Since I moved physically, I thought it might be time for a move here as well. I'm solo, now, no longer a member of Sepia, Inc, so on to other things!
Cuttle, while a fun idea, was never really a good mascot for me because let's face it...a cuttlefish partial might be hard to pull off. Plus he's way more polite than I really am, being the sweet cephalopod he is. :P

So I'm officially starting my own fursuit account, business and (hopefully!) site soon. We'll see!

I thought I would post this here to make sure it reaches everyone! I sent out the following email to everyone waiting on me (I think!) but want to make sure I get in touch with EVERYONE who is waiting. If you're still waiting on items from me, please email me using my gmail! As I say below, I can't reply often, but I have internet at the library for now and will do my best to check it every day except sunday of course. ^^;
For those who are upset with me I'm really very sorry. :( I didn't mean for any of this to take as long as it did and I understand why you are mad. I hope there's no hard feelings.

First of all I wanna say thank you so much for being so patient with me everyone. I really didn't expect the crazy work and delay that happened when I went to visit my mother to help her with court dates, driving back and forth (she can't drive at night) and getting her moved to a more stable house and hopefully thats all over with now. I had to stay with her for a lot longer than expected but I'm in my own apartment now with internet from the library off and on and my own internet being installed within the next week! ^^
So I thought I'd send an email out to let everyone know their fursuits are on the way out. I'm a little out in the country now so trips to fedex and the post office are going to be once a week but I should get at least the first round of things mailed on monday. Anything that still needs to be made or sewn or finished will be done during this coming week and mailed the NEXT monday.

I still have no steady phone but that is going to change on friday, just as soon as I can get to the store. Oh friday as in tomorrow! I'll send my phone number to any that want it but please keep in mind that I won't have a lot of mins or texts until I get my business going again.

I'm super sorry for all this mess! That wasn't how I wanted my first fursuit "business test run" to go at all! :( But I'm back on track now and should have stuff shipped by monday and pictures just as soon as I find what box my mom packed my camera and wires in! xx; It's been a really crazy couple of weeks.

Any specific questions please email them! I should be able to check my email daily at the library so I might not reply a lot but I'll reply as often as possible until I have my own connection!

This fursuit is made for someone relatively small, because I made it originally for a friend...but they've since started on their own and won't be needing it now! It's brand new and just needs some life put into it!

Busy busy!

I've decided to take 3 commissions for foam head "bases." Basically that means I put all the work into shaping the head beneath the fur for you, and you (or another fursuit maker) can do the rest! :)
I've always been faster at crafting the head than furring and I really enjoy it more. So I should be able to complete these pretty quickly (within a two week span for each!)

Foam heads start at $75. They are made from 1/2 inch high density foam from joanns and high temp. hot glue. Very sturdy, kept clean and out of reach of animals and no smokers will ever be near it. :) I will work from concept art or from species suggestions!
These can be toony or realistic but I can only do static jaws at this time. I am still searching for the perfect way to make an articulated jaw.
Please keep in mind that some things could raise that base price, such as really large/long ears, really exaggerated features, etc. so feel free to email me for a specific quote! :)
There are also extras that I'm willing to incorporate into a head such as gauged ears (with plugs!) or other piercings. I would love to work on some fursuits with a lot of metal in them!

Until I can figure out precisely what my credit card is doing (not communicating with paypal, that's what it's doing...), then I guess I'll be using furbid! Not that I have anything against the site at all, but I'm way more used to the Furbuy system. Oh well!

On another note: those paws I posted a W.I.P of should be done soon! I finished furring one today and getting started on the other tomorrow...then I just have to trim and add the soles! Excited to send Neapolitan to her new home. :)

Also, keep an eye on ...there's another suit just about done, I think, but that creature keeps its dealings to itself. Oh well.

Tonight, I'm finishing up foaming on a pair of feet for Neapolitan before she gets shipped off to her new home (pictures of in progress and finished feet within the next few days). I've already done all the accursed sewing of her hands. :)
Then I'll be assisting in finishing up feet and gloves for Rubin, that grouch of a cat. He's been frowning at me from the top of the dresser for quite some time, now.

I'm waiting for paperclay on the gryphon's beak to dry so I can sand it smooth, and as soon as I finish Neapolitan's feet, I'll be starting the furring on that hyena. Busy, busy, indeed!

I also have another, secret project in the works. It's got a fast-approaching (self set) deadline; we'll see if I get it done in time. :)

Addendum: might anyone be interested in an artistic license partial commission? I'd be willing to accept payment plans and suggestions for species, colors, expressions, etc. Just sort of judging interest, if there is any.
