SOOO I've been wanting a screen tablet for so, SO long.... Ever since I heard of Cintiqs, tbh!! That's a long time, like 10+ years ago??? I had intended on getting one for years, but one of my irl friends got herself a Surface Pro for art and other things earlier in the year and honestly sold me on it.

So, I was able to buy one yesterday during the end of year sales. It's very nice and it's great having a mini laptop as well as a screen tablet! It'll be great for the small trips to Melbourne I take for conventions and other little trips like that!

It feels real nice to draw on??? I love it, though I'm still getting used to it. There's.... one slight issue.... pen pressure just won't work in SAI. At least not in SAI 1. No problems with SAI 2! Works wonderfully! But I don't have the full version yet. But apparently I need to just?? upgrade SAI 1's license to get the full version of SAI 2?? I'll have to look into that since I love working in SAI so much. But for now, I decided I'd try out Krita and it's working quite nicely, though I'm still figuring it out! Miss using SAI though, so I'll probably still use Intuos on my laptop as well until I can work this SAI 2 thing out. Though, I was still gonna use my Intuos anyway.

UM YEAH!! I don't know when I'll actually finish a drawing on the Surface, since I'm still just doodling and trying to get used to it, haha.
