Big changes to the CharFolio (Free & November release)

TL;DR: the CharFolio is now going to be a free art pack, and the release has been pushed back to November.
Being paid has only brought on concern and skepticism, both of which are perfectly justified. After the feedback, I'm changing the project to be completely free.
On top of this, the original six week plan has been extended to three months to give more time for artists to work, and let the project expand beyond it's current state.
