About the thing I made, and why I have been gone so long.
General | Posted 2 years agoI am back and healthy again and went into brainstorming shortly after. Well here is some info about the magic maci (and the species she is apart of) can do.
To start off imma say that, the base of their magic is 'constructs.' Basically things made of magic, like summoned weapons, projectiles, even automaton-like battle walkers. Most if their offensive magic revolves around making a construct and sending it flying at their target (Normally this happens with projectiles).
Their magic mixes quite well with some others, and can even make some interesting combos. The likelihood that they have some form of magic as a species? Pretty much all of them have it to some capacity.
As for the whole species thing, I don't really have much to explain them, nor do I really have a name for them yet, But hey it's a start.

General | Posted 3 years agoWell, if you want your character to be somewhat realistic I you could ask me about biology crap. Here we go again.
For avian characters, a beak in often cases, even if it isn't on a carnivorous species, a useful weapon and tool for birds. species that eat nuts (not that kind of nuts) often have strong beaks for cracking the shell, which if you know how it feels to be bitten by a parrot can be a very painful thing. And even then, they are still pretty sharp, so remember this when someone puts something the character doesn't want in their mouth, in their mouth.
And, don't make it ridiculously powerful.
Turtles are the same story but they don't have much of an excuse other than often being omnivores and too slow to run anyways.
