In the cases of wanting to keep an eye on my queue progress, whether you're a returning or new client, I keep a link to my Trello on my site. It drops down from the Prices & Examples tab under the menu.

I keep that around so it may save anyone time used in asking about progress, but of course anything that greatly delays my workload will be communicated. Other than that, having a few time consuming orders doesn't count as I'll still be working, but they will not allow me to fly through my queue like usual, so keep that in mind too lol
