Another Chapter, another move
General
I was born in California and save for two years of my childhood have spent my life here. Born in the heart of the state, Fresno, living there until I was 6 when I was brought with family to the Philippines for 2 years before spending three additional years additional years back in Fresno. In 2005 I moved again to a small town by Sacramento called Davis where I spent the rest of my grade school years in as well as discovering the furry fandom then. If you remember a comic I used to make called Valleydog, that was basically my life in Davis.
I moved to the Bay Area upon graduation and spent a bulk of my early 20s there, becoming very active in the furry community and eventually living with furries. For the most part, California was my home, and I never left the state (well beyond a flight or two).
That changes starting next year.
August will be the last month I'll have a spot in the Bay Area as I begin the process to eventually move out of state come March of next year. I'll still be in the state until then, but just in another Valley (back in Sacramento) saving up and waiting for clearance.
I'm proud of growing up here, and grateful for the experiences that I've had in the Bay Area as a young adult, and as a Californian for most of my life. I don't think I'd be who I am today if it weren't for the animals around San Fran that covered over the first half of my 20s, and I love and miss you all.
However, life and career call for a new chapter, and while this was a tough decision, I eagerly await to see what that next chapter holds.
Here's to the new life!

If I wasn't safe I wouldn't be doing this. Plus this is over a years off. I meant this as a retrospective, not a commentary on the times. I never do that, and thanks for the invalidation.
