Do you read comics?

Heyyo, I’ve been kind of inactive lately. Sorry about that. But I’ve been working on a project I will be able to share with you soon.
In the meantime, here’s a question for you. Do you read comics? Manga? If so, what have you read lately?
I’ve picked up Death Note, because I heard there’s a part two. I had seen the anime but not the manga. It’s a lot more goofy, but I’m enjoying it.
What about you?

It's the second mini-series by that company along that line, and it's pretty good.
I did read the first MLP by IDW, and yes, it was pretty good. I was really suprised at the art.

Interesting, and funny!
It's funny to read both series back-to-back, because the characters are nearly identical and the plot (to the extent Urusei Yatsura contains one) is nearly identical, but each series is the opposite side of the same story.
Would you recommend those for someone who's never read them before?
Maison Ikkoku, is Rumiko Takahashi's first work and she reused a ton of tropes and personalities from that for Urusei Yatsura, but Maison Ikkoku takes itself seriously in a light-hearted manner. The characters are still a bit crazy, but they're believable, and the problems they face are relatable. I prefer it to Urusei Yatsura, personally, but both are excellent and easy for a newcomer to get into, neither are dense reads at all.
I'd recommend starting with Urusei Yatsura unless you don't think you'd be interested in 416 pages of silliness, in which case try Maison Ikkoku. But you can't go wrong with either one. Rumiko Takahashi isn't the Queen of Manga for no reason.
Buscando este mismo me acabo de enterar que hicieron una película. La viste de casualidad?
Beastars is pretty well known in the fandom, but Beast Wars is the "sequel" to Transformers, following the descendants of the Autobots and Decepticons as they time travel back to prehistoric Earth. The comic is a refined version of the 1996 TV series.
Beast Wars -- I remember the series! Although I never quite followed it. Tell me something, if you know -- do they ever explain why they morph into animals?
They certainly do in Beast Wars! It's actually explained in the pilot oop - the background radiation is excessively high so adopting native animal forms shields them. After it's eradicated in season 2 a good chunk of the cast get upgrades that add other purposes - for example, Cheetor's beast mode gets built-in rockets that allow flight. It looks less ridiculous in-show than I'm describing lmao.
Special shoutout to Rampage though. He appears in late season 2 and he gets a third mode, which is literally just a fucking tank.
When I was a girl I read Nippur de Lagash, many stories by El Tony, and as for manga I read Rurouni Kenshin and Dragonball ... (now I read Dragonball super)
Comics are an addiction! : D
Since you mentioned Nippur, now you've got me thinking. Did you ever read "El Argonauta"? I heard a lot about it but I actually never read it.
I think I started reading Rurouni Kenshin too -- those were good times!
Yes, comics can be an addiction!
The best thing I saw in that comic is the River Plate football stadium LOL
