General
Llogical Assumptions:
1. I am allowed to refuse servicing you for commission work for any reason.
2. You are permitted to re-upload your Commission from me, but only if appropriate credit is given.
3. You must be aware and approve of my art style. I will not attempt to draw in another artist's style.
4. When depicting your characters in my style you must provide a digital reference of the character or characters. (You may also include a few lines of a written description however this cannot come without the company of a functioning reference unless you intend to commission me to design a character.)
5. You must have 100% ownership of the characters you want me to draw.
6. If you are commissioning me to draw another person's character, this person must be aware and approve of this. If this is a gift you must prove that this person is an acquaintance of yours, or ok with receiving said gift.
7. You must notify me if you intend to go offline for an extended period of time while I am drawing your commission. Unless stated otherwise I will continue to complete your commission to the utmost of my capabilities. (however I will be unable to provide you with WIPs for your approval.)
8. if you are commissioning me for NSFW art, you must be above the age of 18 and fully cognitively able to understand said work.
Ethics of My Work:
1. I do not intend to take more than 3 commissions at a time. Meaning I do not intend to gather a backlog of commissions I need to do before accepting any others.
2. If I am planning to take on a big project I will close commissions until I have completed said project to avoid overstretching my work load.
3. Communication between both parties is a obvious requirement which you can do so through the notes system on Fa or more conveniently telegram or discord. (This will also make it exceptionally more convenient to discuss WIPs.)
4. When accepting custom commissions not based on a previous YCH I will be sending proof of concept drawings either through any communication method discussed above. I will not ask for payment until the pose is approved, and then when customer satisfaction is assured and the full commission is ready to begin I will ask for payment. (If one pose does not meet your pleasing and I draw a different one that meets your expectations of what you desired. I still retain the right to use the previous sketch in any other project as long as it's not the one for your final commission.)
5. When discussing business such as commission work I do expect a little bit of professionalism which I will return in kind, but overall I am pretty relaxed in my attempt to provide customer satisfaction and art.
Things I Will Not Draw:
1. I will simply not draw characters belonging to a established franchise. IE: Spyro, Zootopia, Shrek or Boku no Pico. I am not a rule 34 artist and I am here to draw original content.
2. I will not draw the promotion of degeneracy, or immoral kinks. this includes: Watersports, Scat, Puking, Filth, Diapers, Lolly, Cub Porn, Cuckoldry, Erotic Cannibalism, Erotic Gore. I have no patience and respect for those who desire such things.
Commencing Commissions:
YCHs: Since the pose has already been sketched and approved by the commissioner. The request for payment will be delivered after the approval of the character that is desired to be drawn. If it is a bidding ych payment will obviously be the designated amount or the AB if the piece reaches that.
Custom Commissions: When I display I'm open for commissions I can usually accept them through notifications unless specified otherwise. If you come to the table prepared with a idea in mind I will be happy to pursue the serious possibility of accepting your commission. Genuinely I try and establish a more reliable means of communications instead of notifications. (Telegram or Discord.) When desiring a custom commission you must come to the table with an idea and not just "draw me doing anything!~ XDDDD " Request like that will be ignored and at worst get you blocked because I have little patience for such things. Although I am genuinely relaxed about most things discussing commission work should be treated as respectively professional. with the idea and character references provided I will commence in doodling a few thumbnail sketches for the perfect pose. at this point I do not ask for payment but for any poses not used in the final product I have the full right to recycle. when the commissioner is satisfied with the pose at this point I will ask for payment depending on the type of commission being purchased.
Large Projects: Often I attempt to take on large projects such as a multiple character YCH or a really good idea that somebody brings to the table. under no circumstances will I attempt to take on one of these projects while any commission is pending. This also applies for accepting comics which are equally as big of a project.
Payment:
1. At the moment I currently accept payment through PayPal, the currency I trade-in is USD which I convert to Great British pounds.
2. When the basic thumbnail is approved that is the time when full payment must be delivered.
3. Depending on previous arrangements two people are allowed to split the payment between each other. As long as the total amount reaches what was specified two people can share the price of a commission to which ever arrangements they have discussed between each other.
4. By payment you agree to the terms of service I have listed here.
5. If there is an unspecified modification requested in the middle of the commissions progress. This may cost extra depending on the previous price of the commission.
Refunds:
Custom Commissions: For custom commissions refunds can be requested, but depending on how much work has been completed the less I can refund you. If 50% of the work is done I can only refund you 50% of the total cost. If the commission is 100% done then unfortunately I am unable to provide you a refund.
YCHs: Because of the nature of a YCH commission I would be unable to provide you a refund when everything is set in stone. Please take this into consideration when accepting such a transaction.
External Conditions: If a substantial event occurs and I am unable to complete your commission I will be providing a 100% refund. Applies for both commissions and YCH.
Recycling: If said sketch is refunded I will remove all details regarding your character from the pose and I also retain full rights to recycle said pose
Artistic Priorities:
1. If I am in the position to except a commission I have fully dedicated the time necessary to complete it as soon as possible and to my utmost capabilities.
2. When discussing business it is not within my nature to go radio silent when discussing said business with the commissioner. this usually comes in the delivery of multiple WIP images displaying my progress and allowing the commissioner to display any grievances or corrections regarding the image itself.
3. Since I only take 3 commissions at a time I try my best to avoid gathering a backlog of projects. which means when I have accepted your idea I will mark your name down in the order in which said commissioner has come to me, and only ask for payment when I can dedicate my full effort to providing the product to you with utmost haste.
4. since I try my best to avoid gathering a backlog of projects. Once I have accepted payment for your commission if I take longer then 2 months to come back to you with any updates you have full right to request a refund with no strings attached. I do my best to avoid this but if you are still interested in pursuing the commission and I have let my standards drop I can compensate with additional add ons to the image such as alternatives and close-ups.
