Beware of scammer
General | Posted 6 months agoLately someone (or some ones) been posing as me on discord to try to get my clients to pay them
Beware that I will never contact you through discord first; If we do use discord later on, it will be arranged through notes
So if anyone contacts you on discord shortly after you show interest in any of my services, just block them as it's not me

General | Posted 3 years agoBy commissioning me you automatically agree to ALL of the following terms:
1. Orders:
1.1 The artist will not take realistic commissions and traditional art;
1.2 The customer must be 18+ if they're planning to order NSFW content;
1.3 When placing an order, the customer is aware that the delivery period is 30 days after the payment has been sent (with exceptions, such as YCH's);
1.4 Stabilising a deadline for thedelivery of a artwork will add a fee to the original price;
1.5 If you want to know if the artist draws a specific stuff, feel free to ask. You're assured here that the artist will NOT expose you in any case.
2. Payment:
2.1 Payment must be made right after the sketch is finished, OR before that in cases such as YCH's;
2.2 Payments made via bank slip, PIX and bank transfers (only for Brazilians) require proof of payment;
2.3 Payments made via PayPal will only be made through invoices. (Unless it's specified otherwise by the artist during negotiation).
3. Content Edits:
3.1 If someday you do need or/and want to edit the artwork, you'll need to ask the artist's permission to do so;
3.2 You can't remove the artist's signature;
3.3 During the art process, the client can only ask for change during the sketch. No major changes will be made after the linework is already done without additional fees.
4. Delivery of Art:
4.1 The files will be sent via direct message as a file or e-mail, the choice being up to the customer;
4.2 Within 7 days after the delivery of the artwork, the artist will keep the .sai and .psd files on their computer for emergency editing. Be aware that depending on the complexity of the change an additional fee will be requested;
4.3 Delivery of the piece will be made only to the client, the artist will not send artwork to third parties without the client's authorisation;
4.4 As the artwork is completely digital (non-physical product) the artist will only send you virtual copies and is NOT responsible for the printing of the content.
5. Content Publication:
5.1 When using the art, the client must credit the artist and never claim to be the creator of the piece;
5.2 The artist has full rights over the art, being able to publish it on their social media, gallery and portfolio without the client's consent (unless it's previously agreed between the two parties to it not being posted anywhere).
6. Refunds:
6.1 No refunds will be made after the artist has finished the lineart;
6.2 Refunds will only be granted if the artist gives up on making the art or takes longer than the accorded deadline to deliver the order;
6.3 Content such as “adopts”, “YCH's” and “customs” cannot be refunded after the purchase.
