Hello, everyone! Hope you are all continuing to stay safe and healthy during these difficult times.

Anyway, I have two commissions in waiting.

One by the  Nexus Team, featuring Ahriman and Jain (NSFW)

And another by  BarakKuda who will be redesigning Ahriman's armor (during the war)

I believe that those two will be my final commissions for this year.

For the next year, I intend to do three personal commissions before focusing on split commissions. To anyone still interested in splitting with me next year, know that I appreciate your interest and I would like to give my sincerest apologies for being unable to split with you this year.

About a week ago, I mentioned that I might be getting a pup from a relative https://www.furaffinity.net/journal/9594077/

And I might go on hiatus to raise and care for the pup. That won't be the case anymore.

I've heard news that the pups (three to be exact) have all passed away. We do not know how this happened, but they were only two weeks old when they died, and this was the mother's first litter.

It's terrible. I really don't know what else to say, but this news is just terrible.

Hello everyone! I hope all of your are keeping safe in your parts of the world, and you continue to remain healthy during these troubling times.

A year ago, I was on a commissioning hiatus due to being burnt out and saving funds to hopefully enroll in culinary school.

Several months ago, I returned. But now, I might go on hiatus again because I might be getting a pet. A gift from one of my relatives.

When I was in my mid-teens, I once had a puppy. Things didn't work out well, due to my youthful inexperience and focus on my studies. It sadly passed away when it was just 4-5 months old.

Now because of the corona-virus, I'm unable to get to work or go to culinary school. I'm stuck at home with little to do. However, one of my relatives had their female dog give birth, and they offered me a pup (and don't worry, we live in a relatively safe, but boring, town that has thankfully seen minimal infections, and my folks are in good health).

Since I have a lot of time on my hands, and the likelihood that this virus may continue til sometime over the next year (at best), I'm thinking "Maybe? Maybe not?". Though because raising a pet is costly and requires a lot of my attention, I might have to go on another hiatus to focus on raising said pup.

This also means that I will have to postpone any split commissions plans with other users. I do have enough funds for one last (personal) commission, if that will be the case.

I will let you all know by the end of September (the puppy will be old enough to leave it's mother by that time).

I will not speak of said user's name or character. I have removed the images from my gallery and asked the artist to also remove them from their galleries.

Months ago, I got an image featuring one of my characters, along with two others. Yesterday, one of my friends told me that one of the two user's engaged in really disgusting behavior, and showed me evidence of said behavior in the form of images copied from said user's messages and chats on Twitter.

Note: These images were copied from other Twitter users who outed this person for their vile interests, and they are now losing followers.

What I read disgusted me to no end, and I couldn't bear the idea that my character was featured alongside his. So I asked the artist who created the piece to remove the images from their galleries. They are in the process of having them removed.

I feel really awful after learning all this. I feel violated. To think I shared an image with such a vile person....Jeez, my head just hurts thinking about it all.

I don't what else to say. I just hope to leave this terrible turn of events behind me and forget that this person even exists!

I participated in a free art raffle, and it has since come to an end. I am not one who is angry over losing a raffle, as I am fully aware that I have a a slim chance of winning (as does the rest of the participants), but I am rather annoyed over this one because of one thing.

I suspect that this one particular raffle was rigged. Why you may ask?

It's because the winners (two to be exact, and who will not be named) are pretty well-known commissioners with a large amount of watchers numbering in the thousands. One has over 5000 followers on twitter.

I dunno why, but a part of me thinks that the host of the raffle is trying to promote their artwork and patreon by drawing in these two rather popular people due to the number of followers/watchers they have.

Maybe I'm right? Maybe I'm wrong and I'm just being paranoid? But this whole thing has made be very suspicious on whats really happening. BUT if the raffle was really rigged, then shame on the raffle holder for doing something this despicable. They denied others less well known the chance >:(

While I'm here at home with little-to-nothing to do, I decided to watch the anime adaptation of Beastars.

Admittedly, I wasn't fully aware of Beastars until over a week ago. While I was at searching for pose references on an image uploading wesbite, I came across several images that featured the main characters (Mostly of Legoshi, Haru and Louis). I got real curious after discovering that the characters were from an manga-adapted anime.

A few days later, I decided to check on some videos showing popular scenes from the anime. And just a couple hours ago, I just finished watching the first season.

I've only watched a few animes in my entire life. Yu-Gi-Oh, Beyblade, Digimon, Sergeant Keroro and Attack on Titan. Attack being the latest, and despite liking the show, I've lost interest in it despite there being new seasons to watch (and alleviate my boredom).

As for Beastars? I liked it. I really liked it. To those who haven't watched it yet, I highly suggest that you do. There's the original Japanese dub with subtitles and there's the English dub (which, for an English Dub is pretty good)

My experience watching the show gave me a rare feeling. When it comes to characters from movies, tv, games, comics etc. It is rare that I really care for them. It's not that I don't care for the various characters in those multiple genres, but the characters from Beastars? I really, really, REALLY care for them in a way that I hope they earn a happy ending. It's not helped that I read spoilers from further volumes of the Manga, which causes me great concern from what will ultimately happen to them.

So again, to those who haven't watched it, I highly recommend that you do!

I actually intended to delete the previous journal cuz I thought it was unnecessary since what I've written there is also written here (my intentions and plans) and I was planning on editing the mistakenly deleted journal after I removed the latter. And the poll is over and I've stated which of the four options have been chosen by user-vote. And I blame sleep deprivation for my mistake =P

Now to those of you who haven't read my previous journal (which has been deleted now)

I have declared my intention of going on a commissioning hiatus until next year (which will end by the first or second quarter of 2020). Amongst several reasons is due to being burnt out of commissioning. Plus I have some big plans next year that require me funds that I normally save for commissions. I'll still be around, but not so much due to work and other real life issues.

I also stated that I'll be doing only three more commissions before I begin my hiatus. But I've decided to SEMI-begin my hiatus. To explain:

I've only managed to pay one of the three commissions. I've found an artist for the second, but said artist will only accept payment once they get to my slot on their waiting list. And I haven't found an artist for my last commission til next year. So here is my new plan:

The commissioning hiatus will fully begin once all the remaining commissions have been settled. However, I will no longer be adding funds to my secondary bank (for commissioning) because I already have enough for the last two. This also means that I'll have to make due with whatever artist I'll find for the third and last commission if my budget for the third is lacking.

When I get back to commissioning and I've settled all my real-life plans and issues, I think the first thing I'll do is host a free art raffle.

Also, I just like to say thank you all so much, my dear watchers, for all your support. I really appreciate all the watches, the faves and whatever help and kindness you've given me for all my time here on FA. Thank you all so much! I wish you all good fortune in the months to come =D Take care and keep safe!
