Yes, I did do practice for today... and I will be every day for the next few days too... but the piece of art I'm currently working on.... I'm not going to upload till its finished.
That means completely finished as in Coloured and Shaded.

The reason? Because this one is Surprise Gift art...and if I post it up, I'm pretty sure they might recognise themselves, or at least look at it because of interests...then maybe work out who it is... thus ruining the surprise.

Yes, I did do drawing practice yesterday... But I didn't upload anything as I left to go to a Coffee Meet in Birmingham... And drew some more there... And didn't get home till Midnight, hence why nothing was uploaded, I was sleeping ^^

Still not managed to draw everyday though...but a hell of a lot better.

In the process of touching up some of the sketches I did before I start to ink them and colour. Once I got most up to a standard I like I'll start the next step.

Been walking the dogs most days now, usually Mon-Thursday, Cept for the Wednesdays when I go to Brum Coffee meet, and Fridays cus we always seem to be out/busy, and Weekends, Sayre has work, and I am cleaning or repairing some part of my room.

The car...still hasn't been done, and its starting to accumulate rubbish again >.>

However, Sayre SHOULD BE BOOKING IT IN TO BE SORTED ON MONDAY! (that's in caps so if he reads it he won't forget)

Umm... I think that's about it... not going to gym/pool yet, cus its still to cold on the mornings...

Ah....That's about it for now then. Shall be uploading the finished things at some point....might even do a bit of streaming if anyone is interested in watching me ink my sketches and colour them.

It Is Time!

Prepare for a Photo Dump.... I finally got round to scanning all my "daily" practices.

Well, its been a weekish, since I posted up a list of things I was going to do, which weren't New Years Resolutions... And heres the progress so far.

I had a Shower, Shit and Shave... Was quite nice really... Made my goatee all small and just on my chin, it was a nice feeling cutting off about 4 inches of it in one go... Don't feel sad about it... Usually, with my hair at least, I feel a litttle something when it gets the chop... Not with the Goatee...only thing I miss is stroking it when thinking.

As for the Haircut... Couldn't do it on the Monday, because the place was closed, so did it Tuesday instead =3

The car hasn't really been tidied much, its had a wash and wax, but still crap on the inside, and still things Sayre wants to do with it... I took out some of its rubish the other day, so still need to finish this.

Drawing... I have been drawing more... Not every day yet... But I got round to setting up my new Wireless Printer last night, so I'll upload some stuff today maybe.

Because as some of you might know, I have for the last...well...long time now, been growing my goatee...and currently it's almost impressive to see.
Sadly though, I am treating this facial feature as I do with my hair.... I grow them till I get bored, then cut it off and start again.
So for the people that have seen my Really Long Goatee...when ever you saw last....you probably won't see again for a long long time, as it's getting cut off as soon as I finish this journal.
I added a Shower and Shit to this too...because i'll go have one of them at the same time ^^;

Like I just mentioned, i grow my hair till I get bored of it, I am now bored of how long my hair is, so its getting cut down again. Probably do that tomorrow.

I am going to try and do at least one thing a day, and thanks to the new Scanner I got, I will also try and upload some/all of them.

That covers a wide area of things, the Car...its been accumulating crap over the last few months...despite Sayre saying how this won't happen...it has...so it will be cleaned out, hovered, washed...and then the damn dents some cocks put into it sorted, and then repainted.... Then...mmm...who knows, I'm not a car person, but I think Sayre has some ideas of what to do with it.
MY room...its currently....a bit messy.... Clothes need putting away, and it needs hoovering, along with the Fans on my Computer, they haven't been done for a while, might as well do it at the same time. Leaving me with a nice cleaning feeling inside as well.

This however is going back into work to use the Gym and the Pool again, since we stopped using it over the Christmas period, mostly due to the weather being nasty, and not wanting to Bike to work (Which I will start up again soon), and Sayre not feeling to good.

Ugh...this one is going to be hard... There are things, that yea, I wish i never done...but then again, saying that is a lie, if I wished that I didn't do something, I wouldn't be here... I don't wish something never happened...its who I am, and its where I came from.

1. I wish I never listened to Ed, and parked behind the car park at Stourbridge...ended up getting a £150 fine to remove a clamp from my Mini (did learn a bit about looking after money that day)

1. Recently just got my Bachelor's Degree in Computing
2. I tend to be very strict with myself when it comes to getting work and projects done. (I won't start a new one till the old one is done)
3. I like drinking, Cider and Spirits mostly, although I will drink anything you give me, although if I don't like it, I'll take a while.
4. Energy Drinks don't tend to make me Hyper, I might talk none stop for about 20 mins after...but then I mostly fall asleep within minutes.
5. I'm usually a nice guy towards everyone, and i dislike upsetting anyone, so usually when it comes to having to make decisions, where one person will be left out, or not get an equal share of something, I tend to panic and push the problem to someone else, so I don't feel bad if someone isn't happy.
6. I want to get better at drawing... I don't wish to be amazing, I just want to improve enough so i'm happy with my work.
7. I am great at procrastination, I will go out of my way, by great lengths sometimes, to put something off.

Yea... I'm gonna compain, so brace yourselves, if you don't want to hear it, skip the the bottom and read the TLDR version.

Well...where the hell do I start with this? Here I guess, I am sitting here in my fortress of Anger and Solitude (top floor toilets stall at the end) typing this out, because after all these god aweful overtime hours, I can clearly see how shite this place is and how aweful the memebers and staff are.

Now, i'm not gonna say they are all bad, some of them are nice, like Anne and her kisses, and Barry and his 'lads' some of the staff are nice also (I'm talking about the staff that work for David Lloyds <Where i work>, not the cleaners who are all awesome). But... Some of them...ugh... Hypioctrits, annoying, arse holes, which i'm sure most have no idea what they are supposed to be doing, have no idea what realy work is like, and have more money than sense.

Before I moan at them, i better moan at Who i work for, and where i work.
I am a contract Cleaner, i work for ICM for David Lloyds... Originally i worked for ASAP Cleaning, but the went broke. iCM turned up and everything was great for a while.
But now Two years on... Its a bit wank to be honest... ICM don't really care much, two years, and we are finally getting new uniforms to replace the old ones which broke within the first month. Although this news was giving about 2 months ago. ICM also don't beleive in paid work breaks, after a 8 hour shift, the fact you have to stay at work an extra 20 mins or so, just to have a rest, which you don't get paid for is a bit shitty... Also, they dislike Bank Holidays. ICM don't want us to work them, because it means they have to pay us more. Sadly for them, David Lloyds only closes ONE day a year, Christmas Day, ICM want use to use our own holiday days to justify the extra pay on Bank Holidays.
No sick pay... Bit annoying really.
Oh, and they are finally getting us a jumper for when we work outside...however they are ordering 1 of these... So that means it has to be shared around 4 people...nice.

Now, David Lloys thereselves, the building is falling apart, and its not even 10 years old, it leaks when it rains, fire doors are broken, and dispite oour best efforts, and even going out the way to do things we aren't supposed to, the place is becoming filfly, and they won't change a thing.

David Lloyds staff...most of them are ok, the ones that actually know what work is like... Its the higher ups thats are a load of wank, we have one who complains when we make coffee in the morning (everyone else says its fine, even the manager) because 'we don't work behind the bar and memebers coming in might think you do and thats not allowed'. Oh but wait... Its ok for you to do this? Your not bar staff? hypocritical Bitch. Then we have people that complain about dust in sunlight, dust in plug sockets, and dust which is 3 miles away up the road and has nothing to do with us... And then, the people in charge of doing stuff... Fuck me, better sit down and wait for the next ice age, these people move the speed of glaciers. Ok, 3 years, the Fire doors have been broke, 2 years benches have been broke in the changing rooms, 1 year a important cleaning equipment has been un fixed.... And so on.
Also, when it comes to getting us cleaning stock, they don't beleive us when we say we need this much of something, so order less... We then run out and they moan at us, because we ran out... So we asked for more stock, they put in an 'emergency order'...this takes 3 weeks... We get our normal shipment every 4 weeks any way. So yea, thanks for the help fucktard.

At last the memebers...the ones that make this job so soul draining, most are nice, a few are right cunts stuck so far up there arse you can only see walking rectums.
So i'm sorry Mr Rectum that i don't say good morning to you, cus like, its not as if i'm working with very large, heavy and dangerous cleaning equipment which makes a lot of noise, and if i don't pay attention might go into a wall or person and do a lot of damage, so sorry...but can you not then go off to my supervisor and tell him i'm being rude for not being cheerful at waking up at 5am everyday to come into work and clean up your shit.
Turns out some of the emembers have found a new game, 'Rip the shower dispensers off the wall and tip them on the floor'. Thanks to this, 3 of them are now broke, one of which, was the last we had in the store room,.. Once its gone, its not likely to be a new one for another 15 years... So, you fucked yourself there, can't come moaning to me theres no shampoo you cunt.

Also, for normal people out there in the world, what would you do in this situation. Theres 15 shower stalls, 3 of which have signs in the door ways to lock the path, theres no one around but me, so 12 of these are free? You would go to an empty one right? Nope...not these dick holes, apparantly, the one i am currently cleaning and is blocked off is perfect, and he must climb over the sign, knock it over, then proceed to shower in there...

On a side note of this, if i have blocked off one of two doors to the toilet, blocking it with a buffer, a mop bucket and a no entry sign...why do 3 people insist on walking over these? When the other entrace is...maybe 15 more steps away?.

Then, theres the toilets and mirrors... No matter what you do, you look away for any mout of time, and you look back, and they are all covered in piss, shit, cum, and god knows what else... No i'm not joking.

This would be 100 times less annoying if for some reason, David Lloyds hadn't stopped ordering us rubber gloves to clean with... H about... 3 years ago... Yes, thats right, i'm expected to clean this shite up without any protcection... If i don't i get moaned at, if i do, then i'm going to catch god knows what... I can't win... No only do they not stock us gloves, but the emergency eye wash station is ou of date, and a few of the fire extinguishers are empty...

Oh...i hate these people... They pay £54 a month to come here... Hey! But if you invite a friend, for the first month they get to pay a discounted rate of £50...whoop de fucking doo... £4 discount, almost makes it seem like worth coming here.

Theres a bigger Gym down the road... A lot bigger, only £25 a month.

Everything is over priced here, any shot, all 25ml, £2.5, and that doesn't even include mixxer...

Well...some of you might know...a lot of you won't. But yesterday, I went up to Sheffield and attended my Graduation Ceromony, and have finally Graduated from Uni, and gotten myself a Degree in Applied Computing. Say hello to Awkore BSc (Hons). Bachelor of Science of Applied Computing.!

Full title now being Todd 'Awkore' Johnson-Brown BSc (Hons)... Shit me...thats a mouthful.

Now most of you, unless you want a long story on relfection, just skip to the bottom ^^;

For the people that wish to know more, I thank you.

To get my degree, and to get where I am now...it wasn't easy, it wasn't fun. Sometimes it went to Fast, sometimes it was to Slow, I've made losts of mistakes, i've done lots of things wrong, i've seen a lot, done alot, but still have many more things to do in my life.

Here I am now though, not entirely sure what to do, what i'm supposed to do, or when i should do this something that people seem to expect me to actually do.

When I was still young, and still eating the dogs food, and going outside for the toilet, just before I entered the world of Education at the age of 4. I wanted to be a Guide Dog. Strange job that I wanted i guess...but it seemed cool at the time, although I didn't realise there might of been some Species problems about this haha.

Then, when School came around, i'd always remember that sometimes as a treat they would bring in "The Animal Man" who would come to the assembly at the start of the day and bring with him lots of cool, neat, interesting, and fun animals to talk about, and let us interact with.
I remember Owls, Foxes, Snakes, Hedgehogs, and all sorts.
At this point, was probably the first time which I actually decided on a rought route of a proffesion that I would want when i grow up. Working with Animals, around children.

So, when i'd get home after this, I would collect aload of insects and reptiles and anphibians that I could find around the place and look after them all...we would have loads and loads of them plastic pet tanks all over the place filled with everything and anything you can find in wooded areas, the seaside, the garden. Some were pretty cool, such as the newts that used to live over the road, or the toad that would live in the bottom of the garden, or the snails that i would play with for hours (There is a picture of me somewhere covered in them!)... Others...such as the swarms of Crickets, or the Garden spiders, not so much, but still loved them.
A little later on, I got some proper pets I guess, Ferrets, Rats, Stick Insects, the things you can't find... They were wonderful, and kind of pushed me more into doing stuff with them, and showing others, as i would often sit on the front of my house will my collections and talk to other children, or the adults that were curious about them.
A few times I would take these into School and tell my class...heck, one of the teachers had Stick Insects in her room, and often asked me about them because i knew more.
A little later on, most of this stuff died down a little, I still has some of these pets, and still talked about them alot, but it was at this point that Computers where being brought into the School.
I took to them pretty quickly, despite my name being a problem (long log in name would break the system most of the time) so, after spending all of 2 minutes realising that everones log ins are pretty much the same, I would use others to get onto the system and do my "work" and by work, it was mostly spent playing Zombeenies.
Started to realise too, that I was actually good at this computer stuff, I was actually able to do more than the rest of the school, the "Computer Experts" included. I ended up showing alot of how they worked for when things needed to be done.

I was good working with other people, I was good at teaching other people things...
Bring on Secondary School, choosing it was interesting, I had the choice of a few I wanted to go to The Thorns with the rest of my friends, but apparantly i lived to far away (like...200 meters more than my friends). So I ended up going to The Grange, which at the time was excellent. Although as the years went on, the school which was terrible became better, and mine went from good to bad.

Simular things went on in this school too... Although at this point, I also realised that I could actually learn, and pass exams, and do well without trying to much, so i became lazy.
Never did a lot, but always seemed to know everything.
If i had tried, who knows what would of happened, I wish i had at this point though, then maybe things would of been easier later on.
I was "accepted" by some of the bullies, because i was able to joke around, and "not work" like them, but still able to do well, they did try and get answers and stuff off me..although if that worked, i have no idea.
Few times i went back in to my old school to do some more talks on animals and such...found it great, i especially loved it when they drew me a picture!
Then, i did my Work Experience there as a Teacher's assistant... I loved it, and i knew at that point i wanted to do teaching.
So, that always sat at the back of my mind...kind of effected the courses i took during the last few years.
Everyone, the teachers, the students, friends, told me I should do such and such, but i choose to do different courses, ones which i thought would help me, or the ones that interested me...along with normal things, the two which stuck out were Youth Leaders Award and Child Care and Development.
Both of them got me closer to two of the student groups, the girls...mostly the ones that would be classed as "Chavettes" now a days, and the schools "Hard Boys" or the Bullies which were cool.
Both of these groups accepted me, and thought i was cool for doing these things...the gossip i heard and the things i learnt...some of which scary >.<
But still in the back of my head, i knew that these would probably help me if i wish to work with Children, especially since i had no idea what level of teaching i wanted to do.

Secondary School came and went, and eventually, I went to college...only reason at the point was because of one of my friends going, so i followed along.
When i got there, we split up, I did one thing, he did another. Met a few new people, made a few new friends, had a good old laugh.
Second year there, slight change of courses, and started to learn towards computers related subjects...heck, i was still good at them, still could pick up things quick and could still get away with passing without trying to hard...so i got more lazy i guess. Ended up with my friend again for the course IMedia.

Second Year ended, and i came away with a few awards, and A's in Maths, Physics and Computer Science. I had no idea what i wanted to do at this point...then one of my computer lecutrers said "Hey, we are doing a HND in Computing, you might like it"
Turns out i did, so spent another 2 years there doing Computing. Made more friends, specially friends with the lecturers, them guys were great...still lazy as hell mind, although now it was starting to be a problem. I found out there were some things i couldn't just pick up...mainly being C+.

C+ was a nightmare...i was panicing, i couldn't get it...so, i asked my friend to help, since he was doing it for fun. He ended up doing that project for me, caused some problems, and some people complained... the lectueres though, although weren't to happy, they were statisfied that i had in fact done enough on the project for it to count as my work.
Then came C#...oh fuck, at first it was ok...then i don't know what happened, but i was lazy, i didn't bother, and suddenly my project, my code, my work, just wasn't working... sure, i knew the theory behind it, but the practical part wouldn't stay together.... fixed it with Photoshop, and saying "Data Binding" alot.

HND ended...not sure where to go now, I still wanted to do teaching, but i was really confused about where to go... I enjoyed teaching Primary level... I had loved College level, as it seemed..more fun... I diliked the idea of doing Secondary, as they were right arse holes.

Someone mentioned doing a Top Up course for the HND, and turn it into a Degree...Cool i thought...do i want to do it?
Still don't know that...but i went along with the rest of my group, at least we could help each other.

So, i started the course, thought some things were easy, thought some were hard....really wished i hadn't picked up that lazy thing in my early years though.... It was a struggle, i found some things difficult, sometimes i wanted to quit, sometimes i wish i never bothered, but people around me helped, and eurged me on still.
Problems came up, piled on top of each other and made it feel pointless... Pass somethings, so had to do resits, the only thing on my mind at that point was "should i bother trying again if i fail"

With some luck I passed.

I was happy...it finally ended.

Then...last night during my Graduation Ceromony, i was thinking. This journey to this point in my life, it hasn't been easy, its been hard, i've seen and done so much, although there is still so much left to do. And now, what happens?
Where do i go now?
All along i've been making excuses for things...but now, i've run out...i've got to think, i've got to do something.
I'm still not sure, but, what ever i do, its more to add to my life, my experiences, and who knows what will happen, all i know is that there are many people around, and many of them are my friends, and they will be around to help me, support me, and to laugh when i fuck up big time :p

TLDR version:

Passed Uni, Got my Degree, not really sure what i'm to do now, but as long as i can keep going i'll be fine!

To everyone that helped me along the way, thank you, to all of you that will still do so, thank you again.

Before i started to type this, i thought i had an idea of where i wanted to go, now i've wrote it, i'm not sure anymore....who knows what it is about anymore.

Yup, its my Brithday, i'm now Old and Decrepid ^^;

At last, i've finished the Kippers....they are now, at last, after many many months of sitting around, finished!

I'm glad i finally managed to draw them all ^^

I like how some of them turned out...and dislike how some parts look...

Each of them has something i want to improve.

The biggest thing is the Shadow and High Lights...tried to use this kind of shading on this picture, but i'm not sure if i like it or not, it works for some parts, but not all of them...

I need to try again with something else until I'm happy with shading my pictures.

Just to let you know, I haven't stopped at all, still working on art and crap...

Since finally my Uni course (passing it [Didn't get the results till last month mind] by the way too ^^) I have been working on my To-Do List...

Which beleive it or not, does exist, and does in fact have a lot of people in it.

If I ever said to you "Yea, i'll do a picture for you" or something similar...It will be done. Just because i've not mentioned anything about it doesn't mean i've forgotten...

Now...actually remembering what i said i would do, thats a different matter...i at least know i'm doing a picture for you ^^.

Also since i've been given all this time now, i've been practicing with my tablet i brought a while ago...you can see some examples of my attempts with that so far...and i can tell you, since i was informed about Stabilizing in Paint Tool SAI...it looks a fuck load better!

I still need to improve a fuck load, but now my digital inking attempts follow my pencil sketches better, and do look better in general.

My Colouring and Shading still need work, but i'm getting there i think.


If your wondering why my latest picture is taking so long to do..the answer for that one is, that it isn't A Picture, its 6 of them.

And i've been working thru them all at the same time, so that the should all end one after another.
Originally it was going to be a single picture.
I'd done the rough sketch, and then thought... "yea, i can do that at some point"
Then i got bogged down with Uni work. Got back to it and then thought..."hmm...if i do this as a single picture, each of the Kippers won't be very detailed as they will be small"

So each Kipper (Plus Egg) now gets there own picture!

Some of them look ok, some look a little strange...each of them has something i like and dislike about them, but, its a start, and maybe i can improve a bit from doing this.
