So yeah, my art kinda sucks right now.

Hey guys! Hope you all are well. So I've not been really happy with my art which has gotten me a little down lately, it just kinda sucks for me personally. My art feels stiff and lifeless, and it is just lacking overall. This is not good at all since I wanna draw toony stuff and cartoons are suppose to have a somewhat "punch" factor to it, something my art doesn't currently have.

I've been looking for ways to improve my art and I believe I have a plan, I'm going to draw a few quick pics with a focus on these things:
* Lines of action
* Perspective
* Expressions

By practicing to draw these elements, I am hoping that it will help me draw better toony art. So fingers-crossed that this works.

Yeah, it's more of a personal grievance than anything. But that doesn't mean I can't still vastly improve my art. :)

Thanks for your concern, I'm not always hard on myself, it just gets s little frustrating when your vision of what you want to draw doesn't turn out the way you wanted it to. :)

No problem, Diegesis. I can imagine that being emotional draining, or taxing to some extent. But if you up what your trying to do, you push through that barrier that's blocking your way.

Since I'm not an artist myself I can't really comment on how you feel about your own art, since I know that's up to you.

However, hopefully by now you know how I feel about your art.

And even beyond that, I'm sure you also know that I feel that you're an adorable albeit often stinky LITTLE BABY PUPPER.

There is no other way to get better other than to acknowledge what your faults are as an artist, otherwise you will not be aware of what issues you need to correct and improve upon. :)
