General | Posted 3 years ago1. The Artist has the right to refuse any Commission request, without needing to explain the reason.
2 The Artist reserves the right to stop on a Commission, or cancel a Commission request due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, an inability to effectively communicate in the English language, or a breach of these Terms of Service.
3. The Artist will not create any depiction of content they are uncomfortable with.
4. By commissioning the Artist, the Client is purchasing the Artist’s labor only. The Artist retains all rights to the Commission, which includes but is not limited to: Distribution, reproduction, use of the Commission for Artist promotion etc.
6. If the Commission is time-sensitive, a rush fee may be applied, to be defined and agreed upon in the Commission Agreement prior to Start of Work
7. This invoice is for digital goods and/or services. No shipping required.
8. Payment will be accepted before any work on the commission is done
9. General turn around time will be different per commission but will take no longer than one month unless specified.
10. Full refunds will be given if no work on the commission on has started, if there has been any progress a partial refund equating to the amount of work done will be issued.
