ART!!! (Current status, comms, and plans for the future)

Writing this between shifts(And headaches), but wanting to keep things as open and up to date as I can manage!
Art as it stands is going to be very slow to spool up, Im sitting on QUITE a few images that I may drip feed over the coming weeks but for the most part anything new will take some time to come out. In the background during my isolation I've mingled among very close circles of friends, with their help I've been testing things out with some crude and disorganized commission work. MOSTLY to try working out a few key things, A) What specific options I'd offer. Things like line art, full color, etc. B) My price range, which is still very much under deliberation. C) My workload/time frames, what I can handle/keep track of and possibly manage to accomplish. Things like that
As it stands, im not ready to open publicly for comms, but im getting there.
As for art now/goign forward!
Ill post what I have over time(With permission of those involved within said art if involved in the image), during this I'll be prioritizing current overdue projects and obligations ive promised to others who I still owe art to. Once that slate has been cleared, I'll fill the gaps between then/when comms open officially with, well- random arts! I plan to make and post updated refs for my active OC's, give them a bit of love with art sprinkled throughout the rest of the year if I can manage. Overall, no set concrete plans of when what or who.
Im eagerly waiting to see The Bad Guys 2 and Zootopia 2 so art from those isnt impossible :3
Safe to say, nothing can be promised. But I have ambitions and a 'want list' of projects and images I'd like to make! Both personal and involving others- but for my own sanity and to avoid biting off more than I can chew, ill leave specific ambiguous- for now.
I dont have a specific schedule for uploading in mind either, again for my own sanity as I juggle the day job and treatment for the migraines. I hope that (Depending on the success or failure of seeking commission work in the future) will get easier regarding which side I choose to pivot. So for now the future isnt fully clear, but the possibilities are exciting!
TLDR: Going to upload(With no schedule or set frequency) a backlog of art ive drawn over the past couple years while chipping through overdue projects vie promised to others. Then will either launch fully into commission work, or upload various drawings I doodle(Both personal and or of others) as I refine how I'd approach commissions!

Coming out of hiding (A new Start? Updates, and an apology)
Posted 3 months agoIts been a while! Way too long of a while...
But here I am, making this journal for multiple reasons- among which just to say I am alive and well. Its been an interesting 2020's to put it lightly. Lotta ups, lotta very turbulent downs, a change in occupation and some unforeseen lifestyle changes I'll go over in this journal. (Will have a TLDR at the end for any who wish to skip ahead)
To start, an apology. Ive not been the most attentive individual this past half decade- I've left this profile to collect dust and cobwebs as I let piling stress and anxiety drive me into hiding rather than reach out for help. So many here have given me such kind comments and sweet wishes that I've never replied to 3+ years later. Friends even on other platforms outside FA I've drifted from over the years without even a "why". Been getting better, slowly. I think? Took many months to even get myself to return here- so baby steps I suppose.
As for life: Things have gotten, rough. But some good things have happened!
I got a new Job! Left behind my retail work for warehousing/fulfilment work. Pay is much better, hours and schedule are consistent, in the beginning it was a huge upgrade. Nearing almost 1 year at the new gig its began to wear me down a bit. The "Shiny new job" polish is beginning to fade, the monotony and long hours (Especially around the holidays, Mandatory Overtime enforced making work weeks exceed 52 hours for 1 to 2 months). Amazing for the paycheck, but holy heck it rips me apart. Minimal to no time outside of work to socialize, do art, much less take care of myself.
Alongside the new job I've been taking steps to improve mental health. Trying to narrow down why my anxiety can get so bad, how or if it could attribute to possible ADHD(Undiagnosed so far but am barely 1 appt in with the new psych). Given some treatment in the interim for the anxiety with, mixed results, but its a process? I've been struggling with memory for some time, focus and attentiveness so thus the push to see if its ADHD or something else, gaps in memory and -very horrible- short term memory have become quite an issue over the past decade and some change.
Ontop of that, the migraines have gotten worse/more frequent. No idea why, about two weeks into 2025 I began getting hit with a series of consecutive headaches, each one worse than the last it felt, every single week almost with varying severity and duration. About mid way through April one got so bad I was sent to the ER to receive some sort of "Migraine Cocktail". Cant remember what it was exactly but it was some mixture of different anti inflammatory medications and pain relievers to just ride the attack out. Was quite scary, but they were thorough, taking a blood test, giving me a CT scan, and an MRI to rule out any potential stroke or aneurysm. So nothign scary up that that required surgery, just what they called a "Complex Migraine"
Now moving forward:
I'm going to try to make a proper return to FA, and other sites I intend to eventually branch out to over time(Not getting ahead of myself here). I'll be slow, and quite, but I'll be here. Ill be replying to peeps more frequently, I'll actually post art I manage to draw, even if its a scribble- and if all goes well- I hope to eventualyl be well enough/capable enough to open commissions! Perhaps aroudn the holidays offer fun raffles or something. Again, not tryign to get ahead of myself.
TLDR: I'm back!! even if a soft reboot to start- Ill keep this profile up to date as my condition with the migraines and anxiety issues progress, and effort will be made to give more than a "Hay im still here" journal every three years or so x3

Where have I been?
Well, sparing you lot form a lengthy essay on recent events I got overwhelmed online AND irl. Mostly self imposed but still, had to retreat into my dimly lit introverted cave to recollect myself and restructure some things. Tick some boxes on major tasks needed doing that Ive been putting off for years, things like that.
What is happening now?
The long and short of it? IM BACK! Kinda...
I will be making more art, have been for the past couple years in fact but have only ever circulated it amongst my tight but multiple friend circles on various chat platforms. So that means some things to post! WOO!!!
The plan moving forward:
Im going to continue making art, but I will not be adhering to any strict schedules like I've attempted to in the past. One of those previously mentioned self-imposed issue Ive had to work out with myself.
I have some projects I plan to work on, updating my OC's, and there are many. Posting up-to-date references of them. And making LOTS of porn and other kinky things
COMMISSIONS will be coming! But they will be very tightly locked and guided once I get a legitimate system open.
In the end, I am back! I will be making more art and posting, but at my own convenience and ability.
All that being said, feels good to be back! Or, to be coming back! Hope despite the world being on fire as or recent everyone is enjoying life, and the weeks ahead treat you all just as well if not better!

Where have I been?

Birthday Foxxo, life, and other updates

Gonna be 25, optimistic for the future yet scarred by the past- but still looking forward for whats to come!
As for some updates:
Foxxo's finally gone and been vaccinated with his first dose. Lifts a world of stress off me for the time being- still aware and careful until this pandemic gets squashed.
Work ever the burden keeps testing my health, stress anxiety and the alike a constant as of late. Eating time away from my friends, art, free time.. but its the only stable income Ive got, so until things turn around im stuck x.x;
Art is improving, more practice with the tablet, more failed sketches but I learn something new each image. And to me thats something to be excited about.
Giving some brutal honesty as to recent months Im a complete wreck. Between work, anxiety online, and some tensions at home- relaxation has become a rarity. But im getting by, and all things considered things have slowly been improving bit by bit, in no small part by some close peeps.
But tis mah birthday, intending to relax for the first time this year, and hopefully turn my life around for the better <3
Hope everyone is having a pleasant April, and continues to have a pleasant year ^w^

Proof of life!

Hoping to get back on the horse as soon as possible but if this last month has been any hint to the coming holiday season then I may be locked into a cycle of damage control at my work for the foreseeable future. Least until 2021 when the madness calms down once again.
So once again ill thank everyone still watching me for their godlike patience and hope to continue making arts as soon as possible!

Tablet is working! (Needing artsy advice)

Pleases me to say the tablet is plugged in ant functioning! Spare for a few trouble shootings needed for cursor alignment and such but for the most part im back online!
Now seeds the new problem! I have no idea how to draw on a tablet ;3;
MOSTLY this will require repetition and practice on my part to which if there is interest I can post whatever test sketches I conjure, however if any artists watching me have any tips or tricks to help me along I will be extremely thankful for any advice you could give!
Using a Gaomon PD 1560 drawing tablet with PhotoShop CS5.1. To which Ill segway, I also no little to nothing about Photoshop XD
Been using Corel Paintshop pro for the past couple years so Im basically starting from scratch in terms of drawing. Was gifted PS by an amazing friend of mine and would love to get acquainted with the program! So again any tips or useful videos not filmed in someone's basement with their cell phone would be appreciated! x3 (Jokes)
Im excited to get art flowing again, perhaps too excited >.>
First few sketches already turned out not so good. But im not letting this discourage me!

A happier update!

Wanted to break the silence since my last journal, since then some strides have been made in a much better direction for me and things have began to mellow out on my end.
For those who were not aware or haven't read the last journal, some ambitious choices in my past had left me with more friend circles to manage and care for than I was ever equipped to handle. Things have improved somewhat, though I still have some distance to make before things could be considered "Resolved". But thats going to depend on me and the coming months.
But to cut to the chase, sure theres some curiosity about art? More on the lines of "where is it".
Well im pleased to inform that ive gotten the ol tablet dusted off and am trouble-shooting getting the silly thing to work with my new rig finally! After a few purchases of some DP cabling and other small adapters I wasn't aware I needed I should be back up and functioning soon! So there will be no new art until I am up and running with this thing, as I progress however I will keep these journals as up to date as I can manage!
Thanks a million for everyone's patience, and Im eager to get art appearing again as soon as possible <3

Plans for the coming months!

Having had time to adjust and set up after building my new desktop ontop of dealing with recent events things seem to be calming down slightly (Knocks on wood)
So my plans as it stands for moving forward with art are as fallows!
1. Whatever ive got drawn that I deem postable will be posted within the next few weeks (There isnt a lot of art that fits this but ill post what im comfortable with!)
2. Finding and reinstalling drivers for my tablet, then taking the next month or so to basically... relearn how to draw X3
Been drawing on paper and desk ever since doodling in high school, have never used a tablet once. So using this one will take time and practice! With this, I just ask for further patience as I regain my footing with art as I progress with practicing on this new medium! I will remain connected to FA, monitoring for comments, notes, etc as I work =D
If I deem it so I may even post progress sketches I make with the tablet in my scraps! =3
As for health, I am good and well. Keeping safe and healthy in these times has been a challenge but im still holding on and am thankful for it. And hope the same to all of you as well <3

Life updates- Covid-19- Protests- (F5)

By this point I've made more "status journals" than actual art and for this I do apologize. Considering all that is going on as of late I a thankful for the understanding an patience you all have with me.
As for updates!
As for art:
IMPORTANT NOTE: I will NOT be leaving Furaffinity! All art posting will just be officially stalled until further notice! And considering my recent activity basically nothing is changing =/
Only now I'm saying so x;3
Basic reason for this revolves around recent events, Covid-19, my retail work and life stresses. Making art more difficult to make at this time-
As for Covid-19:
As of this journal I am safe and healthy, despite my work in retail exposing me to possible infectious persons. Only major change as of late being the lift of multiple state-wide restrictions from stay at home orders to travel restrictions. So the state is opening back up among others around me. I'm equipped with masks, decent stock of food and supplies, those most vulnerable in my family are keeping safe as well.
As for recent protests/riots/raids:
It'd be an understatement to say things have gotten tense. My work as a Cart Attendant at retail has gotten much more stressful, a collective concern of being raided/looted among coworkers. Store security has put into place special procedures and has briefed us on safety steps to evacuate in the event the store gets attacked, so rest assured if the worst happens that I will be keeping safe!
All this craziness happening in the world I hope you all are keeping safe and healthy out there, as I said in the start of this journal I wont be directly active on this profile for some time, but can still be reached and will still receive comments and notes!

Posted 5 years agoWith the hectic madness of the past two months rolling past I aim to have some rather fun things up for you lot =3
To look forward two are two confirmed comics, both commissioned. Both are vore/yiff centered!
A small project I plan to do where I draw my fursona and each of my OC's showing off their lovely paws in their own unique ways =3 (Both for paw practice and for paws in general <3)
On top of anything else I find fit to draw doodle or sketch up in the meantime!!

Where have I been!? (Updates)

Let me start out by saying a titanic sized apology for being so absent without much sign of life other than an occasionally updating favorites list ;3;
As the new year rolls in ive been bombarded by life events and other shenanigans. On top of all this im still learning my new tablet! Which if im honest is like trying to learn how to draw all overt again ;w;
Its not easy but im determined to learn and progress! Having drawn for the past decade give or take on exclusively paper and pemcil, this is an entirely new art medium for me so it will take me some time x;3
In the meantime art uploading for me will be very slow, combating an active art block as of this journal and am slowly trying to find that spark again. BUT IT SHALL RETURN! Or i'll eat my tail! And i mean look at the size of this thing, jeebus. *Gives the ground a heafty thwap with his anaconda of a tail*
As for the near future! Ive got some ambitious plans! In the very near future I'll be uploading the official 2020 reference for my fursona! In all his fuzzy glory! As well as a few satellite refs for my other OC's and giving light to some adopts I purchased over a year ago who are WAY overdue for some love!
As for Life, of course the dreaded first quarter hour cuts have dug in deep. Leaving me in a rather bad state of stress for finances. But im keeping myself optimistic! As the year progresses hours will improve. Even looking at the possibility of getting a new job this year! Better hours and pay being my goal <3
Thats about it for the updates, so I hope y'all had a wonderfull new year and are looking forward to the months to fallow same as I am =D

GETTING A NEW TABLET!!!!

I have quite a few images lined up to hopefully last long enough till I can learn/get comfortable with this new tablet! If this works well, I should be able to get commissions going on a more frequent basis, as well as a more consistent upload schedule <3
The tablet in question is a GAOMON PD1560, not the newest of its line but not the oldest either, am very content with the choice with a lot of back and fourth between me and others helping me choose an affordable tablet. Hope to get art posting again soon =D

A quick life update (Im still here!)

As of recent im sure at least a few have noticed ive been posting rather quietly
An image here and there with no real presence as of late. I want to assure everyone that I am okay!
Over the course of these past couple months I've gone on a vacation, gotten HORRIBLY sick with a cold, and various other mish-mashed chaos of working in retail during the dreaded "Fourth quarter" or "Holiday season"
I am better now however, only real stress currently being from work outside of the computer, but otherwise im doing alright. And plan to hopefully get back into a steady routine as soon as possible.
Hope everyone had a great Halloween and is looking forward to Thanksgiving and Christmas as much as I am!

Climbing back out of the hole! (Update on sudden silence)
Posted 6 years agoSo to no surprise anymore ive had another identity crisis with my Sona. Thus halting all my plans for art I had been developing.
In loo of this however, I have made strides to a degree that I feel confident, and comfortable with my fursona once again. Reverting back to a familiar face! My alien/floof Edge!
With some minor changes to color scheme/fur patterns he will be making a return very soon! Along with more art!
I may miss the 4th of July art trail everyone is riding but I aim to be more prepared for holiday themed arts in the coming fall! With perhaps at least a few late 4-th of July uploads still hehee.
Bottom line, ive gotten my marbles back into their bag and am ready to get back on the saddle!
Upcoming will be some changes to how I use social media, I will be purging my discord account to use PURELY for professional/commission uses form this point forward. Any and all social contact form here on out left exclusively to Telegram. I will keep you all posted as i move on with this.
As for art, I currently have no huge plans other than minor doodles and sketches here and there. Again, updates will come as I continue to regain my barrings!

Taking notice that mu upload speed and activity on here has been lacking as of late.
Struck a minor artist's block and been devoting a lot of my time to games because of it, but im getting the drive back slowly.
More so for snakes, coiling, vore... murrgh.
Got projects still planned for you guys! Including a few fun 4th of July themed projects and images!
While it takes me time to get images finalized and posted, I do however make loads of sketches.
If enough people would be interested i could post a few in scraps. But, they are very chicken scratchy.

A sad update to Commissions (IMPORTANT TO ALL WHO USE PAYPAL
Posted 6 years agoAs of this moment i've been informed that Paypal is taking some rather questionable steps forward these next few months.
Including holding onto processing fees if a refund is issued for sellers, making the showcasing of VERY personal information mandatory, and more ive yet to fully understand/figure out. More than just full name and city as it seems.

I will however keep TRADES open! Again note me or comment if youre interested!
But sad as it is, I'm unable to accept commissions without a reliable and SAFE method for both me and the buyer to exchange costs.

As of this point im locking them closed for review and further structuring, as well as waiting for the finished pricing sheet for my prices of future commissions! =D

As my recent journal spoke I had been quite ill for a week or so, while that is well on its way out of my system by now there's been quite a few snags along the way
Some drama, mostly emotional issues been surfacing over these past couple of weeks. A family emergency, and some fights between close friends.
So as of this past while ive been surviving on pre-drawn images ive already gotten drawn edited and finished for future posting.
Now baring all of this in mind do know I am doing okay. A little down but things have been worse, so im keeping optimistic that things will smooth themselves out swiftly.
Until then if things arent fixed by the time i run out of images ive drawn earlier, I may be going on a minor hiatus. (BIG IF)
If anyone in the meantime would like to spare a hug for a poor fox then that would be greatly appreciated <3
