Sorry it's been so long.
Lots have happened.
Not to mention Friday I was in the hospital for 24 hour observation due to high B/P and minor chest pains.
But I am OK at the moment.
I actually feel GREAT today.
Even walked a full block, then the younger girls I was with got winded before I did LOL
Since my Husky personae was really a passing fancy, I have changed my avatar to a chibi of me as a satyr. Hope ya like it. It really is more me than the Husky, although that was a fun time in my life.
I also updated my age.
I recently found my HM2 Satyrs and my old Satyr manips that had been eaten by a dying computer.
I will be posting them here to share and to save as backups.
I will also be posting my new HM3 Satyrs.
I hope someone likes them >}:^{D>

Furry Fiesta Fun
General | Posted 15 years agoWell I had a fabulous time at Furry Fiesta 2011. My first Furry Con! I missed Friday due to Dialysis, but got there Saturday with my friends Uriel, Azriel and Nicco who was actually Nicole for Saturday. Azriel commissioned me a badge from featured artist Dark Natasha, I saw the Furry Parade and despite some camera malfunctions got some decent pics, being with smokers I hung out at the smoking area a lot which was usually pretty entertaining just guy watching and listening to everyone and I even saw some peeps I knew from the Witchita Falls Fur Meet, we at at Ghegis Grill nom nom nom, Watched the Furry Night Live show wich was pretty funny I got to see the Adult Art discussion with Rinzi, Taillone and Portzebie which wsa too funny! Afterwards I went to the Art Jam and got a sketch from Rinzi, who is too cute for words, so I'll shut up about it. after that I got back with Uriel, Azriel and Nicole and we went to the dance, it was fun and I loved the 70s music at the first of it, We were all getting tiredand started looking for Keifer who ended up giving us some pizza, after we ate I think we were almost ready for more but I think it was about midnight when we wentt home, and about 1AM before I laid down. Sunday we got there about 10AM and I hung out at Artist Alley adn Dealer's Room getting 2 more badge commissions, one from Luna (as wello as I <3 Yoai and I <3 Yiff buttons) and a badge from BuniDoom. At the smokers areea I met some new people Juka and and Coraline the Koala (who also like Ren faires adn showed me some hot Bawdy Boys vids that I am going to have to check out more of). I loved the fact that this was the gayest con I have been to other than the ones when I was in the Imperial soveraign Royal Court of the Lone Star Empire de Dallas Inc, which was a bunch of drag queens raising money for charities, and Comic Con San Diego and although there was a lot of us there, I think the percentage was higher at Furry Fiesta. And drinking, OMG! Maybe there wasn't more drinking but I heard about it more LOL and even though I don't drink much at all, I had a blast and hope to go next year

Demon Wars Saga
General | Posted 15 years agoWe have been listening to the Demon Wars Saga audio books written by R. A. Salvadore for MONTHS now, maybe half a year. Tonight we finished it. All 7 books and who knows how many CDs later.
There is that satisfaction of completeing a good story ... but a little let down saying goodbye to those characters.
I know he has written some other books concerning his world Carona, they're books set some hundred(s) years earlier than the current timeline. If Grapgic Audio makes them into audio books we will get them ...
but the cast of this saga ... is done. And what a ride it was!!!

General | Posted 15 years agoWell once I cleared my cookies, rebooted AOL and cleared my cookies again just for GP, I was able to get back into this site. So I went ahead and posted some of my Hero Machine pics of Haruki, my AD&D Tiger Hengeyoki Wujen, a tiger who can change into a anthro and a man who happens to be a sorcerer ... just in case ya havent seen the pics already. Most were G Rrated two were not. It was nice that almost all of them were favorited by one person each, not always the same person. I'm sure more artist have more per pic, but I was happy I was noticed. I have more to post, some are Hero Machine, some are actualy drawings, but I don't want to SPAM the site, so I am only doing a few at a time.
My Fursona is going slow, I am torn between Husky and St Benard (a name my ex-lolver gave me back in the good ol days) Of course I am a bit of all of my RPG characters so that includes Conner the Werewolf, Haruki ... wish I knew more Japanese and of course I am a satyr through and through. I do feel partial to my theif Kitty Boi, based off a Cat Woman pic, and there is my Texan Minotaur cowboy .... sometimes I ALMOST think I have MPD heh heh.
OH! By the way it's 3AM and I'm back up ... hense the ramble LOL
I am planning on going back to bed here in a minute, have to go get the car tuned up for our trip to Galveston this weekend. i so hope Dialyssis can get me in on 1st shift Friday so we can leave around noon. I have found 4 gay bars in Galveston, one mentions it's excellent dance florr, drag shows AND go go boys. So guess where I want to go Satyrdaze night. >}:^D>

Fur Meet
General | Posted 15 years agoYesterday I got to go to November's Witchita Falls Fur Meet! I had a great time. So many kewl fun people there, and it was a lovely day, and we had great Thanksgiving type food.
I won something in the Raffle, actually EVERYONE did this time, which is a good thiing. There was a red purse with a balck and white scarg on it, and some lotion in it, we were all joking it was a hooker's purse, then someone caught the label: Urban Charmer! Yup! Definately a prostitute ... and I won i! LOLwill be great for me pencils, erasers and sharpies LOL And you just KNOW I WILL take it to next month's Fur Meet!
After the Park part of the Fur Meet, we came back to Polypuma and Merashu
s place and burned a Longhorn cap, someone one, A Barney plushie, and a hardback of Twilight. OK I wasn't so thrilled about burning a book, no matter what. Besides I'm team Menage'! Why Choose? But it was allo in fun and fun it was. "It was a pleasure to burn"
