Hey guys, long time no journal (I'm so sorry. With all the other social media I have to keep up with, this one seems to be the most neglected. Forgive me. ;_; )

Anyways, just to keep it short. I am back from disappearing for a bit. I was actually horribly sick a couple weeks back (out of commission for two whole weeks. It really sucked.), and so I got behind on a lot of things. I know for some of you I'm reeaaally behind, so I apologize about that. I will be done with everything is week and for those that got badges, I will send them out this week!

I also want to give you guys a friendly reminder that I have other social media sites that I tend to update more (they are mostly non-furry stuff though if you're okay with all that). Please check them out!

Hey guys and gals,

So it seems like I've been neglecting my FA yet again. Ever since moving back to San Francisco I haven't had the time of day to any artwork. Just rent and food, rent and food.

I just realized I still had some commissions pending and I dearly apologize! It seems that I'm really not cut out to do any commissions at this point in time, because the city is just not giving me my own time to do them (SF is soooo expensive to live in...ugh...)

I hate when I always get in this rut...>_>

Hey guys! It's been a while.

So as I stated in my previous journal, I have made my way back to San Francisco! I've been charging like a locomotive and I've been nonstop finding jobs and apartment (one of the two is accomplished!). Just to give everyone a timeline, I SHOULD be settled by the beginning of March and then I can continue life (and commissions) as usual! Sorry for the delay!

Just wanting to let those with commissions know that I haven't forgotten about you! I've actually been doing a lot of shifting around of belongings, because LO AND BEHOLD, I'm attempting to move back to SAN FRANCISCO! Woo, so yeah, it's be really weird this past week! >_<;

So, I've had a bit of an epiphany (not a whole one, just a 1/4 epiphany...*cue dry humor*), and I've realized that I've gotta lighten the load with my belonging, so I have the opportunity to travel more or rather just make it easier for me to move to a city I want to move to (ie. I'm thinking to move out [again] pretty soon).

So basically, I have a bunch of old prints I want to GET RID OF, and so I'm selling them for SUPER CHEAP (under $10 each print--would like to sell them in bulk though). As an incentive, depending on how much you buy, I'll be willing to do free sketches of your fursona, D&D character, whatever!

Just a wee little post letting you guys know that I'm still alive and kickin'.

I've just been busy as ever (you don't really have time when you're on someone else's schedule...), and still trying to figure out what to do with life. The usual things.

I wish I could open up commissions again, but OH BOY, I don't think I'll be able to. I will say though, I would REALLY love to get back in the groove of doing art, so if any of you have AMAZING patience (and most people who have commissioned me have always had great patience. :) Thanks guys!), then I'll do a "soft" opening for any inquiries.

So, I apologize I've been slow as of late, but it's because Fanime is NEXT WEEK, and so my mind has been pretty pre-occupied preparing for that con. (I'm not tabling, but this is my first time going to a west coast con, so trying to prepare for it has been pretty crazy)

Just wanted to update you guys on that, but after next week, I will be free from any other commitments! Woo!

*dies* (If you guys couldn't tell, I'm SUPER tired today. >_> )

I figured I'd advertise these again, since they're fun to do! It would also help me with grocery stuffs, because this chica is trying to get on a healthier diet (meaning more expensive food. UGH).

This my own special take on reference sheets, where it's mostly for those that don't have the character fully realized and need an artist to help along the way!

This is how it works. You would fill out a list:

(keep criteria short)
Gender:
Species:
Color (select up to 3):
Body Type:
Personality:

Then I would design the character for you!
This special is kept cheap so you can afford it and provide me artistic freedom!

So yeah, the con bug has caught me. I've been heavily distracted by my costume and the anticipation of going to Fanime for the first time. Crazy crazy. From what I've seen, it seems that seeing fursuiters at Fanime is not uncommon, so that's pretty cool! I'm excited!

I'm actually gonna be cosplaying and not tabling at this con (no way! I always table haha) for my first time there. Gonna be a sheep from Catherine and the Reaper from Persona 3 and 4 (both Atlus games, whaddaya know). Woo! So if any of you are going and you see either of those characters, it's gonna be me! And I highly doubt anyone else is gonna cosplay them anyway! XD;

So it never occurred to me to make one, but creating creature designs is a great passion of mine, and so I thought I'd make a Tumblr for it! I never usually post these online because they're just sketches, but I think it's best to keep a log of them anyways.

Hey guys! Just back from a rough week at GDC. Don't really want to get into it, but let's just say it's kept me busy up until this point, it was overwhelming, and I'm freakin' glad it's over. DX

In other news, I am working to get my comic up and running. If you must know, it isn't furry-related, but I hope you all enjoy it all the same, so I may start posting things up for it! If you like music, fantasy, and lots of action, you'll love my comic! :)

I just realized I never followed up on the Further Confusion post as well. Under unfortunate circumstances, I could not go. T-T So I'm aching to meet people and it'll be a long wait for FC next year. (seriously, NorCal gets the short end of the stick with its cons. I mean...Wondercon anyone? grrr)

Continuing on, just curious, what kind of work do you guys want to see from me? I'm thinking of developing a pet project just for fun and to have content on here that's not just commissions.

I will say though, there are many other things on my priority list right now (punching out a bunch of conceptual work for GDC, getting my comic (that I conceived about 4 years ago) FINALLY off the ground, etc. If anything, I may just go ahead and cross-post my work (because I'd be dumb to think furries only like furry animals. NO WAY.)

So since I DID graduate in comics in college (lol), I may do a small comic project. Though I'm wondering if I should do a story for Cale (if you don't know, that's my bat man in my icon) or just a really random fresh idea involving anthros in general. I DO have a knack for horror work, so maybe a horror comic? :D (Fuck rainbows! More blood!)
