How do I save a PNG from SWF file? pls help

Uhhhh I got some pretty cool art herrrrrre: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/34840183/ and I got the swf file for it, but I can't seem to find a way to get the png for the thumbnail? All the articles talking about it are for old FA and I don't think it works anymore. Like when I click on the download button, it doesn't bring me to a new window, it just downloads the swf files, and when I right click the image, there's no option for "save image as..." or anything like that sooooooooooo pls help.
