How do you get hit while you're on a red light in a 25 mph street? most likely because someone is on their phone. what a shitty way to start the day, and now my bumper is all messed up

Damn what shitty news, I almost can't believe it.

So I'm thinking of holding some kind of raffle to celebrate getting 100 watchers soon, but I'm not entirely sure how they work. Anybody have any ideas? I wanna do something special, maybe draw something wild haha anything goes kind of deal?
