My ex-fiance cheated on me with less than 6-months to go to the wedding, and then waited till her birthday to tell me (still before the wedding, thankfully)... I cant really feel bad for calling it off on her birthday either... Yea, it was tough, yea, there were a few places I went to inside my own head that I am not proud of... But one of the things that really helped me through it, and something you can certainly recommend to friends... is MUSIC! Carefully selected, true, but music has amazing helping/healing powers. I can recall times where I was just screaming/crying at/with the radio... It really is therapeutic.

With due respect, I think it's inappropriate to be spreading what is truly someone else's business all over FA. Perhaps she might not want everyone to know, I think you should refrain from discussing it on a publically viewable site from now on. Note people if you feel they need to know, but please don't air someone's personal business on the web, or at least keep it ambigious to forgo their embrassment should they see you doing this.

No problem, I won't hold it against you or anything, just be careful who you tell what and where. As soon as we release information on a public arena, we lose all control over who learns it and how fast, and in what way.
