Pudgy's Dogird Species Info
General | Posted 12 years agoNormal Coated Dogird
Shaggy Coated Dogird
Species name: Dogird(s) (original right?)
Size: Aprox. the size of a small corgi or beagle
Gender differences: None, females and males are the same size and have the same looks.
Environment: Any regions, most stick to either tropical regions or colder norther regions (shaggy coated only)
Diet: Mostly fruits, nuts and veggies, but some do eat meat occasionally
Temperament: Friendly but cautious. Once they feel safe they are friendly and fun.
Coloration's:
-Any variation of colors, but NO sparkle dog type colors meaning, no hot pink and purple rainbows. Bright colors are ok and welcomed but just...tone it down when picking colors to combine.
-Patterns are any kind, generally leaning towards more natural but they can some times be on the rare side such as specific shapes and patterns like bone markings and such.
-Their wings and ears are the SAME colors, what ever color the have on one, they have all ALL the others. The only time they can have variation in markings is when they have piebald spots.
Species build:
-Their bodies are sturdy and thick, with long thick tails to help with balance in high tree tops.
-They have rather blunt dull canine claws.
-Wings on the main body do have paws sprouting from them. They can be used to hold various smaller objects or steady something they are eating. Can also be used in combat to strike.
-Ear wings work and act like ears, but can move and look like wings! Folded when relaxed and at rest, fully extended and up when alert or angry.
-Their teeth are a beak tooth combo. Hidden inside their canine muzzles are beaks that have a few extra points along them to represent where the teeth "would have grown". This is generally one or two extra points other then the tip of the beak.
-They do have whiskers, like any other canine but are slightly more visible then most canines, but are NOT long like a cats.
