I'm Alive!!!
Posted 15 years agoHello everyone! I hope you've all been having a fun and happy holiday season and brand new year! For my friends and possibly even fans here on FA I just wanted to send out this little message that I am perfectly fine here in RL. I've just been going through...I don't wanna call a funk really...but more like, just for some reason felt like being offline and stuff, if that makes any sense. I think in part it's been because I haven't been able to really think up anything to write lately...or even manage to continue with current stories. Probably some weird form of writer's block. x.x But I'm starting to feel more like my old self lately, and hopefully that means more written work will be showing up on my page in the future. ^_^
Super Villains have so much fun! Who would you be? =)
Posted 15 years agoLong while back I took an acting class when I was still going to school, just an elective course and such. But anyways one day I was talking to a classmate before start of class and he said to me, "I always like playing the villain cause their so much fun!"
I agree with this statement. You gotta admit it seems like the bad guys are almost always having more fun than the heroes! Now I don't know if it's cause I've been reading some new comics today or if because I'm listening to some definite villain-esque music but it got to me thinking of this silly little question to ask you my fellow FA goers. If you could be any super villain from comics or video games or whatever...who would you wanna be? ^_^
For me...oh damn such a tough choice!....but as silly as this may sound...I'd wanna be the Decepticon known as Six-Shot! http://www.unicron.us/tf2006/comicp.....ht4sixshot.jpg The text-book definition of 'living weapon' baby! This is the guy big Megs sends in when it's time to deliver the kill shot to his enemies. He's an apt student of the gospel of the apocalypse. Not only does he have his obvious badass robot form but there's his armored carrier, tank, space jet, jet-propelled laser cannon and robot wolf alt modes. I don't care who you are...you see someone like that coming at you guns blazing...your gonna wish you'd never come into existence. *smirks*

Warning: A venting rant on music by Dashboard
Posted 15 years agoNow let me first say I do respect that every one out there has their own different tastes and preferences when it comes to something as diverse as music. If someone does like a type of music it's their choice and hey that's great for them! That being said......
If there was a giant red button the size of a person's body out there that, if pressed, would destroy the musical careers of people like Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, Jonas Brothers, Kidz Bop company....and what the hell let's throw MTV in as well....I would tackle my body against that button until I lost all feeling in my limbs.
How long as it been since the world was blessed by a musical caliber and presence like Hendrix, The Beatles, Dio, Buddy Holly, Dylan etc? I blame folks like MTV and Disney for such a rampant onslaught of supremely horrible musical 'artists' these days. Kids Bop is one of the worst! If the kids wanna hear those specific songs then by all that is Holy and Righteous go out and buy the cd to the actual artist who sang it you little twits! And nowadays every little 'teen sitcom girl' thinks they can put out cds because some one didn't have the juevos to tell them they suck.
Now again don't get me wrong on something. I respect other people have different tastes but there is still right and wrong in the world of music! I'm one of those guys who at one moment is listening to maybe ACDC then after that I go and listen to something by Eminem followed by a bout of Passion Pit. And seeing these walking regurgitations like Cyrus and them out there makes my stomach churn.
Whew I needed to get that off my chest! Now if you'll excuse me I'm gonna go listen to some Dio and Savatage and burn down what's left of American Idol! *evil smile as he straps on flame thrower*

Beavis and Butthead return!
Posted 15 years agoToday the world of things that kick ass and rule just got a little bit brighter! Series creator Mike Judge is confirmed to be making brand new episodes of the culture defining series Beavis and Butthead. He will again be voicing the two title characters and bringing back their trademark music video commentaries! MTV...you just might not totally suck out loud anymore.
24 years baby!!
Posted 15 years agoYep..this friday ladies and gentlemen will be the 24th anniversary of my birth into this crazy, weird, chaotic world that I love so much! I know 24 isn't one of those 'big deal' years..but it's still kinda cool to think back ya know? But don't worry..I'm not one of those misguided souls nowadays who thinks ANYTHING in their 20's is old. Hell I don't even consider the 40's to be old. o.o Kind of like the fun icing on the proverbial cake I managed to be scheduled with that day off this year! For some reason there's something nice about having a friday off from work. AND it's payday so triple header good news!!

DJ Hero
Posted 15 years agoOkay, so after several months of debating it back and forth in my warped mind I decided to finally buy DJ Hero for my 360. Thankfully since I work at Barnes and Noble I still get an employee discount at Gamestop [SCORE!] and they had a used copy of the game in so got it for even cheaper.
I bought the game yesterday and can already say I am loving it! I've liked games like Guitar Hero and Rock band, but never really felt like I was having as much fun as others though. This game however, I really find myself getting into it. The control scheme of the turntable controller is really easy to pick up on after you go through tutorial mode, and so far the track list of the many mixes has not disappointed me.
That was actually my biggest concern when I started to play, that I would not like the various mixes. But thankfully I find I'm really enjoying them a lot!
So hey, if I ever decide to get an XBOX Live Gold subscription again, and if any of you here play DJ Hero maybe we'll run into each other! Just try not to laugh too hard at me though, only good at Medium difficulty setting right now. XP

What super hero/heroine would you wanna be?
Posted 15 years agoOkay yes, I know these sorts of journals may not be the most commented on and this particular question has been used a billion times over but hey, you just can't beat the classics. =)
Today I bought myself copies of Marvel Siege issues 1 and 2, and read back through my hardback collection of the first Marvel Annihilation storyline and this idea just popped into my head to ask this! I know lots of you probably don't read comics or maybe know of the many MANY different heroes and heroines out there but I figure this could be something fun to ask of people who do read my journals.
So yes! Be they from Marvel..DC..Image...Top Cow...Devil's Due...Radical..Wildstorm...Dark Horse..any company! Is there a super hero or super heroine whose powers/abilities you'd like to have? And yes..you would HAVE to wear their costume/uniform or skin/whatever. ^_^ I'll get things started even. For me...after a lot and I mean A LOT of thinking I would have to say I think I would like to be Thor. Not only has he received an awesome costume revisal in recent years but let's be honest...GOD OF THUNDER! It's like Nick Fury said when the skrulls tried to make us worship their god, "Yeah? Well my god has a hammer!"

This could get me in trouble but I have to say this
Posted 16 years agoFriends and fellow members of FA, normally I really don't like bringing matters like politics and so on into places like this, but today sadly I have to say this: Obama needs to fix his brain to mouth functions!
Now this is probably gonna make me very unpopular here but as some of you may know I live in Henderson, NV. A city which is literally right next to Las Vegas. I can look out a window in my house and see the Las Vegas Strip down on the other end of the valley. And as many of you may have read/heard Mr. Obama has once again taken the liberty to make remarks that pretty much make him very unwelcomed here.
Now for those of you who don't live here this may be difficult for you to fully understand, but when Obama makes comments about tourists, conventions and so on thinking twice about spending their money here it hurts us economically. Vegas is built on tourism, and one year ago, Obama commented during a town hall meeting in Elkhart, Ind., that corporations shouldn't use federal bailout money for trips to Las Vegas, the Super Bowl or corporate jets. Tourism and casino officials said the comment hurt the city as companies canceled meetings in Las Vegas and rescheduled them elsewhere.
And now here he is saying the same thing again, and if people don't expect his comments to indeed hurt us out here again then I am sorry but you are being extremely naive. Yes we may have our typical big city problems and so on but there the same sorts of problems you can find in L.A., New York, San Francisco, or any other major city you'd like to name.
Las Vegas Mayor Oscar Goodman publicly said Obama is no friend to Las Vegas and indeed will not be welcomed here. "I'll do everything I can to give him the boot," Goodman said. "This president is a real slow learner."
I agree whole heartedly with this statement. Perhaps Obama should stick to using his teleprompters as he's used to, this way he doesn't turn a state that supported him so heavily during his election campaign into a state that will happily see him as a one term man.

Fantasy or Sci-FI? Which would you choose?
Posted 16 years agoThe sky is painted in a mix of brilliant red, orange and violet as the sun begins to sink below the horizon. Yet this beauty is lost upon you as around you are the cries of war and the dying. As your sword slashes through the throat of an horrific demon of a man, already dripping with fresh blood, you look ahead and see one of your fellow knights knocked off his feet by an enemy shield, an axe burying itself into his chest a mere heartbeat after. A roar of hatred seems to escape your throat as you charge. The sound of metal against metal rings in your ears as you engage this hated enemy.
A hurried communication comes through your helmet communicator. Delta squad has managed to take out the enemy defense turrets. Giving your squad the signal you vault yourselves over the broken wall that was your cover, leading the charge. As charged bullets zip past your head, you already hear one of your soldiers fall behind you. You aim your rifle as you keep running, your finger barely squeezing the trigger as you let loose a hail of gunfire at the entrenched enemy forces. A drop down into one of these trenches, knocking down an alien enemy. You quickly aim and shoot right through his helm visor. An explosion just above the trench causes you to duck down as your squad mates form on your position and the battle goes on.
As many of you may already know I am a definite fan of video games. And for me quite possibly my personal favorite game developer would most likely have to be Bioware. Two of the best games I have ever played, Dragon Age: Origins and Mass Effect, were made by them. Just a few minutes ago I finished yet another play through of Mass Effect in anticipation of Mass Effect 2 being released in January, and between now and then I will probably begin my second playthrough of Dragon Age.
Now after playing these two games, which in my opinion are perfect representatives of their genres, I would be very hard pressed to say which genre I enjoy more. I probably never will be able to pick. But out of pure curiosity I ask any who read this journal to give their answer! Do you prefer swords and sorcery or guns and technology? Or are you like me and can't resist the allure of either! Obviously there is no right or wrong answer, just expressing your tastes. ^_^

Modern Wafare 2 Delivers
Posted 16 years agoI really enjoy FPS games. I admit for awhile back in my mid-teen years I didn't, but eventually they were right up in my top fav game genres. However I did not play the first Modern Warfare game when it came out, as usually I enjoy FPS games set in more fictional worlds/storylines. Gears, Halo, Bioshock these are FPS games I have greatly liked. However, yesterday my brother bought himself a copy of MW2, and today I decided to see if it could live up to the hype I hear constantly. And I have to say for me at least it indeed is a massive amount of fun! And I admit when I got to the mission that has become rather infamous in some media I did have a slight jaw drop moment. But let's be honest this is just a video game AND Infinity Ward did put in an option before the main menu comes up, giving the player the option of not playing this mission in the game, so thankfully it is all on the players themselves whether or not those moments are seen.
The visual look of the game is stunning, and I do not deny I get a small adrenaline rush with the intense combat I find myself playing through. All in all I am very glad I decided to give this game a chance, and while I'm not sure if I'll try the online [can't afford Live right now sadly] I can definitely say this is definitely one of the top titles of 2009 and is definitely proof that Infinity Ward knows how to make an excellent FPS.

Vid games are still scaring Hollywood
Posted 16 years agoWho here remembers back when Halo 3 came out how a bunch of guys from Hollywood actually blamed that game for their poor box office sales? And who here remembers laughing quite a bit when they heard that? I know I do!
And yet since that time I myself finally started seeing that the movie industry does have some definite reasons to fear video games as a possible replacement to movies somewhere in the future. I'm not saying the movie industry doesn't make good movies anymore though by any means. District-9, 9, Revenge of the Fallen were all movies from the summer I happily paid to see. And there are several movies this fall/winter season I am eagerly looking forward to as well! From Where The Wild Things Are to A Christmas Carol to Fantastic Mr. Fox. With that being said though more often than not movies like this are too few and far between in my opinion.
I take a step back and see that indeed video games are delivering the more interesting stories, characters and scenarios far more often then the movies. Voice acting in gaming keeps getting better and better as even famous actors and actresses are seeing how massive an industry games are. And speaking in terms of genre types video games most certainly deliver better quality. I confess Silent Hill 2, to this very day, still scares the hell out of me. While the ever continuing Saw movies, since the very first, have always made me ask 'who in the hell gets paid for making this garbage?' And most certainly games make me laugh far more often than the slowly dying comedy themed movies do.
I do not know if video games really will replace the movie industry somewhere down the line, but I can see how many people believe it could. I enjoy watching movies and playing video games, so at the very least it will be interesting to see what does happen in the future.

Michael Moore=Uwe Boll
Posted 16 years agoSome of you may be wondering about why I chose to title this journal entry like I did. The answer is simple really. Uwe Boll is one of the worst film makers in recent history. His take on video game based movies and ideas are nothing short of simply slapping some fecal matter on screen. Michael Moore produces the same 'quality cinema' in the form of his 'documentaries'.
Now we have his upcoming capitalism movie to look forward to. Michael Moore, in my personal opinion, is a man I would actually be happy to hear has disappeared off the face of the earth. That sounds cruel and cold I understand but this is a man who blamed groups like the NRA and the existence of guns for Columbine.
In many ways I'm a young American who believes in a lot of new ideas and thoughts but also strongly hold to old ways as well. Michael Moore is entitled to his opinion and freedom of speech and expression. But unlike many today including him I welcome and embrace capitalism. History has shown us time and again that it is a system that works. And so what of guys like Trump and Gates have billions and a guy like me doesn't? The reason is because they worked extremely hard, made many business decisions that honestly could have gone horribly wrong or right either way for them and I say they do deserve the fortunes they've amassed. And people who like to blame them and others for their own lack of wealth, in my opinion, are simply lazy and looking to just blame someone else for their problems.
And so Michael Moore I say to you-Please, if it's at all physically possible for you, shut the hell up. I am a 23 year old American. I support gay and lesbian rights, I support stem cell research, I fully support the right to bear arms, freedoms of speech, expression, religion and the press. I am not ashamed I do not support Obama and his ideas. I am not ashamed to say that while I hate the idea of war I will always support America and it's troops when at war. I embrace conservative and liberal ideas at the same time. And on a final, personal note Mr. Moore....I pray this movie of yours is so big a bomb that your career ends up as dead as the old idea of global freezing.

Marvel and Disney join forces....HOLY CRAP!!
Posted 16 years agoYeah I am quite sure many of us here have read this news by now. But still I feel this is a massively out of left field bit of news that caught most, if not all of us, off guard. Magic Kingdom and the House of Ideas. Naturally as a near life-long comic fan I hold a certain level of cynicism about this but overall I have definite high hopes with this deal.
It looks like Disney is going to let the guys at Marvel stay autonomous and NOT affect how they make their comics. But with Disney now Marvel could have many new ways to expand where/how they sell their comics and bring in new readers. Hey a company like Marvel can take real advantage of a powerhouse machine like Disney being in their corner.
As I said before I still keep a level of concern for the future but right now I am focusing on the positives that this can bring. But I assure you if I hear even one mention of Disney interfering with the way Marvel does their comics well...perhaps then it's time for the magic kingdom to fade away. *glances to some hastily purchased flamethrowers*

Tournment Round 1-Match 2!
Posted 16 years agoWelcome back ladies and gentlemen! We have an awesome second match coming your way with two major power houses! AND we have added an extra bit of flavor to this match as we have transported both competitors to a combat area specially chosen for their match. The area in question is located in the north western United States, a rather scenic mountain side lake where we are told the sun is now setting behind said mountains. Why choose this location you ask? Allow me to answer by introducing our fighters!
Allow me to introduce our first competitor who should be arriving on the scene-One of the deadliest hitmen in the world, formerly of the Franchetti crime family, he is this generation's host to the ancient unholy power of The Darkness-Jackie Estacado! http://image.com.com/gamespot/image....._screen006.jpg
Powers/Abilities: On his 21st birthday Jackie boy here inherited the timeless powers of the Darkness. This unholy power allows him to create virtually anything he can think of. From his powerful body armor to weapons like swords and guns. He is even able to create living, sentient beings like his army of demonic imp-like creatures who seem to love throwing out cheesy one-liners while they rip people to shreds. Ah you just gotta love folks who enjoy their work, am I right folks? But as we all know these powers only work in dark places, hence why we scheduled the match to begin at sunset! But even Estacado will have his hands full with his oppenent...
Ladies and gentlemen please welcome one of the founding members of the famous mutant team, The X-men-He's battled the most powerful of foes from Magneto to the Sentinels-Iceman! http://marvel.com/universe3zx/image.....ceman442px.jpg
Powers/Abilities: A mutant cryokinetic, Iceman is able to freeze anything around him with merely the water vapor in the air. When encased in his 'ice form' he is gifted with strength and durability well beyond the human norms. Able to temporarily add the mass of a body of water to his own this can greatly his increase his mass, size and strength! Looks like the lake itself could be a major factor in this fight!
There you have it ladies and gentlemen! Our two fighters have arrived on the scene and the sun is behind the mountains, casting a major shadow over the battlefield! Now it's up to you. To cast your vote send me a PM entitled 'Match 2 winner' and the votes will again be tallied up. Match 2....START!

Making his way to the arena-The world's greatest paranormal investigator-Hellboy! http://images.darkhorse.com/darkhor.....llboy20_lg.jpg
Powers/Abilities: Superhuman strength, stamina and durability. Hellboy possesses an accelerated healing factor as well as an extended life span. With an extensive knowledge of the super natural he has been known to carry a variety of items such as holy relics, horseshoes, various herbs and even grenades within his utility belt. Commonly carrying an over-sized revolver, Hellboy has admitted he's a lousy shot and prefers to fight hand to hand whenever possible. His greatest weapon though is the Right Hand of Doom. Effectively invulnerable the hand feels no pain and is like a sledgehammer when used against his enemies!
And his opponent-The amazon princess of Themyscira-Wonder Woman! http://comicculturewarrior.files.wo.....der-woman1.jpg
Powers/Abilities: Superhuman strength, speed, reflexes, stamina and durability. Possessing the ability of flight Wonder Woman is also a master at hand to hand combat as well as weapons combat. Her signature weapons are her indestructible bracelets as well as the Lasso of Truth which she has been known to wield with great precision and accuracy.
Our competitors are ready, I'm ready and I hope all of you are ready! I hope the provided information will help you all in your decisions. When you have chosen which of these two fighters should win just send me a PM entitled 'Match 1 vote' and these votes will be tallied up and we will have our winner! Let the match BEGIN!

Batty fun #3: Tournament of powers! You decide who wins!
Posted 16 years agoOkay, this is quite easily the most nerd-tasting, geek worthy idea I have ever had but why fight it I say. I am a massive comic fan as many of my friends will tell you. Heck I even try to keep up on news and info on series I don't even read just so I know what folks are talking about! Earlier today I was reading a new batch of comics when this idea first hit me...and yes at first I thought this could never fly but as I kept thinking on it I felt this could be fun for myself and others on FA. And so I present to you the Tournament of Powers! Below are listed twenty famous comic book characters that will enter the FA arena and YOU, the many awesome people of FA will decide the winners. The contenders are:
From DC Comics-Superman! Wonder Woman! Batman(Bruce Wayne)! Green Lantern(Hal Jordan)! Martian Manhunter! Cyborg! Deathstroke! and The Joker!
From Marvel Comics-Thor! Iron Man! Captain America(Steve Rogers)! Nova! Cable! Iceman! Green Goblin! and Deadpool!
From Image Comics-Spawn(Al Simmons)! and The Savage Dragon!
From Top Cow Productions-'The Darkness' Jackie Estacado!
and from Dark Horse Comics-Hellboy!
These twenty competitors will be matched up into random matches with a brief bio of powers/abilities given for both competitors in each match. It will then be up to all of you to decide who wins and advances to the next round. To cast your vote please simply send a quick PM with your choice for the specific match. After I have received a minimum of 20 answers I will tally up the choices and of course the character with the highest number advances onto the next round. I give my word to do my best in explaining the powers and abilities of each character in a manner to help even those who have never read a comic make their choice.
Tomorrow I will post the ten match ups for the opening rounds! I sincerely hope this is something many of you will have fun with and please feel free to tell any friends you believe would love to get in on this! We'll see you tomorrow folks!

Golden Birthday
Posted 16 years agoYeah the phrase kinda makes me go 'huh?' as well. I'd never heard that saying until a few days ago, but apparently when the day of your birthday is the same age your turning it's called the 'Golden Birthday'. Maybe it means it's gonna be a lucky day for me?
Well whatever the meaning as of today I am now 23 years of age. I plan to have myself some fun by taking a drive down this afternoon to the comic shop, playing some more of Overlord 2 (Which I recommend to everyone with a 360!) and watch Watchmen and Coraline on blu-ray. All in all a good day for me and would be perfect is the cloudy sky over the Vegas valley would please start raining! Ah well, can't win em all I guess. ^_^ Have a great day every one, I wish you all good times and happy moments.

Wish me luck!..oh and this might be a sign of the apocalypse
Posted 16 years agoHello fellow wanderers of the cyber lands. For those of you who may have been wondering why my own personal creations have been lacking lately it's because I hit something of a..well let's just call it a wall of hesitation/nerves. You see while I love writing and will continue my stories here eventually I've also decided I'm gonna try my hand at drawing. Nothing extravagant obviously but..I've had an idea that I refuse to let go of so for now all my energy is gonna be focused in drawing.
Now obviously to many here this may not be big news..another artist in a sea of them right? But I'm what some might call a constant daydreamer, and while such a person may be obsolete in this day and age I refuse to change that part about me. So I'm going to try and act on these ideas and dreams of mine in any way I can. However it's been literally 8+ years since I last tried to draw...anything! So heaven only knows when I'll finish even one picture. But until then my friends wish me luck. and any positive energy sent my way will always be immensely appreciated!
Oh and one last thing...if the skies start raining fire and stuff..well umm....my bad....^_^;

Batty fun #2: Who is your furry crush?
Posted 16 years agoHello again every one out there in cyberspace. The other day I was talking to a friend of mine about this and that, nothing special really just shooting the breeze basically. Suddenly I find the topic has eventually traveled to them asking me, "So who would you say was your big furry crush?"
I admit for a second I was silent both from the general surprise, wondering for a sec how we got to that...and also because I was actually giving it some thought! And then moments later I thought 'Hey this could be something fun or at least worth some laughs!' And so here we are with another round of Batty Fun!
What's going on this time is around here I'm pretty darn sure we're all fans of furries in some fashion or another, and I figure this could be a question with some fun answers. So for those of you who would like to answer this please tell us, just who would you say is/was your furry crush?^_^ That character that if you could somehow bring them to life and such you'd do it in a heartbeat! (And I dun care how silly that may have sounded this is for fun, loosen up the ol' imagination. =D) It doesn't matter if they were from a tv show, movie, comic book, webcomic, novel, ad, video game just let us who they were and maybe why you liked them so much. ^_^ Have fun all!

Batty fun #1: Name Your Theme Song!!
Posted 16 years agoYou know I'm sitting here right now listening to music (what a shock right? ^_^) while typing up some paragraphs for a couple new stories when I suddenly just get the idea and the urge for this. Now I know this is probably the billionth time this has been done around here but I figure it's a timeless bit of fun! For those who read this, what I'd like us to try is reply to this journal of mine and let us all know what you personally feel is an excellent theme song to your fursona/character around here and maybe a little info as to why. If you want to list multiple songs for multiple characters all the better! And remember no song can be rejected cause this is all your personal opinion anyway! So allow me to get the ball rolling ^_^
For myself, Dashboard ^_^..I'd have to say Schwarze Sonne [Black Sun] by E Nomine. I've heard the song, read the translated lyrics but I choose this cause I admit as predictable as it is I like seeing my batty self as the dark, perhaps frightening stranger that many individuals just find themselves drawn to when in his presence. *chuckles* I have quite an imagination, huh?
BTW, if any of you wanna direct any friends you have here to get in on this please do so and also, if you feel you know a better theme song to fit someone here and wanna say so, go ahead! Just remember to be nice about it and have fun. ^_^ Hope you guys enjoy this bit of batty fun!

Technical glitches
Posted 16 years agoFor those who do come over to my page here and take a look at my stories I apologize for the very annoying format problems with the files. For some reason when I save them in .rtf format they end up screwing up parts of the file. I am currently trying to figure out how to correct this problem while at the same time blowing up random things in video games to keep me from blowing up my computer. Stupid frazzin writing programs!!!
Nerd world update!
Posted 16 years agoLadies and gentlemen as I write this journal entry I have just finished watching the newly released teaser trailer for Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.
My friends, we are approaching a movie of epic robot-loving proportions! If any of you have not yet seen this trailer...GO WATCH IT NOW!! We're getting more robots in this movie, more actions...More Decepticons!! I'm tempted to think of this movie as the Empire Strikes Back of Transformers^^
And if my hunches are correct about that then could very well mean that in a third Transformers movie...we may actually get to see the new big screen version of the chaos bringer himself..UNICRON! Death Stars and Galactus may be enough for others but I'm greedy ^_^
Well that's all for now folks. As I traverse through the wild lands of nerddom I shall send more info as it becomes available for me. *puts on enviro suit and picks up Lancer* Until later! *drives off in Mako vehicle*

I love being a nerd!!!
Posted 17 years agoOr geek..or spazz or freak whatever term you want to use on me world I will gladly wear that badge of honor!! World badness aside I love being a nerd cause so many good things keep a'comin our way!!
In the realm of comic books I am a hardcore Marvelite and I just read the newest issues of Mighty Avengers and Thunderbolts. I dun care what people say seeing Hulk back on an Avengers team is golden to me! And Thunderbolts...a secret team of assassin's made up of sadistic killers that answer only to Norman Osborn? *grins* Plus that irredeemable Ant-Man is such a perv. =P And oh yes..almost forgot...DARK AVENGERS!! *evil grin* I know all their identities now and that inner sadistic villain of myself is enjoying this!!
And on the video game travels I eagerly await Street Fighter IV!! M. Bison has always been my favorite of the whole bunch. I can't wait to yell out PSYCHO CRUSHER!! And in June I have Ghostbusters!!! If THAT game is not drool-worthy from many of my fellow nerds I don't know what is! Bring it on Gozer you otherworldly #!$@!!!
Now finally on the movies front dear lord above I am happy!! Watchmen is approaching and it looks oh so wonderful! But this year's big movie for me is this coming summer's giant robot extravaganza Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen!! ALL HAIL MEGATRON!! *waves the Decepticon flag proudly!!*
*chuckles* Sorry if I sounded rather overboard there..but I figure it doesn't hurt to be excited like that about things that are good and fun in your life. And for crying out loud if you can't have a total freak out online then we're all just totally SCREWED!! ^__^ See you later freaks and nerds of the world, have fun!
