We made it home safe and sound from Newark! Travel took a little longer (due to some silly American Airline "we forgot to get a seat cover, dher" ), but it was worth it to cruise by some awesome lightning later in the evening. >:]

FA: United was awesome. I've never been to a small con before, and I have to say, I really loved the relaxed atmosphere. (Being half of the Guest of Honor was nice, too. >;] )
The convention ran smoothly, with the usual little hiccups any first con could expect, but I must say I was very impressed. The con exceeded 300 members in its first year! That has to be some record. :D

Tomorrow I will catch up on emails and the few sketches I have for people! (Thanks for your patience on that! :] )

Well, it's been a busy couple of days! Between the sketch marathon, Dog's Days, getting together art for RainFurrest's artshow and stuff for FA:United next weekend--I'm a worn out pup. :]
I have a handful of sketches to finish today, then I must matt a couple of things and get notes together for the sig Ket and I will be running as Blotch about sketching. You know you want to come watch us fumble with pencils and throw paint around the room. ;D

We're going to have a #1 of 5 print of the FA: United Conbook Cover in the Charity Art Auction at FA: United, plus the original badge art we did, so I need to get that all matted up, shrink-wrap it, etc. The prints came out really swanky--we've been able to bump up our printing and from now on the limited edition numbered large prints are full bleed on heavy glossy card stock. Sweet. >:]

Aah, I'm looking forward to a vacation. FA:United will be awesome, but too short before we have to be back and getting ready for EuroFurence. No rest for the wicked, eh. ;]

Speaking of which, I must get back to the grind stone! *trots off in jaunty coyote style*

I apologize for being somewhat spammy with the sketch commissions. I only meant to take two or three, and then it sort of landslided (land-slid?) into a marathon challenge. *coughs* anyway. I don't think I can keep it up much longer, so your inbox will soon be spared! ;]

You recieve an 8.5x11 pencil drawing on heavy cardstock. Price-wise, around 30-50 bones for single character, depending on complexity, more for multiple characters, etc etc.
