I hung out the whole time with
saberwulff, Shadow (no FA), and 
charlamayne. Got a few new badges, and one new art piece, which I have scanned and will post soon. Saw 2 the Ranting Gryphon. Was pleasantly surprised with his stand-up as opposed to his rants. ("You FAAAAAIIIIILLLLL!") Attended a few panels, mostly just hung out with friends. May also have an artist interested in a webcomic I've been wanting to make, we're waiting on response. (Anyone else interested in being art monkey for a furry webcomic? Note me.)
Ummmmm... That's about it. Much much more awesome than it sounds, as these are friends I don't see nearly enough! And also there were furs EVERYWHERE and it was so amazing and incredible and fuuuuuun.
Just home now, and ready to be hit by PCD's, just decompressing at the moment.

Friend of mine is having his first movie, "Straight & Narrow" streamed live soon! It will air on Friday evening (the 23rd), at 7:00 PM Mountain time (9 Eastern, 6 Pacific, 3 AM Sat GMT, 11 AM Sat Sydney, Australia time (That should cover the basics)).
It will air on http://brix.tv/ More detailed than that, I do not know at the moment.
Warning. This is a Christian film, a rather shallow one at that. If you agree with that, then enjoy. If you do not, then you may either enjoy a free movie and not heckle, or please stay away, this is not a place to start up a religious debate. I personally like it as just a movie, but I'm kinda biased because I helped.

Honestly, I'm pro-brains. But pro-choice in a black and white world. A woman, if she wants an abortion, will get one. Whether it's someone with a dodgy practice and more than a little malpractice, or a coat hangar. Why not let her get it done safe?
[04] Do you think a country would fail with a female president?
Depends on the president. If it's a female Bush *COUGHPALINCOUGHCOUGH* then yes. If it's someone smart and collected -- male OR female -- they should do well.
[05] Do you believe in the death penalty?
I don't like the thought of it, but it's logically sound. We pay millions of dollars at least, to keep people locked up, who just go back out and commit more crimes, just to get three squares a day and a bed. And "Life imprisonment with no chance of parole." What the hell? Just kill 'im!
[06] Do you wish marijuana would be legalized already?
Yup. Don't care for it myself, but that's my choice, not the law's.

Pro, as long as they're safe. Worst thing ever, I'd think, is to love someone, hold yourself for the day you're locked into "the bonds of holy matrimony", and then you find out the sex sucks.

I believe in "The Powers that Be", but they're too far above the physical plane to even be attempted to be understood. Hence lesser spirits.

Wasn't *quite* as much fun as I'd have liked, but that's pretty much due to my realworld shyness... Dammit all. Was still amazing at last being with my lovermouse!~
Wish I had stories also, but alas, I'm too much under the radar to give interesting stories. I'll of course answer questions, but... No idea what I'd tell in a story.

Anyways, I'm headed off to Chicago for a week, to go hang with
steelthewarrior! Dunno how often I'll be on or not. Dunno lots of stuff right now. It's madness.

WOW it's been a while. Sorry.
Well, I just went up to Rocky Mountain Fur Con, and it was *AWESOME*. My first furry con! And I got me art up the wazzoo! I'm just explaining the sudden burst of art, I'm just posting the commissioned pieces, people would get pissed if I posted prints...
Anyways... I met some amazing people, of all species, including a fellow dark grey & green hyena, he goes by
Xuilla on here. Go say hi.
And... I dunno. Ask, if you have questions. Just RMFC is awesome. If you're in or around Colorado, come by next time around!

Posted 17 years agoUhm... Well, not sure what to put here. I guess I'll just ramble a bit until I figure out what needs to be put here.
Aescula Michelle Janus is the most you're gonna get of my name. Yes, it's the one I use in SL (Michelle I just thought up), but that's the name of the character, and for all intents and purposes, me. No, I do not mind being called Aesc, Aes, A, whatever.
Well... what else... Um, my furry code is on my profile there. Google can give you a decoder. But as sor a quick overview, I've got two forms so far. One is the hyena form, which is (as of writing this) my featured piece, the one titled "Myself". I also have a phoenix form, which I haven't taken a snapshot of yet. Gotta get on that. Any other questions, feel free to ask away.
As for my skills in art, I have some amount of skill in Second Life modeling, and thus a tiny amount in other 3D modeling (it's the power/difficulty curve that programs have). I have a minute amount of skill in the scripting there. Also, I consider myself to be an amateur sketch artist, but I'm really shy about showing it. Once I get a really good one (and a scanner) I'll be glad to post it. And I can do flat colors and digital inking, with time and patience...
Um, that seems to be about it. Glad to finally have gotten myself to have an account here.
