First of all, I want to thank all of you for your love and support over the past two months. You really helped me stay hopeful during a very difficult time. Your messages, comments, and support meant more than I can put into words.

The good news is that my dad is finally out of the hospital. He’s back home now, he’s no longer in danger, and he just needs to focus on his recovery. That’s something we’re incredibly grateful for.

For those who don’t know what happened, my dad has cirrhosis, and when it gets worse, it can cause something called hepatic encephalopathy. This time it got really serious and he fell into a coma for almost three weeks. At one point, the doctors told us he might not survive… but he did. He spent nearly two months in the hospital, and now he’s back home with my mom.

Even though things are better now, I still need to ask for some help.

Thankfully, most of the hospital expenses were covered by insurance, and the few medications that weren’t were manageable. The problem is that during this time, I wasn’t able to work on commissions like I normally do. My queue got backed up, and it’s been really hard to make progress.

On top of that, I had to cover daily expenses and help my mom, which left me in a difficult financial situation. I’ve been relying on my credit card, and now it’s almost maxed out. I don’t have enough to pay it off right now, and I also can’t take on more commissions because I already owe a lot of work and don’t want to make anyone wait longer than they already have.

I honestly don’t like asking for help again, especially after everything you’ve already done for me. But right now, I don’t know what else to do. That’s why I’m making this video—to explain my situation and where I stand.

Hello everyone, I've been avoiding to post art on the internet because I felt that if I posted something, the people that I owe a commission will get angry that I didn't finish their pic yet. I'm working hard on the commissions I owe, and I'm trying to get enough money to pay rent and bills, I'm also trying to make a Patreon to get an extra income. I'll keep doing my best to keep working hard on commissions and the queue, but I can't avoid posting art anymore because I'm not getting enough exposure and since how things are on X/Twitter right now, it's getting harder to catch attention from anyone. Like I said before, I'm not hiding, and I'm working hard, I'm going to start posting the commissions I already did while I keep working on more commissions, thanks a lot for understanding and if you guys need anything feel free to poke me and I will reply asap.

So  rackun and i. We want to thank you for all your support the past days its been hard for us with what all we been dealing but things are looking brighter for us and we just need to keep moving forward.

The Big news here is that we reached our goal for the donations and we close them for good, that money will be use to secure the new place as soon as we get everything ready and also had enough to pay for the boxes and the moving company so as soon as we get the place the moving is happening .
Sadly we had some bad news that we need to get a paper to apply for more better houses or apartments so we are going to work on that starting tomorrow and try to get it asap.

also i wanna thank you all for all your kind words during this week many of you already know that i lost a brother ( he ran away )and a dear uncle who passed away this week so all your encouraging work and small chats help me more than you think and i appreciate all of them if i can hug everyone of you believe me i will.

In other news we haven't seen our roommate in like a month and we are hoping to not see him again we just want this to be done and never see his face ever again, so rackun and i started packing things already and i feel a bit sad cause with just a few packed boxes my room feels so empty and its sucks cause we really liked this place it was big it had a great location near everything and it was a quite zone and we just live here for almost 2 years we were just getting comfortable here but lets hope the new place is better than here with some luck it will be.

and last but not least important im going to be working on the commissions i own and tale new commissions for next month since we still have to get food and paid the services we use so thanks for being patient im feeling way better now so i can get back to work full time.

Hello guys yeah yeah you might be tired of all this journals but im feeling like i had to tell you guys whats is going on.

after a really long week and some bad news we are slowly getting back on track, sadly our plans on moving asap out of here are going to be delayed till we do a few things first. Longs story short we need to get some documents that will help us a lot to get a place, the thing is those documents takes a few weeks so yeah , we found a place that doesn't need those papers to apply for rent so we are going to check it on Monday and after that we are going to start with the paper work to get all the documentation.

Rackun and i are going to keep packing as much as we can so we got everything ready to move asap and save all the money we got for the donations to pay for it as soon as the time comes., we really wish to move out of here but its going to take a bit longer to do so. In the mean time we are going to work as we usually do and keep with the paper work so everything will be ready.

i also feel like i own you guys an apology because we cant move right now as we wanted but i promise that it will happened asap.

so i wanted to share whats is going on right now.

On Tuesday i lost a dear family member an uncle that was a very important person in mi life and someone who support our family a lot during the hard times and died supporting my family during this horrible time. we are dealing with a lot because what my younger brother did and we are still paying the consequences of his actions my family is in constant grief for this situation and my mother is devastated cause last week he lost a son ( He is fine but he had to run away from the country ) and a week later he lost his younger brother. I know this kind of shit sound made of but believe me guys right now i'm in a spiral of bad luck and my mental health can't take another hit like that i just need a small victory something in my life that can shiny over this blackhole of bad things.

now about Rackun and i situation.
He is helping me a lot right now and caring for me for what im dealing and he is doing what he can to find a new place to live, yesterday we found 2 great places and right now we are getting everything ready to apply for them hopping to get 1 Especially the apartment cause is a really neat place and we love it. we hope to get an answer from them next week so we can get the hell out of here asap and start fresh.

and about the donations we reached $832 us dollars and we almost reached the $1200 mark we had. we can thank you enough guys for all of your support and encouraging words during this hard times we ca thank you enough for what you are doing. this money is going to be used to secure the place, and paid for the moving, we are going to leave the donations opens till Sunday night and even if we dont reach the mark with the money we have now i think we can barely make it so we are really happy.

Ok guys, Choco here! I want to make a journal explaining our current situation (mine and  rackun) about what we are dealing with and what we have to do as soon as possible.

First of all, what is happening with my family is something that is going to be around for some time and there's nothing I can do about that, but long story short, I lost my younger brother (he is fine, nothing bad happened to him) but he had to leave and we have no idea where he is or what he is going to do and my family is dealing with all the shit he left behind. This is no easy task and we are scared but we are trying to stay positive and do our best to keep moving forward. The good news here is that my father's health is recovering so that's at least something.

Moving on to my situation with my Boyfriend and our Ex Roommate:

Everything started 2 years ago. Our roommate made some terrible decisions with who they were dating to the point that he invited some asshole to live with us when Covid started. Long story short, this person was a fucking criminal and we ended up in a horrible situation. The police were involved and we ended up being held at gun point by the police when they are taking that asshole to jail. We were all shaken up, scared, and ended up crying over what happened. Our shitty roommate denied the person they were dating was a fucking criminal, not even bothering to take our feelings into consideration and kept denying that they did anything wrong until we saw on the news how they captured that monster.

He was devastated and Rackun and I decided to move out ASAP but we also were worried about our roommate’s mental health. We could not leave him like that so we decided to give him a second chance so he could have someone to talk and wouldn’t be alone since he didn’t have many other friends. We thought that after what happened he would change a bit or start doing things differently. We even invited him to be part of our family since he had been our friend for the last 11 years and we still cared for him.

The first few months after the incident were kind of hard for me because I was having nightmares of what happened. I kept thinking someone was going to come in and stab me or Rackun in our sleep. We moved to a new place and things slowly got back to normal until a few months ago when our roommate invited another asshole to the house. The night terrors started again for me and the boyfriend and we had to deal with another stranger all over again. However, this time the stranger only stayed for 2 months and then moved to a new place. Our roommate went with him but occasionally came back to our house to do laundry and such.

Moving foward to last Wednesday, our roommate came back to tell us that he wanted to move away from us and that he wanted to keep the house since all this stuff is still here. Taking the opportunity, we wanted to move as soon as possible. We have around 2 months to leave but we want to move right away since we don’t feel safe anymore. We just can’t believe that he would prefer a manipulative, toxic asshole over us and our friendship. We’ve been there for him for the past 11 years, helping each other and enduring all of his bad decisions and behaviors. Sure he helped us a lot, but we helped him a lot too and I think that’s more than enough. He made his choice and now we have to make ours.

So this is what is going to happen:
We have to move from here ASAP and we are starting to look at new places, however we are going to need a lot of money and we really need your help!. This is an emergency and not an easy task at all. We need around $1200 to secure a new place to live and pay for the up-front rent, including getting help with the moving and getting boxes to move our things. I know the bar is set high but anything helps, even your encouraging words Believe me, it helps us a lot! We need to stay strong and do our best to make our situation better. I’m asking this community for help and again I know I’m asking a lot but anything helps.

This doesn't means I’m going to stop working on commissions. I will be working on what I need to do, pending pics, and taking new ones.
