: "please add a version without Sweat"]
- Lastly, The Client must give me enough information for the 3 artworks or comic page (that also includes possible alts). That change is to avoid the scenario where the client is like... "oh boy I don't know what i want, i need to think" That eats a lot of time both for the artist and the clients in the line/queue.
Just to make it Clear anything can be changed in the future, but one thing is certain is that all the changes in the TOS will be followed this month
Also, just for this month I wont gonna be accepting any Comic page I need to make sure everything I start this month will be finished THIS month
The reason why I'm making these changes in the comms In the past few months, I noticed I was soo focused on my job as an artist and I didn't have enough time for myself Which was making me very stressed and overwhelmed
That's why I'm making these changes in the commission and that's why I'm gonna start spending either a week or 2 to just have time for myself ^^ all that for a healthy Lifestyle ^^
