What's racist about Dr. Seuss?

If anything, it calls out racism in at least one of its books (the one with the stars and all), yet the publisher, schools, and even eBay are banning it.

All that's happening is the Seuss foundation is no longer publishing 6 of his books because they had pretty racist stereotype drawings etc. You can see some examples here https://adayinourshoes.com/was-dr-seuss-a-racist/

He did some stereotypical drawings of Asian people. As far as I know, though, these didn't end up in any of his classic books.
