Posted 8 months agoHi, friends! I know I haven't been super active here (I've been so busy with a bajillion other things...), but I wanted to introduce you to my newest project: SONIC NEON SUMMIT!
We're a Sonic the Hedgehog fan convention based in Reno, Nevada (USA) and will be taking place June 13-15, 2025. We've already got some amazing guests from Lee Majdoub (Agent Stone, Sonic Movies), Ryan Drummond (Sonic VA from 98-04), David Humphrey (Shadow VA from 01-04), Scott Dreier (Knuckles VA from 01-04), and we've even got Johnny Gioeli from Crush 40 AND Bentley Jones playing in concert!
We launched the Kickstarter a few days ago to preregister. The first 100 people to register get concert tickets FREE.

Life's been a huge rollercoaster for me for the past couple of years. Got married to the best man in the universe, moved across the country to my hometown, new job, had to have surgery on my foot to repair damage from a work injury, now might have to have it again -- yeah, a lot's happened. Haha!

Posted 10 years agoSo I'm putting another shout out there for commissions. Reason being? I lost my job on Monday. I was pretty devastated, but I can't dwell on the past. I need to make money somehow, so commissions are open and I will take just about anything. I am expanding my options to include smut to increase my audience. However, please keep in mind that I will not draw underage characters in adult situations. I have a few fetishes that I wish to not partake in (No: Scatplay, watersports, vomit, cub, diaper... Limited: inflation, vore, and a few others). I am fine with things like BDSM/S&M, violence, m/m, f/m, f/f, etc etc etc.
Please let me know if you are interested. I will churn these things out like hotcakes.

In order to help pay for the wedding, I'm opening up commissions. I will draw just about anything unless it's majorly obscene (scatplay, watersports, vomit, etc - if you are uncertain, please ask!). I know I practically never update. Sorry about that. Well, I did want to update to post this... today is my last day at Geek Squad, Monday I start a new job at our local MINI Cooper dealership! I can't wait.

Commission Prices:
Sketch: $7
Ink: $10
Traditional: $15
Digital: $20
Background: Add $5 (pictures already come with a simple background unless you request otherwise. This is for detailed ones, like being in a forest or on a bed.)
Additional characters: Add $5
*All prices are in U.S. Dollars. Please let me know if you need to pay in a different currency.
Characters/backgrounds with a lot of detail will raise prices depending on intensity (usually not more than $5).
I will draw your characters in any style you want. I will draw official characters, including interacting with original/fan characters. I will draw Sonic style, Pokemon style, anthro, realistic, quad, humans, fantasy -- whatever you want. I'll even try to draw mechanical and automotive, but I can't promise they'll be good (lack of experience).

I'd appreciate it if you checked it out, provided feedback or possibly even do what I really want most -- join up and start posting! I've been working on a Pokémon/Pokémorph RPG site and trying to get all the kinks out for quite some time. I finally have the storyline posted and all the definitions written. Have had the worst art block for what seems like forever. I just have no inspiration at all. I can doodle some, but I'm just not happy with anything.
Otherwise, I've been practicing with my photography skills. I like how they come out.
My writing is doing all right as well. Just not my art.
It SUCKS. :(
So don't expect to see any art or anything from me for a long while. Sorry guys. :/

Adobe Illustrator help plz?

So I'm on a little mission.
Working on re-designing a logo that I did in Photoshop ... found out later it had to be vector. Kinda died inside when I found that out.
So.
I have to redo it, but I'm trying Illustrator this time around. I don't know how to make perfect lines -- I've been using the line tool and using a distortion sort of tool to curve it around.
Is there someone that would mind helping out and showing me how to make good, curved lines? Also, I do NOT understand any pen tools in any programs, just for the record. If the pen tool is what I absolutely have to use, is there any way someone can explain it to me? Please?
Any help would be appreciated immensely. <3
As for life itself, started school again. It's okay... but I'd be much happier not going.
Another MINI meet today, want to attend but unsure if I am now... I'll find out. Gonna wash Basil anyways, he's got some dirty spots on his boot.
Went to a wedding reception yesterday, it was brilliant. Awesome music including Johnathon Coulton (yes, the guy who made 'Still Alive' from Portal) and other super bouncy songs... a Death Star shaped cake... and the groom in a kilt attacking small children with a life-sized lightsaber. Amazing.
So how are you guys doing? :)

It's mainly for those people who keep asking me how I can do the stuff I do, since I get the impression they think I just woke up one day and could control a pencil like there's no tomorrow, lmao. <3
