I am really worried about the dissapareance of my friend

Metamorpher please, if anyone have information about him or his situation i will apreciatte it.

He dissapeared long time ago, his last time i saw movement on his telegram account was in october of 2020. At first i thougth he was needing time out of chat programs, but today i noticed his accout was eliminated, wich make me feel panicked.

While we had some dissagrement in the past, he is a really important person for me and i am scared to ser him dissapesring in this way.

Any help is welcome.

I will not give his true name, but if someone have a way to track for people that have passed away due covid or similar, from Kansas, i will apreciatte it. I used to search his name each weekend since he dissapeared on a general engine i found, but now i am scared that it wasnt effective as i thougth.

Well I don't know but I do know Telegram profiles are programmed to remove themselves if they haven't been used in a set amount of time. Not sure if that helps any, but that is something I do know that much about Telegram.

Unless you set it otherwise, your account self-destructs after six months of inactivity. Hope he's okay.

Same, I wasn't unaware of that Self-Destruction. He haven't logged on his account since... October, so it fit with the six month delay. But his activity with uploading art and participating with his twitter account have being zero since June of last year..

I normally wouldn't panicked, but... there it's a Pandemic outside.

Yeah, the lack of activity is worrying. If there are any local furs or groups in the area, it might be an idea to check in with them and see if they're aware of his status or capable of a wellness check.

I hate to say it, but if he's one of the nearly 600,000 who've passed away due to COVID, I doubt his name would show up in a general search if he lives in Kansas -- at this point, the states with the worst case loads also have the worst track record of accurately recording and reporting deaths. I'm hoping that's not what happened, but if it is... well, we'll all probably be waiting a long time for any news.

Let's hope for the best... I Still will keep checking for him weekly and i have tried other ways to contact relatives from him. (Hopefully) let's wait for good news.

I Wanna respect Meta desire of have his own Privacy. I have mixed fellings about causing a huge mess if he is doing well and i'm overthinking the stuff. Thanks for the Info on that page, i'll give it a look. Let's wait for the best.

I knew him a little years ago, really friendly but he did seem the type to abandon his accounts and messengers for weeks or months at a time. I'm really hoping he's safe and sound.

I apreciatte the Help, Like we have talked, Meta does suffer a lot of depression and he have done it like this in the past. But never to this point of vanish quite much and neither in the middle of a Pandamic, it's what scare me the most.

He Vanished around June last year. Last time i talk with him was around the 5. He stopped doing anything in Deviant art the 12th.
After it i haven't seeing any activity from him until october where he logged on Telegram but didn't checked my messages. He Vanished after it.

I have being quite concerned about him, felling guilty that the last talk we had wasn't pleasent. I can't stop thinking about his safety and even if he is doing well. I just pray and hope he is.

If your worries that they have passed away, I’d suggest looking for a death certificate. You have to register/ notice if someone has passed. I’m not sure if this is public knowledge or easily accessible but if you know his name you might be able to find out. I really hope you don’t find record of a death and that your friend is well and alive
