3. Initiating humans into rat people is definitely a fun one!
4. It would be even more fun to have other customers just as oblivious/accepting as she might be!

7. It would definitely work best if it was at a dance club or a public place like a mall! Maybe hypnotic elements involved? I personally would love it to be a certain kind of tail like wagging dog tails!

There's something about Kafkaesque premises that are fun to me.
Since you asked for premises, here's one: Dad who berates son for hanging out with the wrong people online ends up falling for Facebook conspiracy theories, slowly turns into anthro killer bee, joins others, swarms around the country with tireless fanaticism.
Son remains well-adjusted and fine.
