It has been a time this month. A short rundown for my lack of activity here. Hopefully I can get things back on track with streaming and artwork. But I felt that I should give an update to you all.

* Hot water storage boiler tank burst, so no hot water or heating (radiators). Flooded floor.
* Water flood has caused mould to grow, got that all cleaned up.
* Spouse has infection, and discovered new allergy.
* Cars bonnet (hood) latch broke, so it can't be opened.
* Booked car to be serviced and MOT, computer system did not log it even though it sent a confirmation email.
* MOT expires on 5th, closest booking for repair and MOT is 11th.
* Mum's doctors found a new tumor, and she going in for surgery to remove tumor behind her right eye in October.
* Had my bank account cleaned out by a fake parking ticket scam. ( fell for it because parking app failed at paid parking lot )

It has been a month. But, like I said, I shall be getting back on track with things. Some new artwork and streams shall be coming. I am also going to be opening commissions for Art, RPG adventures, Short Stories, and Comics. Thank you all for bearing with me as I deal with all this.

So, I had a consult with my local GP and they confirmed that I will need surgery in the coming future. Unfortunately the surgery that I will need is not covered by the NHS, so that means that I will have to pay for it outside of the NHS. To that point, I am open to commissions. Either writing or artwork. I know that only those following me will see this, but hey, if you want to let others know then that would be great.

For those curious as to my writing cred, I have written and published adventures for Star Trek Adventure's by Modiphius. It is a TTRPG fully licensed by Paramount Studios and CBS. As to artwork, well, you can see some of the previous examples from years past here.

Commission pricing will be determined by amount of work needed to complete.

Well, I have gotten things set for the most part here in the new place and I have started streaming once more. Not only that, I have been working at a job that has been very rewarding writing TTRPG's for an award winning company. Things are going fairly well, and I hope to continue the trend going forward. I do apologize to my followers for the sudden art surge. As you can see, I have been a bit inspired as of late.

Well, I am now in another country and got married. But due to things beyond our control we were forced to move out of our flat. As such I a fully open to commissions. Working to get internet access, but if anyone needs art done don't be afraid to contact me.

Well this will be my last 48 hours of so in the United States for a while as I am heading out to the UK to live with my fiancee at her place. I'll see if I can get art commissions and other things going when I get over there, since there is still a great deal to do before the wedding.

Well, it has been a long time since I updated this place and I have been busy. Right now I am in the process of getting ready for a large move, not to another state but to another country! I will be moving to live with my fiancee in England where her family is. That is the other part of the little news update, I am getting married, which has been keeping me busy as of late.

I will be putting up some things, like openning commissions and even some adoptable fursona's for people if you all are interested in those sorts of things. Money would be going towards paying for move and wedding, since both are expensive and moving a domestic cat to another country is just as expensive as moving a person it seems.

Well, I got a phone call apparently from GeekSquad about the issue last year where they cleaned out my bank account. They left a message on my voice mail, and sent me an email asking to verify information for refunding me on the charges. So, that is what I did. I called them in order to provide the information, and I gave the information to the GeekSquad representative that I had on the phone. The then accidentally let slip some information, but then said that I had to reply to the email with the very same information that I had just given over the phone... and they would call me.

Again, I called them and verified the information. They then tell me to email them the information that I just gave them, and wait for them to call me.

But, this is the little gem of information that I got from my phone call with the GeekSquad representative. The account has my bank information filed in it. It has my email address filed in it. It has my phone numbers filed in it. It is NOT in my name. They can't tell me who's name it is in, even if it does have all my information on the account.

So now I am sitting, waiting for a phone call for something that should have been resolved when I called them and verified the information. Actually, it should have been resolved last year when I first filed the claim and had to go through the filing of a Fraud Report with my bank. Resulting in me getting new cards and having to reset other things with the information. Luckily, after a conference call with GeekSquad, my bank, and myself my bank found in my favor and removed all the overdraft and late payment fees that were placed on my bank account from GeekSquad cleaning out my account and dropping it into a negative balance.

Waiting by my phone now for a call from them so that maybe, finally things shall be resolved. After the run around that I had been getting I hope that it shall be. Before this phone call and email I had been in formed by GeekSquad that they had no record of me contacting them or that a claim had been made against the billing charges. But since the billing cycle has come around again, suddenly they do. Funny isn't it?

As of 2:50 PM EST the issue has been resolved and I shall be getting a full refund of things, as well as a copy of the contract that was made using my information. Bit of a WTF moment when it was revealed who's name was on the contract. I won't mention the person here, but it was shocking to me.

Well, survived another year here on this planet. Has been one heck of a few months however. Girlfriend broke up with me, several family members taken to hospital, one passed away, and a friend that look at as a little sister is ill.

Yeesh, if this is how one year ends and another starts, I hope that next year it shall be the opposite with nothing but good news instead. In any case, 32 now and still have plans on continuing on.

After posting that journal I went and checked my bank account and found that I was charged another fee, this time by my bank for my account being overdrawn. So I decided to all them up and had a nice chat with the people on the other end of the line, and explained the situation. The end result, with Best Buy seeming to be doing nothing, I went ahead and put a fraud claim in and the bank agreed with me. They not only cancelled the payment to Best Buy that they took without my permission, and returned the money back to me. But they went a step further and also removed the fees that were put on my account because of what Best Buy did! Now, I won't get the money that they took out in 2013 that I only discovered after a more careful look at my bank statements, but getting that payment and the fees cancelled are a victory in of themselves I feel. But the story does not end here...

I had been contacted by Best Buy's Social Media team since I went on the Twitters to voice my displeasure of what was going on, and their Twitter agent did some looking as well. She sent me an email several hours after I had gotten things taken care of with my bank and provided me with some information. I was told by the Best Buy agents that I talked to over the phone that an investigation was under way to see what was going on. The Best Buy Twitter agents findings... there was no investigation being done, and not only that there was no record of my calls to them! She stated in her email to me that "It seems as though you have been given the run around quite a few times and you do not deserve that at all." She even recommended that I seek action with my bank as well in this. It is amazing that Best Buy's Social Media agents and team are more helpful, and more caring then their customer support team that I spoke with over the phone.

The Antivirus was purchased 1 - 2 years ago according to her findings ( which fits with the charges to my account I found ), either with the purchase of the software or of a new computer. I did purchase a new computer, but it was not from Best Buy, it was from Alienware last year and I already had an antivirus program that I've been using for going on 10 years or more. The authorization for the billing to my account and subscription is done automatically "is agreed upon by signing at the time of purchase on the signature pad" according to Best Buy's twitter agent. Something that never happened. Now, I will admit that I have used my card at Best Buy in the past, but that was at the most to purchase movies that I only found there and not anything more then $10 - $15. Certainly nothing of the amount they were charging me with on a recurring basis. The situation is now resolved for the most part, but I will be making a phone call to Best Buy and informing them that if they have anything that has my name on it under their subscriptions for Antivirus or ANYTHING of the like, that I want it cancelled and my name removed from the list.

Well, I had to cancel my bank card and I got a new one on Monday. Took to social media with the issue and did some research that uncovered some things.

Best Buy uses a number of antivirus programs that they offer at a discount, those being Kaspersky, Trend Micro and Web Root. These programs are set up on a computer that you purchase from Best Buy and are set up also to AUTOMATICALLY RENEW the subscription after they expire. The only way to cancel the service is to actually call Best Buy and tell them that you would like to cancel the service. This is something that they do not tell you, or display often during the set up process and has cost several dozen people over $1000, and is an issue that has been on going since 2010.

Now, the service that I am being charged for is Kaspersky, a product that I didn't even know of till last week when I was clearing out Malware from my sisters computer and noticed that she had it on hers. I have never used Kaspersky, nor have I ever purchased it. Yet I am being charged for the service, which has overdrawn my account. Looking through my records they started to charge me in 2013, so that means they owe me over $80 for a service that I have not purchased or used and they took money for.

After taking to Social Media when talking to Best Buy service agents over the phone, even with in a conference call with a bank agent, they gave me the run around. The announcement on social media of the issue prompted Best Buy to contact me and let me know that they are investigating the matter. Right now I am waiting for them to call me so that this issue can be resolved.

Well this went from a good day to a craptastic one.

Started out good with a nice get together with my family to celebrate a belated birthday party and Father's Day for my dad and brother-in-law. Had a good time, went out to eat and there wasn't any fighting. Got home and read a story to my youngest niece, relaxed with some TV, and then decided to get ready for bed. But before bed, I checked my email and... I had a notification from my bank. I'm overdrawn.

Overdrawn? That's impossible. So I check and sure enough, I am overdrawn. Not only am I over drawn, but my bank account is empty. Somehow, somewhere, someone at Geek Squad decided to charge me for something, emptying my bank account in the process and leaving me overdrawn. The time that the transaction happened, about 9:30PM was the same time I was reading a book to my niece. Time stamp on the notification... about midnight.

So, a phone call to the bank... automated message that was annoying as heck. So, go to the website and pull up the supposed "Live Customer Support" . . . another automated thing where the live person on the other end was a robot created by LivePerson, a company that specializes in such things. And I get informed that I have to wait till about 8AM to call the Customer Service and Claim Filing Department to file a claim of an illegal transaction on my account. In the meantime...

I'm broke.

Nothing left in my bank account, and not much left in wallet. The robot for the bank said that I would be refunded the money if the claim is processed, but not sure how long that will take. Till then I am a bit stressed out, and more then a little angry about the situation.

So many things have happened in a week's time alone that it has left my head spinning. Quick bullet point of the week.

* Went to spend two weeks with girlfriend before she takes off to University and look for jobs in area.
* Find out Dad's cousin has terminal cancer and was given two weeks to live.
* Third day into trip and spending time with girlfriend, she breaks up with me after spending 1 1/2 years together.
* Get next flight back to D.C. area in the morning.
* Night before Memorial Day, find out one of my sister's ex-boyfriends committed suicide.
* Memorial Day, two friends of my Mom are found dead.
* Dad's cousin no longer eating or drinking.

Things getting back on track and, well... yeah... Emotional roller coaster all in a weeks time, and ride isn't over yet either.

I was taking an afternoon nap when I was called on my cell by my Mother. Kimmy ( Daughter of Dad's Cousin ) went to check on her mom and thought she was sleeping. Turned out she had passed away in her sleep some time last night.

So many thing going on that it is hard to keep track or make time for it all. Between helping out with a move that my GF is doing and also family injuries it has kept me from drawing as well as from editing some work that I have sitting on my computer. Now I get to try and get my drawing ability back since I haven't had time to actually sit and draw.

For those that commissioned me, I shall work on the commission or return the money for the commission depending on which you would like. But I shall close further commissions till things are more settled. I will however open up on some Minecraft skin commissions since those are things that I can get done in an hour or two depending on things. Right now it is 6AM and I have to get ready for some other work that has to be done. Take care everyone!

So my dad has been in and out of the hospital due to some kind of mysterious aliment that the doctors can't exactly pin down the cause for. He's resting at home right now and has taken some time off work so that he can recover. At least they can't say that he is faking it at where he works since the incidents happened while he was on the job and an ambulance had to be called the last time it happened ( which was Tuesday ). His doctor isn't happy with the hospital right now either, since she put in an order for tests to be done, but I guess since she is a military doctor and it is a civilian hospital the hospital decided to ignore the doctors orders and instead just give my dad pills and rubber stamp him as just having vertigo.

He is going in for blood tests tomorrow and at the same time my mom is going to be having her monthly shot for her cancer, so it is going to be a busy day.

Okay, I think that I have defeated this stomach bug that I caught. Still having some trouble but not as much as what I was having before. I am able to sit and work on things without having to rush to the restroom or feeling completely drained of energy. Did some sketches of art while I was laid out on the couch ( it is closer to bathroom then bedroom is ) and the sketches included commissions. I usually draw out everything on paper first and then clean it up digitally, which can lead to slow progress at times ( especially when a certain kitty likes to lay down on my pencils... but he is cute ). Almost 11:30 where I am and should be getting to bed for some rest. Had an interesting day filled with tornado warnings and lots of rain, but time to rest and get an early start tomorrow since my mom has a doctors appointment for another shot and then will have dinner out with my parents. =)

Well, it is getting close to midnight and the government is less then an hour from a full shut down. That means that a lot of government employees will not get paid, which includes my dad who uses his money to help pay for cancer treatments for my mom. Since I have not heard back from any jobs that I have applied for, I am considering opening up commissions once more to try and get some money so that my family can survive.

I will work on getting a new price list set up, along with examples of work that I have done and can do. Hopefully will get enough to get by with, but will be tightening my belt and paying what bills I can in the coming days.

So I get all set to do work on art and order a pizza... and right after eating the pizza I start to feel ill. I had some stomach problems earlier in the week but they had cleared up, so not sure if it is the pizza or a stomach bug. Parents had a touch of something before me, so possible it is a stomach bug. Either way it has kept me from doing much artwork like I had hoped to do.

To give an idea of how it is right now... We all know the comedic sound effects that they play in cartoons or in movies when someone has been tricked into taking laxative right? Well, that is what my stomach is doing right now and to the point it can be heard from across a room. Going to attempt to get some art done, but will most likely be making runs back and forth as stomach demands. I have taken something for it before making this post to update you all, and have more to take later on, but for now that is all.

On to the very odd dream. Some how or another I ended up having a dream that I was injected with some kind of substance that turned me into an anthro-dragon... a red one with blue hair and no tail. Not only that by a herm as well, one with equine like assets. Somehow I reproduce by turning others into clones of myself as well, and lived in a sewer kind of like the 80's version of Beauty and the Beast or the Ninja Turtles. I have no idea what sparked that kind of dream, but it was interesting.

So, now that everyone is up to speed, time for me to open up Photoshop and start work on commission drawing.

The month is almost over it seems and I am still in a rush to get things done. At the same time I am being hit by ideas for other things to draw... Commissions and various other things related to work along with things for myself personally. I shall sit down Thursday and start cranking out as much as I can commission wise so that I can clear things and then rework commission forms so that I can better get things done.

Good news is that little renewed cancer scare that my mom had turned out to be nothing. Which is very good after the massive amounts of treatments and surgeries that she went under in the past and were threatened again if what they found was cancer also. Little bit less stress on me thanks to those findings coming back as negative. Means can grind tomorrow on commissions without much worry of things. Now to get ready for some rest since it is 12:46 AM and have to be up in about six hours to start work.

I shall be finishing up the standing commissions that I have right now and possibly opening up for some smaller commissions in the future in order to get some more bills paid. That is where 90% of the money that I make from commissions go towards, paying bills. The delays that I have had recently have been too many to count, and slight one coming up next week as I travel down to take care of some family business out of state once more. I have been working on the commissions that I have and will be doing so later tonight once I get some more video editing done.

I will post a new list of prices and what I will and won't do for commissions when I open up for them again, so be on the look out for that those that want to commission me for arts and such. Till next time peoples. =D

Well, I have my art bug back and have been drawing a great deal. Some other great news is that I got my tablet skills back it seems as well, and some new art programs that make it a bit easier for me. But now I have trips to take as part of birthday and also some family matters. I'll be gone till the end of the month and then again in September. Will be open to commissions once more come October I am planning. Till then, stay awesome everyone. =)

Well, since I have taken once more to drawing things a bit more traditionally it has slowed my art process down a bit... but I am also getting more results that are to my satisfaction. So far I have a commission that I have been working on for a while nearly ready to be scanned in and start the final work on it, I also have some title cards drawn up of some video series that I am going to be starting, as well as some new graphics for my website. Lots of work left to do, but getting it all done. Now to get back to what I was doing and getting this commission work done.

Well, for some reason I am not doing well drawing with a tablet now but am doing better with traditional drawing. Think I am going to have to retrain myself to use a tablet once more and work on commissions the old fashion way. :I I've been working on one for a while today and making some progress with it. It is actually going faster then when I draw with a tablet so that is a plus.

I use to do all my work traditionally and then scan it into a computer to clean it up and color it digitally. Seems that that is what I am going to have to do to get these commissions done in a timely order since I had a kind of burnout for about a year. I will not take any new commissions till I get the ones that I have done.

Time for me to get back to work. No holidays for me for a while.

Well, spent a portion of last evening at the hospital for an MRI scan of my mom. Won't know till later how things went with it and what they found out. She's been in a great deal of pain lately that has kept her from doing much of anything. I'm hardly finding time to draw and work on the various things that I have going on with the time that I am spending with my mom looking after her.

Happy New Year everyone! Spent last night in the company of some others so I wasn't able to make this post till now. Seems that his new year has brought back my drawing muse as well, and it is starting out very good. Made a late night sale at my store that also paid for some bills that I had. Hopefully this trend will continue and will be in for a great year.
