Kind of vent?
Posted 9 years agoRecently moved to Lafayette, Louisiana from Cleveland, Ohio... Was one hell of a drive, but as courage the cowardly dog would say... The things I do for love.
I decided to give myself a fresh start. No more working at bars, no more working late night. Explore more, be adventurous. And most of all no more tolerating crap.
Speaking of tolerating crap I'm dying for this guy that momentarily lives *flood incident* here to get the hell out. Such a waste of space, does nothing around the house, and won't stop talking about stupid crap. Trying very hard to hold in my anger with this guy. Feels like i have no help with this. Soon this santoku knife might have some blood on it... From cutting steak of course.... Or is it steak???????...
Food wise. This is Lafayette, Louisiana. One of the biggest food scenes in my eyes, besides chicago, new york, Philadelphia, and California.
Chef Paul Prudhomme is my current idol, as well as Gordon Ramsay. Also laffy is two hours away from New Orleans. Which is another food and tourism mecha.
In a way I really wish my dear good friend *you know who you are* would open up a bit to trying new foods. It'd really give me that mental boost on experiencing new flavor pallets. As well as enjoying the experience of eating new foods together.
And finally. As I'll be fixing the kitchen and house up I'll be uploading more recipes and pictures to the faccc2 page. *Previous people who lived here completely fucked shit up, and in a way I'm kind of fixing things up alone. No help sucks, but sometimes if you want things done right do it yourself.*
Love you all. }:p
